Joe Biden on Monday creeped on a nurse who was giving him a video tour of a vaccination site in Arizona. Biden hasn’t been able to sniff babies or molest women because the Covid pandemic has forced him to ‘socially distance’ so he settled for perving on a young woman ‘virtually.’

From the presidential election of 2016 to the presidential election of 2020, from the huge, mostly peaceful protest on Jan. 6 to facing our second presidential impeachment of the same president, it is all too clear that we are becoming two cultures. We are becoming two cultures that occupy one land. The last five years have shown us all that there are two distinct cultures in America. From extremely partisan elections to election fraud to impeachments to possible Deep State criminality, it is hard to see how these two cultures can become one again. It is hard to see how...

I hadn’t seen him in a few years. We go back to the Army at Fort Ord in ’51 and ’52. In the evenings, I used to bartend at a junior NCO club. He was in the army, but in the music department. He used to come in...

NORML: According to the most recent national data, police made 545,602 arrests for marijuana-related violations in 2019. That is 1,494 people a day. That is 62 people an hour. That is more than a person minute. This is not justice. This is not freedom. This should not be normal. Zuri Davis: Lives are being ruined forever over a plant that is safer to consume than legal alcohol. A criminal record is a life sentence. 545,602 people will now struggle to find jobs, a place to live, and a business loan. They can’t vote or buy a gun for self-defense.

The threat is said to be existential. It fuels secessionism. Gnaws at national unity. Abets Islamism. Attacks France’s intellectual and cultural heritage. The threat? “Certain social science theories entirely imported from the United States,’’ said President Emmanuel Macron. French politicians, high-profile intellectuals and journalists are warning that progressive American ideas — specifically on race, gender, post-colonialism — are undermining their society. “There’s a battle to wage against an intellectual matrix from American universities,’’ warned Mr. Macron’s education minister. Emboldened by these comments, prominent intellectuals have banded together against what they regard as contamination by the out-of-control woke leftism of American...

Lawyers for former President Trump will challenge the constitutionality of impeaching a private citizen in the trial that is set to begin Tuesday. “The Senate must summarily reject this brazen political act,” his attorneys wrote in a legal brief, calling the single impeachment article “unconstitutional for a variety of reasons, any of which alone would be grounds for immediate dismissal.” But according to Rep. Adam Schiff, there is precedent for late impeachment. It’s just in…British history.

On the front page of Monday's paper edition of the Wall Street Journal is an article titled: "Oil Rises as Supply Tightens and Demand picks up."I read the article (retitled in the online edition), and somehow, I didn't find any mention of Biden's executive orders blocking pipelines and oil leases as a substantial reason why prices have taken off. His and the Democrats' policies of doing everything they can to block supply is what is contributing greatly to the increase. They are very helpful to Russia, Iran, and other producers who truly appreciate the rising prices and are very happy...

If you’d asked me to identify which major European country was seeing powerful intellectual and political forces attacking woke racial ideology and the American campuses pushing it, I would have guessed Poland or Russia. Nope, It’s a country American conservatives generally mock and resent: France. The very same France that conservatives regularly deride as “cheese-eating surrender monkeys,” picking up a line from The Simpsons that was popularized by Jonah Goldberg (who has since gone full NeverTrump). But Norimitsu Ohnishi of The New York Times reports:The threat is said to be existential. It fuels secessionism. Gnaws at national unity. Abets Islamism. Attacks...

New York Times columnist Tom Friedman told CNN during an interview on Monday night that while communist China does some bad things, such as locking up religious minorities in concentration camps, at least they don’t have to put up with the Republican Party and fringe conspiracy theories. Friedman made the remarks during an interview on “Cuomo Prime Time” with host Chris Cuomo in a segment that was primarily focused on the upcoming Senate impeachment trial of former President Donald Trump. “But you know what I’ve been thinking about Chris, as I was listening to your show, the lead in here?”...

As President Biden moves to suspend oil and gas leasing on federal land – and has halted further development of the Keystone Pipeline – California has announced fossil-fuel vehicle sales bans by 2035. So what about on a country-level? Who has already announced future bans? To help us answer those questions is BofA’s equity strategist Haim Israel who laid out to clients in a note titled “Climate Wars” this week which countries are set to ban gasoline cars. More than a dozen countries from 2025 to 2040 have already announced future bans on gasoline cars. The first bans include Belgium...

SAN FRANCISCO - Hing Yiu Chung lives in a racially diverse San Francisco neighborhood hit hard by the coronavirus pandemic. While vaccines have been difficult to come by, the 69-year-old got one by showing proof she lives where she does. She had to wait in line for two hours with other seniors, some who were disabled or leaning on canes, for a chance at a couple hundred shots available each day through a local public health clinic in the Bayview neighborhood. “Fortunately, it wasn’t a cold or rainy day, otherwise it would have been harder," she said in Chinese. The...

Seeing as Trump has been impeached because his rhetoric allegedly incited the riot on the U.S. Capitol in January, it seems appropriate to point out instances where Democrats have used violent rhetoric and demand equal justice for it.

The new strength of Democratic moderates in the Senate may temper just how aggressively Democratic leaders can push for President Biden’s $1.9 trillion COVID-19 relief package and other priorities, including climate change legislation. The addition of two new Democratic moderates to the Senate — newly elected Sens. John Hickenlooper (Colo.) and Mark Kelly (Ariz.) — combined with enhanced profiles for Sens. Joe Manchin (W.Va.) and Kyrsten Sinema (Ariz.), has strengthened the centrist wing of the caucus.

A World Health Organization-led team investigating the origins of COVID-19 determined Tuesday that it’s “extremely unlikely” the virus leaked from a Chinese lab. The team that visited the Chinese city of Wuhan, where the outbreak first emerged at a seafood market in late 2019, said more work is needed to identify the source of the novel virus that has killed 2.3 million people worldwide. “Our initial findings suggest that the introduction through an intermediary host species is the most likely pathway and one that will require more studies and more specific targeted research,” WHO food safety and animal diseases expert...

Super Bowl LV was, as the game always is, the most watched television broadcast of the year. Sunday's game, however, is the least watched NFL championship game since 2007. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers' 31-9 victory over the Kansas City Chiefs averaged 96.4 million viewers across all platforms, including CBS, ESPN Deportes and streaming on CBS Sports, NFL and Verizon digital and mobile properties. It's down about 5.5 percent from last year's all-in audience and the smallest total tune-in for a Super Bowl since 93.18 million people watched Super Bowl XLI in 2007.
