A driver shot during a road rage incident in Louisville is the one facing charges. The incident started Wednesday morning at Taylor Boulevard and Beecher street and was caught on the road rage victim's dash camera. According to police, Graham Bain was driving aggressively and cut off another vehicle multiple times. Bain chased that vehicle, too, LMPD said. A police report said that behavior caused the other driver to fear for the safety of their passengers — three girls — and fire a shot at Bain's car. During the chase, the driver's car got disabled on Carlisle Avenue near Taylor...

A high school in Minnesota was forced to cancel a field trip scheduled only for students who 'identify as a person of color' after a civil rights complaint was filed. Mark Perry, a community member and retired professor in Twin Cities in Minnesota, saw information on the field trip, which allegedly only was available to students who identified as students of color, on social media. The trip for Highland Park High School offered a chance for students to be exposed to digital marketing and advertising careers, according to Perry. Perry told the Star Tribune that the event, which has been...

... Ramadan is part of the Islamic calendar, which is a lunar calendar. However, although the moon determines the end of one month and the beginning of anothern, they can't be calculated in advance because they rely on sightings of the crescent moon immediately after the new moon. ... So it could begin on Friday, Feb. 28 or Saturday, Mar. 1, depending on the sighting of a crescent moon soon after the new moon on Thursday, Feb. 28. It could even begin on Sunday, Mar. 2, 2025. It's referred to as the Ramadan Moon because its sighting ends the Islamic...

Have you noticed that the Democratic playbook hasn't changed in decades? For years, their attacks on Republicans haven’t changed. It’s always the same lines. “Republicans are for tax cuts for the rich!” “Republicans want to destroy Social Security!” “Republicans want to take away healthcare!” and so on. After these narratives have never actually proven true in generations, you would think the Democrats would try something new. But the broken record keeps spinning. After Speaker Mike Johnson secured a narrow victory (217-213) to pass the budget resolution this week, Democrats immediately launched their predictable fear campaign, accusing Republicans of gutting Medicaid....

Last September, the FBI released its national crime statistics for 2023. The numbers for New Mexico can be described only as catastrophic.New Mexico had the highest per capita rate for violent crime of any state at 7.8 incidents per thousand and the highest rate for any state for property crime at 29.84 per thousand. Violent crime includes the offenses of aggravated assault, homicide, rape, and robbery. Property crime includes arson, burglary, larceny-theft, and motor vehicle theft.I wanted to do a deeper dive into the crime stats for New Mexico’s five largest cities and compare those stats to the national averages...

@RepThomasMassie The fact that the Epstein files haven’t yet been released demonstrates that the President doesn’t yet have operational control of the DOJ and FBI. It could take a while to establish, or as with his first term, it might never be established.

Former White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre spoke about how "shocking" it was to see Democratic Party leaders criticize then-President Joe Biden to the point where he stepped down from the race. A month into President Donald Trump’s second term in office, the Democratic Party is still reeling from the 2024 race. One of the race’s most contentious aspects was how leaders and influential figures in the party demanded Biden relinquish the party’s nomination after his disastrous debate performance last June. At an event at the Institute of Politics at Harvard University, Jean-Pierre was asked to share an anecdote about...

Earle-Sears trailing her likely Democratic opponent, former U.S. Rep. Abigail Spanberger, by 15 percentage points. Winsome Sears is a one-woman force of nature whose personality and life story translate superbly to elective politics. She chews up naysayers for breakfast and blows through low expectations and conventional wisdom like a runaway cement truck.

Normal Americans have noticed many of the inestimable benefits of the Harris/Biden DEI years. To be fair, Barack Obama gave Biden’s handlers a real leg up on DEI, but the handlers really ran with it. Among the most noticeable of those "benefits" has been a dramatic increase not only of US Navy ships that look like third world rust buckets, but an equally dramatic apparent increase in those rust buckets running into other ships and geographic features. It's unusually difficult to find current data on ship collisions. There’s quite a bit of information on the 2017 collisions of the destroyers...

