The Santa Cruz County Sheriff's Office said they arrested a man wanted for siphoning gas in Felton and stealing high-end bicycles in Scotts Valley. On Saturday night, a deputy saw suspect, Mark Cox, riding a specialized road bike in downtown Felton.
