Since the official announcement of the death of Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi, numerous spontaneous instances of celebration and sarcasm have been expressed by Persian and Arabic-speaking users and outlets in the Middle East and abroad. However, in the meantime, outlets loyal or belonging to the Islamic Republic regime have been notedly attempting to endow Raisi's death with a mystical dimension and grant religious meaning to his passing. The death of Raisi was announced this morning at the Imam Reza Holy Shrine in Mashhad, where crowds...

Tyrants and terrorists have been mourning the death of Iran's President Ebrahim Raisi after his surprise death in a helicopter crash on Sunday. The Hamas terror group, Lebanon's Hezbollah militia, Iraq-based armed groups and the Syrian government - all members of the so-called 'Axis of Resistance' against Israel and its Western allies - expressed their condolences on Monday. Russian President Vladimir Putin, in a statement released by the Kremlin, meanwhile described Raisi 'as a true friend of Russia'. Iran has been supplying Russia with munitions and drones to support its continued invasion of Ukraine that have wreaked havoc across the...

The Martin Center opposes the Biden administration’s new loan-forgiveness rules for two basic reasons: They are outside of the Department of Education’s authority, and they will have adverse consequences. Economists often refer to special-interest legislation—bills passed to favor some politically influential group with benefits extracted from society in general. The nation’s Founders were well aware of that prospect and sought to prevent it in their writing of the Constitution. In Federalist 10, James Madison wrote about the evils that arise when “factions” can use governmental power to enrich themselves at the expense of others. The Constitution’s limitations on and division...

For years we've heard that humans are the problem when it comes to the environment. The complaints in recent years have become so intense and extreme that we're being told that humans have been likened to a harmful virus, even to the point that some individuals have begun a "human extinction project" in the crazed belief that the only chance to "save the planet" is to erase humans from existence. It's gotten to the point where hardly a day goes by where we don't hear about someone who expresses a desire to see the Earth "depopulated", at least to the...

WARNING GRAPHIC IMAGE ON LINK A Reddit poster recently shared the story of her abortion pill experience, including two photos of her 10-week-old deceased baby, which she named “Bean.” Her comments illuminate the trauma and anguish that many women experience after taking the abortion pill. “20 minutes ago I had an MA [medication abortion] at home and it was the most painful thing I’ve ever gone through. I’m so sorry little bean,” the poster, known by the handle brazen177, wrote. “Bean was moving its legs and heart was still beating when they came out in one push.” In another comment,...

An under-the-radar change at the Federal Election Commission (FEC) could allow 'unlimited' foreign money to flow into elections, election experts have warned. The FEC issued an advisory opinion earlier this month that allows federal candidates for office to solicit unlimited funds from anywhere for groups working for state ballot initiatives. That means if President Joe Biden is raising money for a state referendum on abortion, there are no limits to the donations he can request. If Donald Trump is raising money for a group to oppose such a referendum, the same would go for his campaign.

President Joe Biden sharpened his racially-charged attack on former President Donald Trump during Sunday night's annual NAACP Detroit Branch Freedom Fund dinner. 'What do you think he would have done on January 6 if black Americans had stormed the Capitol?' Biden asked - as members of the crowd collectively gasped. The president then added, 'No, I'm serious. What do you think? I can only imagine,' as Trump has long promised to pardon those involved in the 2021 Capitol attack if he's elected to a second term in November.

President Joe Biden's motorcade drove through deep blue Atlanta this weekend to little fanfare, leading many to wonder about the enthusiasm for his 2024 campaign. In 2020, the president became the first Democrat to win a presidential election in Georgia in 30 years. The party also won both senate seats in the Southern state. But the state's landscape has shifted significantly over the last four years, with recent polls suggesting former president Donald Trump is in the lead in the Peach State.

SUMMARY Around 137 Russian helicopters have been confirmed lost in the Ukrainian war. The upper bound of Russian helicopter losses claimed by Ukraine is 325; the lower bound of visually confirmed losses is 105. Russia has lost around 10% of its helicopter fleet, mostly attack helicopters like the Ka-52 "Alligator." The fog of war and exaggerated claims on both sides make it difficult to know exactly how much military equipment has been lost during the Full-Scale Russian Invasion of Ukraine. However, today is the information age and this war is being filmed like never before. Over a hundred fixed-wing Russian...
