California Governor Gavin Newsom reported Monday in his annual state budget proposal that the state expects a $45.7 billion surplus — thanks partly to $26 billion received from President Joe Biden’s so-called coronavirus “relief” bill. Newsom announced the surplus Monday in a $286.4 billion budget, including spending that “will make California the first state in the nation to offer universal access to healthcare coverage for all state residents, regardless of immigration status.”

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) reportedly ordered a full ground stop at airports in the western U.S. on Monday around the same time that North Korea was believed to have launched a ballistic missile into the Sea of Japan. It was not immediately clear whether both incidents were related. Flights at California’s Burbank Airport were halted for about 15 minutes after the FAA ordered a temporary ground stop around 2:30 p.m., airport spokeswoman Nerissa Sugars told Fox News Digital. Flights were also halted from taking off for about 5 to 7 minutes at San Diego International Airport after air control...

The surge has also been contributing to increasing hospitalizations, with the number of coronavirus-positive patients at L.A. County hospitals topping 3,400 — the highest level since February last year. About 14% of the patients with COVID-19 were in the ICU, and 7% were on a ventilator. “The good news is that while hospitalizations continue to climb, Public Health data shows that many positive cases are admitted for reasons other than COVID but, are identified with COVID when tested for COVID upon hospital admission,”

The Biden administration is taking seriously a string of recent threats and sanctions from Iran against Trump administration officials around the two-year anniversary of the Jan. 3, 2020 strike that killed Iranian Gen. Qassem Soleimani. Iran’s actions may indicate Iran is plotting to assassinate the officials. On Saturday, Iran announced sanctions against 51 Americans, including Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark Milley as well as several individuals who worked with the Trump administration, like former United Nations Ambassador Nikki Haley and private military contractor Erik Prince. While sanctions typically yield economic punishment, current and former U.S. officials...

Since being released from the hospital, Williams has been seen out in public in a wheelchair. While the star has not addressed the wheelchair usage herself, The Ricky Smiley Morning Show’s Toine The Don, also known as Antoine Edwards, alleges that the reasoning is due to her blood circulation. “It is being reported that the 57-year-old talk show host has completely lost all blood circulation in her legs and in her feet," Edwards said. At this time, it remains unclear if that is the true reason behind her wheelchair usage.

Pastor Aaron Musser of St. Luke's Lutheran Church of Logan Square in Chicago recently dressed in full drag for the Sunday service, wearing a long white dress emblazoned with a golden cross on its chest, a long blonde wig, and full makeup in order to lead the children's message. The pastor began the message by calling the children up to the front to sit with him and asked if they'd ever seen a drag queen before. The kids responded in the negative. "I have an awesome story to share with you today," Musser said. "I am also a boy most...

Bolivia's vice president David Choquehuanca, who touts indigenous treatments for Covid-19, has contracted the virus for a third time, the government said Tuesday, with six government ministers also testing positive. All are self-isolating and working from home, with no major symptoms, the president's office said in a statement. All had been vaccinated against the coronavirus, although Choquehuanca -- a member of the Aymara indigenous group -- has had only one jab (China's Sinopharm, on 3 January)... Last month, he revealed he had contracted Covid-19 twice, and recovered after taking what he called traditional medicine. Choquehuanca said he had consumed a...

Magawa, the famous mine-clearing rat who was awarded a gold medal for his heroism, has died at the age of eight. In a five-year career, the rodent sniffed out over 100 landmines and other explosives in Cambodia. Magawa was the most successful rat trained by the Belgian charity Apopo to alert human handlers about the mines so they can be safely removed. The charity said the African giant pouch rat "passed away peacefully" at the weekend. It said Magawa was in good health and "spent most of last week playing with his usual enthusiasm". But by the weekend "he started...

What can we expect in 2022? Personally, I would very much like to experience the fulfillment of Paul’s words in 1 Thessalonians 4:13-17. I know it will happen soon, but who can say if this will be the year when Jesus takes us to the place that He’s preparing for us (John 14:1-3)? The only safe prediction I can make for the upcoming year is that the “perilous times” (2 Timothy 3:1-5) of the past few years will continue unabated. The word translated “perilous,” or “difficult” in some translations, is chalepos. This term denotes the last days as “dangerous” and...

