An associate pastor in Texas, Gabriel Hughes, was just permanently banned from Twitter with no stated explanation from the social media site. Ford Motor Co. will be suspending end-of-lease buyout options for customers driving all-electric vehicles, provided they took possession of the model after June 15, 2022. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi received Communion during a papal Mass at the Vatican Wednesday despite her support of abortion contrary to Catholic teaching. Mrs. Pelosi, who had met earlier with Pope Francis, was observed by two people to have received Communion from a priest at the Mass, The Associated Press reported. Francis presided at the Mass but did not personally distribute Communion at the event, which honored St. Peter and St. Paul. Mrs. Pelosi’s action comes roughly six weeks after San Francisco Archbishop Salvatore Cordileone said in a letter that she should not present herself for Communion within the archdiocese.

More than a dozen women in Russia's Republic of Buryatia have recorded a video statement urging the head of the Siberian region to recall their husbands from Ukraine where they are serving with the Russian armed forces.