Ok, Ms. Bondi, I get it. Yesterday you were snookered by a totally corrupted FBI, who claimed to have given you all the Epstein material, but in fact only gave you a version of what was already out there. Let us leave aside the fact that you should have thoroughly vetted the material, especially from such an unscrupulous outfit as the FBI. I would expect, in response to that humiliation, that you would be going right to SDNY, with Marshals, in force, and seizing the material in person. But I'm hearing nothing as of 11AM EST. Please do not disappoint...

VIDEO Who told Netflix it was a good idea to do a show about Meghan Markle who is almost universally hated for her over the top narcissism and extreme phoniness? A look at the new Netflix trailer reveals that the show is already doomed in the ratings. However, there is a possibility for saving the show by rebranding (Meghan loves "branding") it as a comedy show by adding commentary by President Trump. Therefore here is the Netflix trailer with commentary by President Trump. It seems to work... as comedy. Hey, I might even watch it for the comedic value but...

On January 30, Pocahontas shouted into a microphone that “There is nothing in the Constitution that says ordinary citizens have a right to see what we spend our tax dollars on.” Aside from the frightening implications of such a statement, Senator Warren is so far off base that she’s not even on the field. As an attorney, she should know better. Article I, § 9, Clause 7 of the Constitution says:No Money shall be drawn from the Treasury, but in Consequence of Appropriations made by law; and a regular Statement and Account of the Receipts and Expenditures of all public...

To say yesterday’s “big reveal” of the Epstein files was a bungle is too kind. Ms. Bondi evidently knew late the night before that SDNY (Southern District of New York) had lied to her about the nature and quality of the “files on her desk” yet she a) let the suspense drag out until well after lunch time, and b) sent her hand-chosen messengers out for a photo-op with binders full of… nothing new.She had to know what she did to these people. She made them look like fools. And yet none of them are hacked off at her. Amazingly,...

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky arrived in the United States on Thursday ahead of talks with US President Donald Trump on an agreement to develop minerals and rare earths, Interfax Ukraine news agency reported. The two world leaders are expected to discuss the rare earths deal, protection from Russia and how European nations can share the burden of the costs of security for Ukraine. “I want to coordinate our position with the American position. The war is in Ukraine, so for me, the Ukrainian position is the priority,” Zelensky said during a press conference in Kyiv Wednesday. The deal will grant...

Vice President JD Vance’s speech to Europe’s leaders at the Munich Security Conference on Feb. 14 underscored how far Europe has fallen away from its reverence of true democracy and freedom, experts told the Daily Caller News Foundation. Vance’s speech slammed the nations of Europe for not adhering to democratic principles such as freedom of speech and fair elections, pointing to examples such as the cancelling of Romanian elections and the UK’s conviction of Adam Smith-Connor for praying outside of an abortion clinic, among many other examples. Foreign policy experts told the DCNF that the speech served to remind Europe...

US President Donald Trump extend for one year certain sanctions introduced against Russia earlier in connection with the situation in Ukraine, the White House said in released documents, APA reports quoting TASS. Restrictions introduced by Washington against Moscow by previous administrations in executive orders in 2014, 2018 and 2022 and pertaining to reunification with Crimea and to Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics are meant. These restrictive measures "must continue in effect beyond March 6, 2025," Trump said. "The actions and policies addressed in these Executive Orders continue to pose an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign...

Rep. Marcy Kaptur, D-Ohio, sparked a firestorm on social media over comments questioning DOGE chief Elon Musk’s allegiance to the U.S. given that he has been a citizen for "only" 22 years. "Mr. Musk has just been here 22 years," Kaptur said outside the Capitol on Wednesday. "And he’s a citizen of three countries. I always ask myself the question, with the damage he’s doing here, when push comes to shove, which country is his loyalty to? South Africa? Canada? Or the United States? And he’s only been a citizen, I’ll say again, 22 years."

End of the American Dream)—We have a government that is literally fighting against itself. The federal workforce has always been more liberal than the population as a whole, but in recent years things have gotten really bad. Prior to this year, Democrats had been in control of the White House for 12 of the past 16 years. Over time, leftists that were hired for key positions just kept hiring more leftists underneath them. In fact, it got to a point where DEI policies at various agencies essentially institutionalized the systematic hiring of leftists. By the end of the Biden administration,...
