To no thinking person’s surprise, China’s President Xi Jinping told Communist Party leaders that saving the planet from global warming won’t come at the expense of China’s economic growth or the comfort of its people. Greens had been pointing to China’s efforts at cutting carbon emissions as an example other nations should follow. As it turns out, President Xi knows that cutting emissions will cut growth—something Xi is not willing to do. Democratic politicians continue to babble about “sustainable growth” and “carbon neutral industries.” Xi knows the truth and won’t allow China to play games with its economic future just...

As a Canadian living in what amounts to a Covid dictatorship in a nascent totalitarian country, I envy my American counterparts, at least those living free of lockdowns, masks, mandates, and vaxxports in the so-called “red” or Republican states. Were the legislative chains struck from our ankles, and if the Biden administration relaxed its border controls, my wife and I would be among them in a heartbeat.Federal Democrats notwithstanding, the contrast between our two countries is instructive. Citizens from progressivist states like New York or California or Oregon may conceivably move to conservative states like Florida or Texas or Tennessee—and...

Disney’s beloved Minnie Mouse is getting a makeover. Replacing her iconic red, polka-dot dress with a gender-neutral pantsuit. Minnie Mouse is apparently getting fashion advice from Hillary Clinton. News of the makeover came just days after the makers of M&M’s announced they, too, were making their candies less feminine, more masculine. The sex and gender revolutionaries prefer that the candy that melts in your mouth, not in your hands parades around in Birkenstocks instead of stilettos. Disney says they wanted to put Minnie in pants as a symbol of progress for a new generation of women. Minnie Mouse stuns in...

The National Basketball Association (NBA) subjected an audience at Tuesday night’s game between the Washington Wizards and Los Angeles Clippers to a speech by Chinese Ambassador to America Qin Gang. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recently updated its guidance on masks for the public, now saying that cloth masks do not protect against COVID-19. Their updated guidance states “people can choose respirators such as N95s and KN95s,” because they offer the best protection against Covid-19.”

Florida families of severely ill COVID-19 patients are flocking to Dr. Eduardo Balbona.Florida hospitals, like the Mayo Clinic, have a COVID protocol for their patients with the Bat-Stew Flu, and ivermectin isn’t part of it. Balbona is a big believer in ivermectin. He alleges he has saved “dozens and dozens” of people suffering from the Chinese Sneeze using the Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance (FLCCC) recommendations, with a few modifications based on each patient. The FLCCC treatment calls for, in part, ivermectin. But hospitals receive federal money for treating COVID patients IF they use treatments outlined in the Coronavirus Aid,...

A retired military official is warning on Wednesday that China could claim salvage rights to an F-35 stealth fighter jet that crashed into the South China Sea earlier this week. Carl Schuster, former director of operations at the US Pacific Command's Joint Intelligence Center in Hawaii, told CNN that China's likely game plan will be to capitalize on its territorial claims in the South China Sea and claim it's salvaging the craft for environmental purposes. 'Salvaging the plane with commercial and coast guard assets will enable Beijing to claim it is recovering a potential environmental hazard or foreign military equipment...

The Rite Aid at the corner of 8th Avenue and 50th Street in Hell’s Kitchen will close Feb. 8 because of the rampant pilfering, said store sources who claim thieves have ripped off more than $200,000 worth of merchandise in the past two months alone. A Post reporter followed one brazen thief at the store last week, watching him load four cases of beer into an oversize canvas bag in the back of the store and stride out without paying. A guard with the word “SECURITY” emblazoned on the back of his shirt watched the thief as he walked out,...

There are two types of American today. There are those who are angry that the Biden-Harris regime is dropping off illegal immigrants at small airports around the country and there are those who aren’t angry about it because they think it will establish permanent Democrat rule. Either way, we’re all aware that it’s happening even if most choose to ignore the problem. The regime has acknowledged that a record-shattering two million illegal aliens entered the country in Biden’s first year in the Oval Office. Some have estimated the real number is closer to six million. The reason this is happening...

O'Hare Clinical Lab, a Chicago-based testing chain with pop-ups across the United States, is facing complaints and investigations in multiple states. Some customers told Block Club their results were delayed by weeks — or never arrived at all. But some customers told Block Club they’re still waiting on results from tests they took weeks ago. A suburban Glenview woman said she went to an O’Hare Clinical Lab testing site three times with her family in early January, taking rapid and PCR tests. The rapid tests came back negative — but they’ve yet to receive any of the PCR test results...

If you are wondering when inflation will slow down, one of the first places to look is the overall money supply. There are several factors, but the easiest to understand are the M1 and M2 metrics. M1 is basically cash, and deposits. Seasonally adjusted M2 is constructed by summing savings deposits (before May 2020), small-denomination time deposits, and retail MMFs, each seasonally adjusted separately, and adding this result to seasonally adjusted M1.

New York Republican lawmakers Nicole Malliotakis and Claudia Tenney blasted President Biden Thursday after leaked footage revealed migrants being flown to a suburban part of the state. "This is a complete, aggravated dereliction of duty, which is why last night on Twitter I called for Joe Biden to be impeached and removed. His primary obligation as the commander-in-chief and president of the United States is to enforce our laws, to live up to his oath, to enforce our border security and to tell the truth to the American people," Rep. Claudia Tenney, R-N.Y., told "Fox & Friends." Leaked video shows...

Did we just witness a precipitate type reaction among minority voters? I think one of the of the first labs I did in high school was to precipitate a reaction. You keep adding a compound and nothing happens until you get to the point where the smallest addition of a compound will BOOM! change the entire suspension. I think we just witnessed something similar happen to the minority vote. I have never in my 60 years seen a shift that is even close to what has happened to the minority vote the last several weeks.

BRUSSELS (AP) — Holocaust survivors and politicians warned about the resurgence of antisemitism and Holocaust denial as the world remembered Nazi atrocities and commemorated the 77th anniversary of the liberation of the Auschwitz concentration camp on Thursday. “I have lived in New York for 75 years, but I still remember well the terrible time of horror and hatred,” survivor Inge Auerbacher, 87, told the German parliament. “Unfortunately, this cancer has reawakened and hatred of Jews is commonplace again in many countries in the world, including Germany.” Commemorations took place amid a rise of antisemitism that gained traction during lockdowns as...
