Thousands of Britons were tonight told to leave Ukraine immediately over fears of an imminent invasion by Russian forces that Washington spy chiefs warned could be ordered in a matter of days. The Foreign Office updated its advice to tell UK nationals to 'leave now while commercial means are still available' amid mounting concerns they could get caught up in fighting - including a deadly 'aerial bombardment of Kiev' - should Putin give the go-ahead to his 130,000 troops currently massed near Ukraine's borders. An FDA advisory panel has voted against the approval of a lung cancer immunotherapy drug developed and tested in China, The New York Times reported Feb. 10. Five notes: 1. It is a checkpoint inhibitor immunotherapy intended for use in combination with chemotherapy for patients with metastatic non-small-cell lung cancer. It was developed by Eli Lilly and its Chinese partner Innovent Biologics. 2. Blocking a roadway with a stopped vehicle might be construed as a crime. And be punishable. Driving around a block (slowly enough to avoid the traffic ahead of you) is not. If you have the numbers -- and I think we do -- then: (a) Anyone who needs to peel off and refuel, or take care of other business, can do so without harming the cause; and (b) Not only trucks, but cars, vans, and even motorcycles and bicycles can join in the fun. The beauty is: what can police do? Pull over an individual vehicle? Block a lane? That...

(CN) — The Wisconsin Supreme Court on Friday declined to extend, through an upcoming April election, a stay of a recent lower court order banning the use of absentee ballot drop boxes and the return of an absentee ballot by someone other than the voter. The decision casts further doubt on these election practices in future Wisconsin elections, including consequential contests for a U.S. Senate seat and the governorship this fall. Taxpayers...

Vancouver entrepreneur Jeff Booth said he does not like being called an “organizer” for the funding going toward the self-described freedom convoy protests. And he insists he’s not a “facilitator” either. But Mr. Booth said he helped create a Bitcoin wallet that has helped channel donations toward those demonstrations. More than $500,000 has been raised through the wallet so far. In a wide-ranging interview, Mr. Booth said he believes in freedom of speech and his entire family is double-vaccinated against COVID-19. He also “understands both points of view” about pandemic restrictions across Canada, which he believes were “right at first.”...

Converts blast blasphemy linking Islamic 'Maryam' with Catholic 'Mary' PARIS (ChurchMilitant.com) - A respected Islamic scholar and Parisian Catholic priest is condemning the recitation of the Koran and Muslim prayer in Paris' largest church as the "abandonment of evangelization" and the "introduction of the Antichrist." Father Guy Pagès' censure is being echoed by Parisian Muslim converts, who face the death penalty for apostasy from Islam — including a former high-ranking Islamic jurist who confessed to engaging in interfaith events "only to sanitize the true face of Islam in preparation for jihad." Catholics were shocked by the Muslim–Catholic celebration hosted by...

On Thursday's "Politics War Room with James Carville & Al Hunt," long time Democratic political strategist Carville said he has an idea on how to revitalize 2022 election prospects for his Party: make it legal to punch people who are not vaccinated. "I wish what they'd do is pass a law to make you immune from liability if you punch some unvaccinated person right in the face, which I'd really like to do," Carville said. "If you ask me what's my first reaction to you if you're not vaccinated, you don't have any medical reason not to be, you're a...
