In our politically correct culture, the term “social justice” is used rather loosely these days. But for the Christian, social justice must be based on biblical truth, or it’s not just at all. If you want “to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God,” you must exercise discernment (Micah 6:8). A new book, Confronting Injustice without Compromising Truth: 12 Questions Christians Should Ask About Social Justice, will help you do just that. Written by Thaddeus J. Williams, an associate professor at Biola University’s Talbot School of Theology, the book divides social justice into two...

A staggering number of 3.28 billion passwords linked to 2.18 billion unique email addresses were exposed in what's one of the largest data dumps of breached usernames and passwords. In addition, the leak includes 1,502,909 passwords associated with email addresses from government domains across the world, with the U.S. government alone taking up 625,505 of the exposed passwords, followed by the U.K (205,099), Australia (136,025), Brazil (68,535), and Canada (50,726). The findings come from an analysis of a massive 100GB data set called "COMB21" — aka Compilation of Many Breaches — that was published for free in an online cybercrime...

Companies that do business in Texas have signed a statement opposing two bills that would ban boys who identify as female from competing in girls' sports and ban the use of experimental puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones and the genital mutilation of minors suffering from gender dysphoria. Forty-three companies have deemed the bills as "divisive" and signed a statement advocating for trans-identified athletes to compete in girls' sports and for minors to be able to obtain elective cosmetic surgeries such as double mastectomies, phalloplasties and orchiectomies (testicle removal). "We are concerned to see a resurgence of efforts to exclude transgender youth...

A state of emergency is now in effect in Elizabeth City, N.C., where the local sheriff's office is expected to publicly release a deputy's body camera footage from the killing of Andrew Brown Jr. last Wednesday. The city has also closed all of its government offices for the day. Pasquotank County, N.C., Sheriff Tommy Wooten II said over the weekend that his office will ask a court to approve the video's release on Monday. That step is required by North Carolina law, as agencies generally do not have the authority to make such recordings public.

NEW YORK, NY—NBC News has been caught editing footage of notorious murderer Michael Myers to take out his bloody knife and make him appear much less threatening. The news station appears to have edited the knife out of all footage of Myers stalking and killing the townspeople and made it look like he's just handing them flowers. Now, the footage makes it seem like Myers just walks up to people who are way overreacting and clumsily tries to hand them flowers but instead just keeps bashing the flowers against their chests as they misunderstand his heartwarming gesture. NBC News defended...

Rep. Liz Cheney, a top House Republican who voted to impeach Donald Trump earlier this year, said Monday that it should be up to the Justice Department on whether to charge the former president for anything related to his actions on January 6. Asked by CNN about the nearly 400 protesters at the US Capitol who have been or will be charged with crimes, Cheney -- who, as Republican conference chairwoman, is the No. 3 member of House GOP leadership -- did not say whether she thought Trump should be among them. "That's a decision that the Justice Department is...

Hoover Institution Visiting Fellow Bjorn Lomborg joined Fox Business to discuss his recent op-ed lambasting President Joe Biden’s eco-extremist agenda. Lomborg’s op-ed called Biden’s agenda “unrealistic” and “implausible.” Lomborg swatted down the assertion that climate policies make us “richer.” Biden’s “own [climate] summit showed the need for arm-twisting even just to make a few of the participants promise expensive new policies,” Lomborg wrote. Lomborg told Fox Business host Larry Kudlow on April 23 that Biden was “promising twice as much reduction as what [former President Barack] Obama did.” He continued: “That’s not only going to be incredibly hard to do...

For many months now, Dr. Anthony Fauci has advocated that people remain masked outdoors to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. “When you are indoors, make sure you have a mask. When you’re outdoors, keep the mask on,” he said back in August, though he acknowledged that being outdoors was significantly safer than being indoors. Now, Fauci is saying that he believes the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) will provide updated guidance on wearing face masks outdoors, and says it’s “common sense” to reconsider the guidance. I call it science, but I’ll take it. Fauci also concedes that...

On Saturday, the Arizona forensic audit continued at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum in downtown Phoenix. In Arizona, for months the Board of Supervisors in Maricopa County have complained about calls for a forensic review of the ballots in this large and crucial county. The Board members guaranteed everything was fine but they won’t let anyone get close to their results. They spent weeks after the election messing with ballots before they formally concluded the election results. However, regardless of their efforts to prevent an audit of the Maricopa County results the forensic audit is now taking place at the Veterans...

A Major League career that spanned 19 seasons is still defined by the 10 seconds that Rick Monday still can’t remember with great detail. On April 25, 1976, Monday was a member of the Chicago Cubs on a Sunday afternoon at Dodger Stadium. In the bottom of the fourth inning, Chicago right-hander Ken Crosby was facing leadoff hitter Ted Sizemore. In the corner of his eye from his position in center field, Monday noticed two fans had run onto the field. “I don’t know what I was thinking,” said Monday, who had spent six years in the Marine Corp reserve....
