Former President Donald Trump’s lawyers think Special Counsel Jack Smith wants to disclose too much evidence in the ex-president’s criminal case for trying to overturn the 2020 election, opposing a proposed filing laying out prosecutors’ case against Trump that’s set to soon be publicly released. Smith, who’s overseeing the government’s case against Trump, has filed a document with the court detailing the full case against Trump and explaining how it complies with the Supreme Court’s recent ruling granting Trump and other ex-presidents immunity from criminal charges based on their “official acts” in office. The filing—which Smith has said will include...

Many Americans who return home after being illegally detained overseas arrive to find they've been billed thousands of dollars by the IRS—including late fees for unpaid taxes. That's the bizarre situation in which hostages Evan Gerskovich, Paul Whelan, and Vladimir Kara-Murza found themselves after they were released from detention in Russia last month. All three men say they faced a battery of surprise financial issues after returning home, including tax charges and hits to the credit stemming from bills they were unable to pay while behind bars. "I got one of those bills from the IRS saying, you owe this...

An additional 120 alleged victims have now come forward against Sean “Diddy” Combs, including a man who claims he was only 9-year-old at the time of the abuse. One Tuesday, Tony Buzbee, a Texas-based lawyer, stated at a press conference that he will be defending 120 new accusers who have now come forward to accuse the music mogul of a series of charges over a 20-year period. “We will expose the enablers who enabled this conduct behind closed doors. We will pursue this matter no matter who the evidence implicates,” Buzbee said during the news conference. “Many powerful people …...

On Tuesday’s broadcast of CNN’s “Situation Room,” Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro (D) said that Iran has “been using Hezbollah, one of their proxies, to attack Israel for the better part of the last year” and launched an “unprecedented attack on Israel” today, but “when Donald Trump was President, we had more chaos at home and abroad, and he has no plans to bring stability, either to the Middle East, or throughout the nation, when we’re facing serious challenges here.” After listening to Trump saying that Biden and Harris are absent, Shapiro stated, “Well, first off, Wolf, let’s speak truth, Iran...

Oct.1.24 Amna Nawaz with Leila Molana-Allen echo chamber the absent Israeli innocent victims. The duo went back and forth repeating the same thing over and over again about the pepple in Lebanon. Little has very said between them about the huge terrorizing effect on millions of Israelis and coming ahead of Rosh HaShana. But as their "reporting" on Israel vs Hamas, rarely have they talked about the Israeli victims of this unprovoked war. Here again, the 60,000 evacuated Israelis scared, are a non issue.

On Sept. 27, US Rep. Majorie Taylor-Greene warned about the ramifications of a strike in a tweet. Rep. Greene claims, “It’s very important to understand how critical this is given that America is now in a $36 billion dollar food trade deficit for the first time in our nation’s history. Also, the Biden-Harris administration and congressional out-of-control spending have driven inflation so high that many Americans can’t afford quality of life. I think this situation is serious and, depending on whether they strike and how long it lasts, could be a crisis going into the election, holidays, and winter.

President Joe Biden’s pro-migration border chief suggested Monday that Springfield, Ohio, “has blossomed by reason of the infusion of individuals from another country.” Alejandro Mayorkas, the Cuban-born secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, chose not to name the city, nor the resulting blight that many Americans face amid lower wages, higher rents, civic chaos, and minimal support or respect from local politicians. Mayorkas, a careful lawyer, also chose to bury the memory of two Springfielders killed during the claimed blossoming.

Bodies are still being pulled out of the water as North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida and Georgia try to clean up after the devastating destruction of Hurricane Helene. But that hasn't stopped leftists from celebrating the natural disaster, given that the victims died or saw their homes destroyed in states that don't always vote the way they'd like. Here's a charmer from the United Kingdom who teaches kids: She comes from a school that touts its 'empathy-building' between rural and urban residents, whatever that is, all inclusive and accepting. I think we can now see what they mean.

President Biden leaped into action as he noted that FEMA had overlooked a hurricane that swept through Florida and the Southern Atlantic states. Damage was extensive and occurred up and down the Atlantic coast. Based upon his order, FEMA ordered 100 employees to Delaware to rake the sand at Biden's beach home. Biden had noticed sea weed, beer cans, crack baggies, etc. were littering the beach after the hurricane had tore through the south. In other unrelated news, Biden noted that the Secetaries of Labor and Transportation were not aware of the Port Strike. The Secretary of Labor had been...

Atlas Intel Poll, and NC Atlas Intel released their latest swing state polling on September 28. For those who don’t know Atlas intel was the most accurate public polling firm in the 2020 election, so I certainly would put them as one of the polls that should be taken seriously. In this poll they effectively show Trump winning 5 of the 7 battleground states. This isn’t in and of itself too surprising, though there definitely are some things that will probably be shocking to some. First I would like to point out that, not only do they have Trump up...

Iran warned Israel and the United States against any reaction to its massive missile strike against the Jewish State on Tuesday night. “Should the Zionist regime dare to respond or commit further acts of malevolence, a subsequent and crushing response will ensue,” Iran’s mission to the United Nations wrote in a post on X. Iran’s legal, rational, and legitimate response to the terrorist acts of the Zionist regime—which involved targeting Iranian nationals and interests and infringing upon the national sovereignty of the Islamic Republic of Iran—has been duly carried out.
