Gaza authorities controlled by the Hamas terror organization, and the Al Jazeera news website controlled by Qatar, miraculously lowered the reported death count from an Israeli airstrike from 40 to 19 in new reports on Tuesday.
As Breitbart News reported, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) conducted a targeted airstrike Monday on three Hamas commanders who had deliberately placed their operation center inside a humanitarian zone for Palestinian civilians.
USA Today reported claims that 65 people had been killed or wounded, then cited the “Hamas-run Gaza government media office,” which “put the number of fatalities at more than 40.” Al Jazeera reported that 40 people were killed and that 60 had been wounded — without noting, in its televised reports, that the numbers came from Hamas. The chyron on Al Jazeera English read “Israel Targets Al Mawasi: At least 40 Palestinians killed and 60 others injured.”

21 Resurrections?..............
Every word out of Hamas, Al Jazeera, and the UN on this subject is a lie.
Every single word.

Well, they DID say the death toll was “miraculously lowered”. ;-)
Typical dems. Always lowering the numbers after a while.
Drop from 40 to 19? More than 1500 disappointed virgins...
Looks like the IDF has a credit coming!
Probably women and children they tied to missile launchers
Since Hamas commanders are known by all to be magnets for airstrikes, residents of Gaza can protect themselves by staying 500+ yards away from them.
Islamic TAQIYYA. Not a single word of theirs can be believed.
Israel knew when it set up these humanitarian zones that Hamas will infiltrate them. But, they also knew that they couldn’t move much of their armaments with them. Maybe some small arms but not the bulks of their rockets, launchers, anti-tank weapons etc which were buried in tunnel shafts and bunkers and apartments and basements. They also knew these humanitarian zones had no bunkers and tunnels. So the idea at the start of the campaign was to clear as many people from the population centers so the IDF could go in and start clearing the weapons factories and capture or destroy the weapons caches. Eliminate their capacity to make war on Israel. They would fight inside Gaza but prevent attacks on Israel proper.
The Hamas who stayed behind were supposed to defend the weapons. They were and are way outmatched militarily - their main advantage was that Israel doesn’t know where all the tunnels and bunkers are. So the IDF has to gather intel and go door to door, which subjects them to ambush.
However, a few Hamas were able to smuggle some rockets and other larger weapons into the humanitarian zones. And Israel has vowed to eliminate or arrest all the top ranking Hamas members. Right now, as Hamas refuses to concede that they cannot win on the battlefield it means Israel has to press on. This is why Iran is financing the propaganda machine in the US and EU trying to pressure Israel to cease fire without a good deal. Hamas wants Israel completely out of Gaza. But Israel cannot accept that. At a very minimum Israel must hold the Philadelphi corridor - the border between Egypt and Gaza which is where most of the smuggling occurred over the last 19 years. Israel also wants to control a border splitting north and south Gaza as a checkpoint and a base of operations in case urgent strikes become necessary if Hamas or its allies break the cease fire. They won’t be fooled again into leaving Gaza to its own devices. Hamas needs to concede and surrender, return the hostages, and resign from government for the sake of their own people and territory.
Unfortunately many are held captive, some literally and some figuratively. Some are family. Some are bribed. Some are threatened with death if they try to flee.
There was a story that the IDF found a Palestinian elderly woman tied to a bed in an empty apartment. Presumably Hamas wanted her to die either in a strike, a raid or of starvation. I’ll have to independently verify that story.
19 was the count after they finally put the pieces back together.
