George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley predicted Monday that even “liberal justices” on the Supreme Court might support ending so-called “nationwide” injunctions. A divided three-judge panel from the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit upheld an injunction issued on March 15 by United States District Judge James Boasberg of the District of Columbia ordering the Trump administration to turn two planes carrying members of the Venezuelan prison gang Tren de Aragua (TdA) to El Salvador around. Turley said that too many judges elected to “yield” to temptation, leading to “exasperation” among the high court’s...

Jeffrey Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre, formerly known as Virginia Roberts, announced on Instagram Sunday that she has just days to live after a high-speed crash involving a school bus in Australia led to kidney failure. This year has been the worst start to a new year, but I won’t bore anyone with the details but I think it [is] important to note that when a school bus driver comes at you driving 110km (about 70 mph) as we were slowing for a turn that no matter what your car is made of it might as well be a tin can,"...

It remains an open question whether far-left Rep. As The Gateway Pundit reported , Loomer Unleashed DC Correspondent Charles Downs last Tuesday attempted to confront Crockett about her disgusting remarks about Tesla and Musk as she walked down a hallway. She initially tried to ignore Downs while laughing and talking to Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN). Downs, though, continued to pursue Crockett and asked her to clarify...

"It was really up to me to come up with all the riffs, which is probably why [the songs were] guitar-heavy. But I don't blame anybody. We were all kind of down." … The results arrived...

Müller glia (green) and their progeny (red) regenerate nerve cells and photoreceptors in a mouse retina. Credit: Ksenia Gnedeva/USC ============================================================================== A USC research team discovered that a single genetic signal may be preventing both hearing and vision cells from repairing themselves. By turning off this signal in mice, they triggered cell growth in parts of the ear and eye — a step toward possible future therapies for hearing and vision loss. A new mouse study from the USC Stem Cell lab of Ksenia Gnedeva, PhD, suggests that the same genes may control the regeneration of sensory cells in both the...
