Disney’s Hocus Pocus 2 star Bette Midler couldn’t resist going low ahead of Tuesday’s presidential debate. Bette Midler expressed her bizarre scatalogical fantasy to see former President Donald Trump defecate on stage during the live ABC broadcast, writing: “Can’t wait for tomorrow night to watch you poop your pants on national TV.” She also gave Trump a virtual middle finger by posting a vintage photo of herself with Mick Jagger, who brandished his middle finger for the camera.

Special Counsel Jack Smith has filed superseding indictments against former President Donald Trump, despite a federal judge previously ruling Smith was unlawfully appointed to pursue. Representative Matt Gaetz (R-FL) has sent a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland demanding to know who authorized this new indictment. In July, Judge Aileen Cannon ruled that Smith was unlawfully appointed to his prosecution of Trump for attempting to overturn the 2020 Election. As Fox News described, the prosecutor filed a new, amended indictment into a separate probe, which Rep. Gaetz suggests has even less legal validity in his letter. "It is unclear what...

China’s mysterious experimental space plane, Shenlong, has returned from space after completing its third orbital test, where it spent 268 days gauging the spacecraft’s reusable technologies. The experimental spacecraft, launched on December 14 on board a Long March-2F rocket, made its successful landing at the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Centre site in the Gobi Desert on Friday, according to the South China Morning Post. Much about the spacecraft’s highly classified mission remain unknown, although state media reports currently point to tests designed to gauge reusable technologies and to conduct scientific experiments in orbit. The recent test marks notable progress for China...

160 years ago this month, William Anderson Jr. (Cap) was born to the infamous clan leader William Anderson (Devil Anse) Hatfield in Logan county West Virginia. The second son to Devil Anse and Levisa Hatfield, he was clearly one of, if not THEE most ruthless of the family in his early years. He eventually became a man of god and changed his ways as he became older as many do. But the wake of damage left was real. We revisit the homesite and grave of him and his close family. The only video of its kind in existence to date.

Governor Gavin Newsom (D-CA) claimed Tuesday on “CBS Mornings” that Vice President Kamala Harris was the “change candidate” in the presidential race. Newsom said, “What Kamala Harris has done in the last 8 weeks is unprecedented in U.S. history. She’s closed the gap. We’re not just within a margin of error, we’ve expanded the map in the United States. You saw new polls this morning. States that were not even in the conversation, now Donald Trump has to either defend or he has to go out and invest millions and millions of dollars. We never imagined a few weeks ago....

From his Illinois home, he champions guns for all. The Times confirmed his real name and linked the firearm he helped design to terrorists, drug dealers and freedom fighters in at least 15 countries. After an attempted gang murder in the French city of Marseille last year, the police found what appeared to be a toy assault rifle, seemingly crafted from plastic and Lego parts. “But the weapon was lethal,” Col. Hervé Pétry of the national gendarmerie recalled. In the past three years, this model of homemade semiautomatic firearm, known as an FGC-9, has appeared in the hands of paramilitaries in...

A loophole in Wisconsin election laws poses a significant risk to election integrity, a report finds. More than 140,000 Wisconsinites can vote in the 2024 election without proving their identify by self-identifying as “Indefinitely Confined,” a new report by the Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty reveals. Through the loophole, voters can receive an absentee ballot indefinitely without ever showing an ID. In 2020 amid the pandemic, 265,979 registered under the exemption, when clerks in Democratic strongholds encouraged voters to exploit the loophole to circumvent Wisconsin’s voter ID requirements in 2020 – a practice later rebuked unanimously by the Supreme...

One method Democrats used to steal the election was with overseas ballots. We saw evidence of this in several battleground states. During an Arizona Senate session in February2022, the discussion turned to the UOCAVA voters — these are voters covered under the Uniform Overseas Civilian Absentee Voting Act. These are the men and women who are serving their country in the military and send in a mail-in vote from where they are stationed outside the country. These ballots also include US citizens residing in countries outside the United States. The act officially covers: members of the United States Uniformed Services...

Trump over the weekend threatened to prosecute donors, lawyers and elections officials who he claimed “cheated” in the 2020 election or who engaged in behavior he deemed “unscrupulous” in November. And he elevated a dubious claim about fraud involving mail-in ballots in Pennsylvania, echoing rhetoric he used to cast doubt on the 2020 results. Republicans have long argued Trump’s fixation on the 2020 election and his claims of widespread fraud are unhelpful politically, but critics viewed Trump’s most recent posts as a blaring warning sign about how Trump may react to November’s results, win or lose. “As we head into...

She claims the landlord is receiving government funding to rent one of the apartments to these migrants, and she believes they want to get her out to have their friends to move into her apartment.

.The Israeli Defense Forces released horrifying video of the blood-stained Hamas tunnel where Israeli-American Hersh Goldberg-Polin and five other hostages were shot and killed by the terrorist before they could be rescued. The IDF Spokesperson Daniel Hagari is seen ducking as he walks the nearly 400-foot-long, dark corridor where he points to the location where Goldberg-Polin and the others were killed.

Apple has been ordered to pay Ireland €13bn (£11bn; $14bn) in unpaid taxes by Europe’s top court, putting an end to an eight-year row. The European Commission accused Ireland of giving Apple illegal tax advantages in 2016, but Ireland has consistently argued against the need for the tax to be paid. The Irish government said it would respect the ruling. […] A separate European Court of Justice (ECJ) ruling on Tuesday also brought a long-running case with Google to a close, with the company ordered to pay a €2.4bn (£2bn) fine for market dominance abuse. […] Apple said in a...

Gaza authorities controlled by the Hamas terror organization, and the Al Jazeera news website controlled by Qatar, miraculously lowered the reported death count from an Israeli airstrike from 40 to 19 in new reports on Tuesday. As Breitbart News reported, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) conducted a targeted airstrike Monday on three Hamas commanders who had deliberately placed their operation center inside a humanitarian zone for Palestinian civilians. USA Today reported claims that 65 people had been killed or wounded, then cited the “Hamas-run Gaza government media office,” which “put the number of fatalities at more than 40.” Al Jazeera...

Former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris are neck and neck nationally, but Trump has the momentum after surging three points in a month, according to a Marist/NPR/PBS News poll. The September 3-5 poll, published Tuesday, finds 48 percent of 1,413 registered voters sampled back Trump, while 49 percent back Harris. One percent is undecided, and one percent would support a third-party candidate. Trump has gained three points of support since the Marist/NPR/PBS News August 1-4 poll, when he landed at 45 percent with registered voters in a field with third-party options. That poll showed him three points...

The power toolmaker Stanley Black and Decker appears to have scrubbed its website of references to diversity quotas and LGBTQ campaigns in the face of a damaging boycott. The company, which is behind such brands as DeWalt, Black and Decker, and Stanley, has in recent days removed pages about its 'equity training' workshops and multimillion dollar giveaways to 'racial equity' groups. The move appears to be a response to the conservative group Consumers' Research launching a boycott of Stanley Black and Decker products over the company's diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts. The video player is currently playing an ad....

SPRINGFIELD, OH — As viral videos and reports of migrants abducting and eating housepets and geese swept the nation, a large mob of Ohio cats took to the streets to protest Haitian immigration. The crowd of protesting cats — many of which claimed to be survivors of attempted eatings — carried picket signs and stopped traffic to call attention to the dangers Haitian migrants posed to American society at large, and the local cat population in particular. "End immigration meow!" one cat shouted as he marched through the streets. "We are pets — not food! My brother went for a...
