A New York City woman believes she may have scored two Banksy artworks for just $120 after coming across a mysterious art sale inside a subway station. The Taylor County Sheriff's Office says nine people were injured — eight seriously — after a vehicle collided with an Amish buggy in central Wisconsin. Deputies responded to the crash after 2:44 p.m. Thursday near N1754 County Highway E in the town of Little Black. When emergency crews arrived, they said they found nine people injured, and that at least eight of them suffered "significant" injuries. SAO PAULO (AP) — Carlos Arthur Nuzman, the head of the Brazilian Olympic Committee for more than two decades, was sentenced to 30 years and 11 months in jail for allegedly buying votes for Rio de Janeiro to host the 2016 Olympics. The ruling by Judge Marcelo Bretas became public Thursday. Nuzman, who also headed the Rio 2016 organizing committee, was found guilty of corruption, criminal organization, money laundering and tax evasion.
