Congressman Ben Cline (VA-06) was joined by Representatives Morgan Griffith (VA-09), Bob Good (VA-05), Rob Wittman (VA-01), Jeff Duncan (SC-03), Rodney Davis (IL-13), and Chip Roy (TX-21) in introducing H.R. 6534, the Stop Arduous Vaccine Enforcement (SAVE) Act, which would prohibit organ transplant centers from denying an individual from receiving or donating an organ solely based on whether he or she is vaccinated against COVID-19. This legislation comes in response to several reports from across the United States of individuals being removed from the organ transplant list or moved to “inactive” status as a result of being unvaccinated. “It is...

Every year, drivers lobby the state of Florida to see if they can get a custom license plate; some combination of seven or so numbers and letters that can help a person express themselves as they drive the Sunshine State’s highways and byways. Unfortunately, not everyone gets their vanity plate approved by the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. The reasons for the rejection generally fall under two categories: obscene or objectionable.

Explanation: What's happening at the center of our galaxy? It's hard to tell with optical telescopes since visible light is blocked by intervening interstellar dust. In other bands of light, though, such as radio, the galactic center can be imaged and shows itself to be quite an interesting and active place. The featured picture shows the latest image of our Milky Way's center by the MeerKAT array of 64 radio dishes in South Africa. Spanning four times the angular size of the Moon (2 degrees), the image is impressively vast, deep, and detailed. Many known sources are shown in clear...

First we had the Trump-Russia Collusion Conspiracy Theory and now the CBC has updated it to the Trucker-Russia Collusion Conspiracy Theory to explain the widespread popularity of the Freedom Convoy in Canada. Of course, both theories are equally absurd but that won't be a barrier to the liberals promoting them. So congrats, liberals! You now have your talking point to shut down any debate about the issues put forth by the Freedom Convoy now in Ottawa. Just shout out Trucker-Russia Collusion and it is case closed as far as you are concerned.

Spoiler: Yeah, why not?The modern world hurts my brain. Let’s take the news that Apple enables users to store their COVID vaccination certificates in the Wallet and Health apps as an example. When I first heard about it, I was pumped. Flashing my QR code to enter a restaurant or grab a coffee would be far simpler if it sat in my Apple Wallet. Friends, the time I’d save! But, of course, the world had something to say about that. We talked to 4 successful entrepreneurs This is what they wish they knew before getting started While putting my digital...

The installation of a commemorative bell in downtown Gilroy last week was intended to mark the city's 150-year anniversary, but it's instead become the center of a feud over race and history.

A study has revealed that obesity is likely to cause an increased risk of kidney disease. The findings suggest that tackling obesity could have a powerful impact on kidney health. Most of the previous studies have been unable to explain if the relationship between obesity and renal disease was little more than an association. However, through a technique called Mendelian Randomisation—which groups people according to a genetic code randomly assigned at birth and removes any bias—they found that increasing values of genetically predicted BMI and WC were causally associated with the measures of kidney function. The team were able to...

At first, it seemed like Jeff Zucker was just another piece of collateral damage from Andrew Cuomo’s demise, caught in the same blast radius that knocked Chris Cuomo out of CNN months earlier. It all seemed so rich, considering Zucker was the one who canned Chris for getting wrapped up in Andrew’s own workplace scandal. But for many CNN staffers, something isn’t adding up about Zucker’s surprise resignation on Wednesday. The network’s president said in a statement that he failed to disclose a romantic relationship with his number two, Allison Gollust, before it was raised during an investigation into Chris...

mRNA technology is making waves with the success of the COVID-19 vaccines by Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna. CAR-T cell therapy, a type of immunotherapy that engineers a patient’s own cells, have transformed the treatment of certain blood cancers. Now, scientists at the University of Pennsylvania have harnessed the power of both approaches in a promising experimental therapy to treat heart disease. The Penn team designed mRNAs that could turn regular T cells into therapeutic CAR-T cells inside the body to target heart fibrosis, a scarring from cardiac injury that impairs heart function. In a mouse model of heart failure, an injection...

