DELRAY BEACH, Fla. (WFLA) – A Florida woman who was reported missing on March 3 was rescued from a storm drain Tuesday, authorities said. The unidentified woman, believed to be in her 40s, was found naked and trapped in a storm drain in Delray Beach. Someone passing by heard her cries for help and called 911, officials said. Utah Gov. Spencer Cox (R) signed a bill on Tuesday requiring porn filters on cellphones and tablets, The Associated Press reports.
