Bolivia's vice president David Choquehuanca, who touts indigenous treatments for Covid-19, has contracted the virus for a third time, the government said Tuesday, with six government ministers also testing positive.
All are self-isolating and working from home, with no major symptoms, the president's office said in a statement. All had been vaccinated against the coronavirus, although Choquehuanca -- a member of the Aymara indigenous group -- has had only one jab (China's Sinopharm, on 3 January)...
Last month, he revealed he had contracted Covid-19 twice, and recovered after taking what he called traditional medicine.
Choquehuanca said he had consumed a mixture of turmeric, ginger, onion, garlic, and honey in the mornings, as well as honey with lemon.
He said he chewed coca leaves mixed with bicarbonate...
"Coca with 'bico' (bicarbonate), that’s very good," he told a local radio channel, adding "I’ve even eaten grass."

Well, as silly as it sounds, turmeric, garlic, and honey at least do have significant antibacterial/antiviral properties. I don’t think honey will do much except when applied topically and you probably need to eat a whole lot of garlic and turmeric for those to have much of an effect.

Speaking during remarks to a J.P. Morgan healthcare conference this week, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla openly stated current vaccines the company developed for Wuhan coronavirus offer “limited, if any” protection against contracting current variants of the disease. He then encouraged booster shots.
The statement from Bourla comes as the Biden administration continues to justify vaccine mandates for federal workers, contractors and private businesses. The Supreme Court heard arguments about President Biden’s mandates for private companies and medical workers last week. A ruling is expected soon on the constitutionality of the mandates.
A number of people who have pointed out the waning efficacy of Pfizer’s vaccines, which Bourla touted last year as being “100 percent” effective against contracting or transmitting the virus, have been banned by social media companies.

Natural immunity breakthrough case?
Well, if it is Omicron it is most likely going to be a weak case.
Unlikely.
According to the CDC, a person can receive a positive PCR test up to 12 weeks after a previous infection. It is quite possible he is now experiencing a cold and residual cell debris is being detected.
Confusing story. How come every time they state “someone got covid numerous times” they never state the symptoms? Researching showed they’re either real mild or non existent.

They report that he had a single dose of the Chinese Sinopharm vaccine, on the 3rd of January, 2022 (just before his third case).
The other Cabinet officials who now have COVID were reported to have been fully vaccinated, but it may have also been with Sinopharm.
I saw another report, that said his symptoms were mild.
I don’t believe for one second he had covid 3 times. Either they did false positive (aka, PCR) tests, or he’s lying.
I call bs on the prez.