Despite blowback from some conservatives, former President Donald Trump is not changing his tune on endorsing Morgan Ortagus in the GOP primary for Tennessee's 5th District if she runs. Social media influencer and House candidate Robby Starbuck has been a favorite among MAGA-supporting political strategists for his full-throated support for America First ideals, but Trump told Newsmax his endorsement of Ortagus – if she decides to run – was based on the candidate he knows versus the candidate he does not. "Well, I didn't know Robby Starbuck; I have known Morgan; she's been in the administration; she did a good...

A meta-analysis spearheaded by John Hopkins University has found that the economically devastating lockdowns that occurred in the spring of 2020 barely moved the needle on preventing COVID deaths. The meta-analysis also found that most specific nonpharmaceutical interventions (NPIs) tended to offer little benefit, save for, in it would appear, one measure. “Studies looking at specific NPIs (lockdown vs. no lockdown, facemasks, closing non-essential businesses, border closures, school closures, and limiting gatherings) also find no broad-based evidence of noticeable effects on COVID-19 mortality,” according to the analysis.

"It's sad to see the recent litany of embarrassing moments from a show I invested so much time and effort in trying to elevate," McCain writes Meghan McCain is weighing in on the recent controversy surrounding her former co-worker, Whoopi Goldberg. And she definitely thinks Whoopi is getting special treatment. Earlier this week, Whoopi remarked on “The View” that the Holocaust “isn’t about race,” drawing widespread criticism. In the days following, she apologized multiple times, saying on Tuesday’s episode, "Words matter and mine are no exception. I regret my comments, as I said, and I stand corrected."

Antarctica’s so-called Doomsday Glacier, nicknamed because it is huge and coming apart, is mostly thwarting an international effort to figure out how dangerously vulnerable it is. A large iceberg broke off the deteriorating Thwaites glacier and, along with sea ice, it is blocking two research ships with dozens of scientists from examining how fast its crucial ice shelf is falling apart. Scientists from around the world are part of a multi-year $50 million international effort to study the Florida-sized glacier by land, sea and below for the brief time the remote ice is reachable during the Antarctic summer..... What worries...

WASHINGTON, Feb 2 (Reuters) - U.S. soldiers who refuse to get a COVID-19 vaccine will be immediately discharged, the U.S. Army said on Wednesday, saying the move was critical to maintain combat readiness The Army's order applies to regular Army soldiers, active-duty Army reservists and cadets unless they have approved or pending exemptions, it said in a statement. The discharge order is the latest from a U.S. military branch removing unvaccinated service membersamid the pandemicafter the Pentagon made the vaccine mandatory for all service members in August 2021. The vast majority of all active duty troops have received at least...

A new paper indicates that overweight and obese people who lose weight may reduce their chances of later developing colorectal adenoma—a type of benign growth or polyp in the colon or rectum that could lead to colorectal cancer. Colorectal cancer is the third most common type of cancer and the third leading cause of death from cancer among men and women in the United States. Obesity is a known risk factor for colorectal adenoma and colorectal cancer. Doctors recommend weight loss for overweight and obese people commonly. Although weight loss is thought to have some beneficial health effects, whether losing...

The FEC records, reviewed by the Daily Caller, show that Hayes paid over $15,000 in increments of $282.47 each to a person...

Russian forces are poised to invade Ukraine unless the United States and NATO cave to Vladimir Putin's demands. The Biden administration and the Western military alliance have no plans to mount a meaningful response to Russia's unprovoked aggression, but they have gone to great lengths to ensure their symbolic expression of outrage will be as "gender inclusive" as possible. The NATO Gender-Inclusive Language Manual, published in April 2020, offers crucial guidance for Western military officials regarding the use of "communication as a basis for advancing gender equality." The pivotal document was prepared by the office of Clare Hutchinson, who has...
