A journalist who says he spent years researching and investigating Jeffrey Epstein has posted a lengthy Twitter thread in response to SpaceX and Tesla founder Elon Musk’s call over the weekend for the media to publish the names of Epstein’s victims and client list. Adam Davidson’s responses came after Musk on Saturday tweeted a meme that said, “Things I’ll never see in my life,” along with photos of a fire-breathing dragon, a unicorn, a dinosaur, and the Jeffrey Epstein/Ghislaine Maxwell client list.” “Only thing more remarkable than DOJ not leaking the list is that no one in the media cares....

To what extent can a selective educational institution advantage certain racial groups in admissions decisions without discriminating against other groups simultaneously? How can said institutions balance external demands for fairness and group representation with their core mission to educate students sufficiently? How much influence should an institution itself wield, compared with other stakeholders (including the American public), in determining the desirability of a diverse student body? Answers to these thorny questions should be made clearer later this year with an anticipated Supreme Court ruling in the racial discrimination cases against Harvard University and the University of North Carolina (UNC). On...

New York Times economics columnist Paul Krugman continued his downward spiral into parody by letting voters know he’s triggered over them blaming President Joe Biden for the inflation monster eating their wallets. Krugman’s latest drivel harrumphed that “[v]oters don’t care about economists’ estimates of underlying inflation.” Instead, mourned Krugman, “they care about the prices they pay, especially the prices of highly salient goods they buy on a regular basis.” Krugman pivoted off of a bad European inflation report to lecture Americans that the “lesson” was that “these are precisely the prices over which President Biden, or actually any president, has...

There is a joke currently making its way through the internet. It goes something like this: Elon Musk has offered to buy the FBI for $100 million. No word on whether Hillary Clinton will sell. You laugh, but not too hard, because it has more than a little ring of truth to it. The FBI has been behaving as though it was an arm of not only the DNC, but also the Hillary Clinton personal protection agency, and so has the CIA. The Jan 6 hearings will be held in all their glory in prime-time television beginning Thursday. This is...

VIDEOThe Democrats and the media are sure to hype the upcoming January 6 Committee televised public hearings as significant as the Watergate hearings. However, what will be most interesting about the Kangaroo Court hearings will be the questions they don't ask. At the top of the questions the January 6 Committee WON'T be asking is why the cell phone pings of everybody in or around the Capitol Buildings that day were tracked with the ONE exception of the guy who planted pipe bombs at the RNC and the DNC the night before. We know he was using his cell phone...

Here is my proposed gun control compromise following the latest attack on children that millions of us did not commit. Ready? You gun fascists can kiss my Schumer and we keep our guns. In fact, let's also repeal the National Firearms Act and impose national constitutional carry. I think this compromise fairly balances our respective legitimate interests regarding guns. Our legitimate interest is maintaining the capacity to deter and defeat tyrants and criminals. Your legitimate interest in limiting our ability to do so is non-existent. There are several Republicans who are apparently eager to come to a compromise on guns...

Guns Are Not the Problem It’s the culture, stupid. Gun violence is the penalty for our failure to uphold a moral, functioning society."Dying societies accumulate laws like dying men accumulate remedies."— Nicolás Gómez DávilaIn the wake of recent mass shootings in New York, Texas, and Oklahoma, Democrats are once again sending Americans up a blind alley. Their “solution” is to punish millions of law-abiding gun owners for the crimes of a few evil maniacs. Undeniably, there is a certain appeal to this response. Gun control is a facile “fix” to a complex problem. Americans have owned guns since the founding,...

The Trump endorsement stands as the most powerful force in American electoral politics. Perhaps out of recognition of this fact, President Trump has taken a judicious approach to his endorsements in the 2022 cycle. To earn Trump’s coveted endorsement, a candidate must not only demonstrate loyalty to Trump and the Trumpist agenda that revolutionized American politics forever, the candidate in question must also stand strong on his own and show that he’s a winner. After all, winning is a big part of the Trump agenda. One would be hard pressed to think of a candidate more suited for a Trump endorsement...
