The White House is planning a new communications strategy, as President Joe Biden faces a total collapse of his approval ratings. Citing “senior administration officials,” NBC News reported Tuesday the White House is exploring new ways to communicate directly with the American people. Advisers expressed the need for Biden to “talk to more people directly,” instead of “one-dimensional” speeches from the White House, the report revealed, citing “his greatest political strength” as “empathy and an ability to connect with ordinary Americans.” Biden’s approval numbers are only getting worse as he approaches the one year anniversary in office. Fifty percent of...

Blinken will meet with President Volodymyr Zelensky and Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba on Wednesday “to reinforce the United States’ commitment to Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity,” State Department spokesperson Ned Price said in a statement on Tuesday. Blinken will later travel to Berlin, Germany to meet with Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock and hold a...

Morgan Stanley expects Brent crude to reach $90 per barrel later this year. This is also the price forecast of Goldman. JP Morgan recently said that crude could reach and exceed $100 this year, noting the decline in OPEC spare production capacity. The latest to join the bullish choir is Vitol, whose head for Asian operations told Bloomberg last week that oil had further up to go because of tight supply. What this means for the Biden administration and its efforts to keep gasoline affordable for voters ahead of the midterms is nothing good. Perhaps more SPR releases could be...

After more than 70 years, the federal government has decided that French dressing no longer needs to be regulated. "When the standard of identity was established in 1950, French dressing was one of three types of dressings we identified," the Food and Drug Administration said in the final rule posted in the Federal Register on Thursday. The other two were mayonnaise and just "salad dressing." French dressing is the only pourable dressing required to adhere to standards that require it to contain oil, acidifying ingredients and seasoning. Other foods, including bread, jam and juices, have their own standards of identity....

One of the most puzzling conundrums about “progressive” prosecutors — who favor de-prosecution and de-carceration — is to ascertain their motivations. What are these elected chief prosecutors thinking when they unilaterally decide not to enforce the law? And why, even as murders increase in the big cities they police, do they continue to support these policies without shame? Let’s consider the options:

The FDA approved a request from Pfizer, Inc. to extend the shelf-life of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for an additional three months – from six months to nine months — when the vaccine is stored at a temperature of -90 to -60 degrees Celsius. The extension is also applicable to batches that might have expired prior to this amendment. Read the revised fact sheet for vaccination providers.

Is the COVID pandemic really reaching its final stretch? That’s what Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla would like the public to believe – he said during a recent series of interviews with the French media that life on earth should “return to normal” in the coming months. Of course, the “experts” said the same thing last winter. But the reality on the ground shows that we’re a long way away. Globally, the number of new COVID cases has declined from a single-day peak reached earlier this month. Meanwhile, a growing number of governments are taking extreme measures to try and crack...

As Donald Trump maintains his dominance over the Republican Party, approximately three dozen former Trump administration officials are discussing how to foil the ex-president’s efforts in 2022 and 2024. CNN’s Jake Tapper reports that the collective of Trump staffers held a conference call a week ago to talk about how to counteract their former boss’ efforts to “erode the democratic process.” Some of the most notable participants were former White House chief of staff John Kelly, former DHS cybersecurity chief Chris Krebs, and former White House communications directors Alyssa Farah Griffin and Anthony Scaramucci. Former White House press secretary Stephanie...

Security cameras catch thief battering a door open with her backsideA chainsaw store near Woodstock is reeling from another theft after a woman broke in using nothing but her behind. She is now dubbed the Booty Bandit by the store's owners. Wendy Sherwood, the co-owner of Valley Chainsaw in Jacksonville, says the store's security systems were tripped Friday at 3:30 a.m. and police arrived at the scene shortly after. Security footage of the incident shows a woman thrusting her behind several times into the front door of the store until the door bursts open. She then grabs two chainsaws and...

The Democrats Embrace Voter Intimidation Sane people know that every last measure inside the Democrat’s voting bill is an attempt to codify corruption. Joe Biden has claimed “democracy is under attack” and that to save “democracy” we must annihilate Senate norms such as the legislative filibuster. If you don’t believe that this crisis exists and act immediately, his argument goes, the sun won’t rise ever again; the oceans will dry up, and you’re an evil racist like Jefferson Davis, Bull Connor, and George Wallace (Democrats every last one—and Biden actually sought Wallace’s support back when Biden wanted to be liked...

Here’s a little story that clearly demonstrates the effect that 40+ years of Commie/anti-American propaganda taught in public schools has had: ‘Anti-work’ threads on Reddit are fueling the Great Resignation. On Reddit, the “antiwork” subreddit is now one of the social network’s most active and engaged pages, after seeing explosive growth during the COVID-19 pandemic. It currently has more than 1.6 million users, up from 180,000 in October 2020. People post epic text and e-mail screenshots of quitting their jobs, but the real heroes are so-called “idlers” — those who stay in jobs doing the absolute minimum to get by...

Well, Omicron is hitting hard. Not the virus itself, but governments’ reaction to the virus. The NY Empire Manufacturing Index has tanked into negative territory. New orders are down 5%. On the energy front, West Texas Intermediate Crude Oil futures are up 79% since January 1, 2021 while regular gasoline prices are up “only” 50% over the same period. How about inflation and the Treasury yield curve? Inflation has soared to 40-year highs under Biden as energy prices (WTI Crude Futures) have soared 79%. Maybe they should play the Darth Vader theme when Biden goes to the podium to stammer.
