On Wednesday’s broadcast of CNN International’s “Amanpour,” Colorado Gov. Jared Polis (D) said that he wants more federal help finding and deporting immigrants who commit crimes “But when it comes to going after hardworking, de facto American families that are a critical part of our economy, whether it’s in the agriculture sector, the construction sector, we want to do everything within our legal means to protect our economy and our prosperity and push back.”

John 11:41–42 41… And Jesus lifted up His eyes and said, “Father, I thank You that You have heard Me. 42And I know that You always hear Me… After Jesus had said these words, He cried with a loud voice, “Lazarus, come forth!” And the man who had been dead for four days came out of his tomb! This is one of the greatest miracles that Jesus performed. Lazarus had been dead for four days when Jesus raised him to life. Wouldn’t you agree that death is indeed an extreme problem? Having no money in the bank, being sick and...

MSNBC’s ratings have been in free fall since Election Day — including for its star anchor, Rachel Maddow — with the left-leaning network’s audience shriveling by nearly half as staffers panic inside the halls of 30 Rock. Maddow — who reportedly has agreed to take a $5 million-a-year pay cut with a new, five-year contract worth $25 million a year — has seen her ratings tumble, stoking fears that her outsize compensation heightens the risk of layoffs among the rank and file. Despite one exec reportedly gushing that the 51-year-old anchor is “ratings Viagra,” since Nov. 5 the “Rachel Maddow...

1 If the Lord had not been on our side – let Israel say – 2 if the Lord had not been on our side when people attacked us, 3 they would have swallowed us alive when their anger flared against us; 4 the flood would have engulfed us, the torrent would have swept over us, 5 the raging waters would have swept us away. 6 Praise be to the Lord, who has not let us be torn by their teeth. 7 We have escaped like a bird from the fowler’s snare; the snare has been broken, and we have...

The Bureau of Land Management has made it official Tuesday — coal leasing will end in the Powder River Basin by 2041. The move follows a court order in a federal lawsuit, Western Organization of Resource Councils et al. v. BLM. The judge on the case directed the BLM to redo its environmental analysis, and include both no-leasing and a limited coal leasing alternatives. As a result of that analysis, the BLM said it has determined that “additional leasing of BLM-administered coal is not necessary, based on the current analysis in the Final Supplemental EIS. The analysis indicates that operating...

Donald Trump loved to use tariffs on foreign goods during his first presidency. But their impact was barely noticeable in the overall economy, even if their aftershocks were clear in specific industries. The data show they never fully delivered on his promised factory jobs. Nor did they provoke the avalanche of inflation that critics feared. This time, though, his tariff threats might be different. The president-elect is talking about going much bigger — on a potential scale that creates more uncertainty about whether he'll do what he says and what the consequences could be. “There's going to be a lot...

The former US Army General tapped to be Donald Trump's special envoy to Ukraine and Russia warned last week 'we're on the precipice of World War III' as he outlined a plan to end the war by forcing both sides to the negotiating table. Lieutenant General Keith Kellogg, 80, told Fox News of the precarious geopolitical circumstances after Vladimir Putin launched a never-before-seen hypersonic missile on the Ukrainian city of Dnipro. - snip- 'When you look at what's happening... with an alliance that President Trump kept apart. You know, he had North Korea over here, he had China over here,...

...Nonetheless, the war in Ukraine seems to be absorbing all Russia’s efforts. Russia clearly does not possess the material capacity or will to open a second front in the Baltic. At the same time, however, Russia would never allow Kaliningrad Oblast to be taken from it, for historical, strategic, and prestige reasons. The outcome of the war in Ukraine could result in a reassessment of the future political-juridical status of Kaliningrad, closing a question that has been pending since 1945, when this relatively small rim of land became Russian.

Speaking at the CSTO summit in Astana on Thursday, Nov. 28, Putin said that Russian military officials are currently selecting targets across Ukraine – including military facilities, industrial sites, and command centers in Kyiv. Putin also discussed Russia’s recent deployment of the “Oreshnik” [Hazel tree] missile system to the Ukrainian city of Dnipro on Nov. 21, a weapon he claimed “has no global equivalent.” “Oreshnik [Hazel tree] affects even highly protected and deep-lying objects,” Putin said, describing the missile as capable of reaching speeds of 3 kilometers (1.9 miles) per second and temperatures of 4,000 degrees Celsius (7,232 degrees Fahrenheit)....

In the event of massive use of Oreshnik missiles, the strike will be comparable to the use of nuclear arms, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at a CSTO limited-circle session, APA reports citing TASS. "In the opinion of military and technical experts, in the event of a massive, group strike of these missiles, that is, several missiles at once, in a cluster, their single strike will be comparable to the use of nuclear weapons. Even though, certainly, Oreshnik is not a weapon of mass destruction," the Russian leader said.

If anyone says that the Judeo-Christian tradition had nothing to do with the founding of America, they need look no further than our annual holiday of Thanksgiving. As in, giving thanks to God for His help to us. Columnist Mark Steyn (originally from Canada) notes: “Speaking as a misfit unassimilated foreigner, I think of Thanksgiving as the most American of holidays.” While we tend to associate Thanksgiving with the Pilgrims in Massachusetts, Virginia likes to remind the world that it was in their commonwealth that the first Thanksgiving was held.

Ukrainian-born Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman (US Army Ret.) may be about to pay the ultimate price for his crimes against America if the world’s richest man has any say. As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, Vindman was a crucial figure in the first impeachment of President Trump over his “perfect” phone call with Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in 2019. But he was caught repeatedly lying during his testimony before Congress, which made him a leftist hero.