"We write to request a transcribed interview of Dr. Anthony Fauci, Director, U.S. National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID). Excerpts of emails we are making public today (see enclosed Appendix I) reveal that Dr. Fauci was warned of two things: (1) the potential that COVID-19 leaked from the Wuhan Institute Virology (WIV) and (2) the possibility that the virus was intentionally genetically manipulated. It is imperative we investigate if this information was conveyed to the rest of the government and whether this information would have changed the U.S. response to the pandemic," reads the letter from Reps. James...

OKLAHOMA CITY — Two Oklahoma death row inmates facing executions in the coming months offered firing squad as a less problematic alternative to the state's three-drug lethal injection, one of their attorneys told a federal judge on Monday. The two inmates — Donald Grant and Gilbert Postelle — want U.S. District Judge Stephen Friot to grant them a temporary injunction that would delay their upcoming executions until a trial can be held over whether Oklahoma's three-drug lethal injection method is constitutional. A trial is set to begin before Friot on Feb. 28, but Grant is scheduled to be put to...

Dr. Anthony Fauci accused Republican Senator Rand Paul of personally attacking him for 'political gain, distorting 'everything' he says' and inspiring 'crazies' to want to kill him during another tense battle in a hearing on Tuesday. The White House chief medical adviser erupted at his nemesis for suggesting he was using his $420,000 salary, the highest in the federal government, to 'take down' scientist he disagrees with and for calling him 'lead architect' in the pandemic response that's led to 800,000 Americans dying under President Biden. Paul, who has called for Fauci to be fired and prosecuted, referenced emails published...

Research by the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an international team traces the toxic impact of a common consumer product on the gut microbiome and induces colitis. A new study conducted in mice demonstrates precisely how triclosan, an antimicrobial found in toothpaste, toys, and thousands of other products, can trigger gut inflammation. An international team of researchers led by the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, the University of Massachusetts Amherst and Hong Kong Baptist University identified the bacteria, and even specific enzymes, that trigger triclosan’s harmful effects. Moreover, studies in mice suggest these bacterial enzymes...

My Rumble interview with @DarrenJBeattie, the first to break the story about the significant evidence showing FBI tentacles in at least 3 of the key groups behind 1/6, has been watched by more than 1.3 million people. It's more relevant now than ever: When former Trump speechwriter Darren Beattie reported in June that there was evidence suggesting FBI foreknowledge of the January 6 protest at the Capitol, if not active involvement, the corporate media mocked him and others who took it seriously for being deranged conspiracy theories. But now, the New York Times just reported that the FBI had at...

German site Transparenztest.de has compared the figures for adverse events of COVID mRNA vaccines with other vaccines. The results are nothing less than frightening Citing the figures in the current safety report of Germany’s renowned Paul Ehrlich Institute (PEI) from December 23, 2021, Transparenztest.de found “frightening” results: “In the last eleven months, four times as many suspected adverse reaction reports and four times as many deaths in absolute numbers were reported for COVID vaccines alone than in the last 20 years for the totality of all vaccines used in Germany.” Using the PEI’s latest updated figures, a total of 123,347,849...

The Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office says three children survived after falling through an icy pond on Sunday. Four juvenile relatives were playing on the ice, according to the sheriff’s office, when three of them fell through a pond located at The Addison at Cherry Creek apartments at 9100 E. Florida Ave around 3:24 p.m. That’s when a bystander, identified as 23-year-old Dusti Talavera, jumped into the pond and pulled a 4-year-old girl and 11-year-old boy out of the water. She tried to pull the third child, a 6-year-old girl out but struggled to do so, the sheriff’s office said. That’s...

Speaking during remarks to a J.P. Morgan healthcare conference this week, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla openly stated current vaccines the company developed for Wuhan coronavirus offer "limited, if any" protection against contracting current variants of the disease. He then encouraged booster shots. The statement from Bourla comes as the Biden administration continues to justify vaccine mandates for federal workers, contractors and private businesses. The Supreme Court heard arguments about President Biden's mandates for private companies and medical workers last week. A ruling is expected soon on the constitutionality of the mandates. A number of people who have pointed out the...
