President Donald Trump confirmed this week that he has spoken via telephone with Alabama Sen.-elect Tommy Tuberville, and appeared to be feeling optimistic about Tuberville’s willingness to contest the electoral college results of the 2020 election on Jan. 6.“I spoke to a great gentleman, Tommy Tuberville, last night, and he was so excited. He said, ‘You made me the most popular politician in the United States,'” Trump stated during an appearance on New York Radio station 770 WABC. “He said, ‘I can’t believe it.’ He’s great. Washington, DC, hates us. They literally hate all of us useful idiots who are only here to fund their pet projects and advance the personal agendas of those in the swamp. And sadly, the vast majority of Americans have no idea. They will not read the 6000-page bill released by Congress. They won’t read a single word of it. All they’ll do is wait for their $600 checks and complain that they need more. The text of the COVID-19 “relief” bill is loaded with gigatons of pork that Americans know nothing about. Moreover, it’s so significant, so insulting, that mainstream media...

PHOENIX — Maricopa County supervisors voted Friday to not comply with subpoenas for election materials issued by the chairman of the state Senate Judiciary Committee. The subpoenas demanded access to copies of the more than 2 million ballots cast by Maricopa County voters in the Nov. 3 election, and for access to the equipment used to tabulate those ballots and the software that ran the equipment. The 4-1 vote to refuse, following a nearly three-hour executive session with attorneys, came amid concerns that at least some of what is being demanded by Sen. Eddie Farnsworth, R-Gilbert, would expose private information...

A Delaware County man is facing charges of unlawful voting and perjury after prosecutors say he illegally voted for a dead family member in the General Election. Delaware County District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer said during a news conference Monday that Bruce Bartman, 70, of Marple, voted in place of his dead mother. He also said Bartman registered his mother-in-law, who died in 2019, to vote but did not obtain an absentee ballot for her.

Televangelist Pat Robertson said he thought the election was 'over' and President-elect Joe Biden would be the next president, as he encouraged President Donald Trump to abandon up his quest to overturn the election result. 'You've had your day and it's time to move on,' Robertson said, adding that he believed Trump was living in an 'alternate reality' where the president actually believed his lies. Robertson's comments come after he previously predicted Trump would win the 2020 presidential election hands down - and then an asteroid would hit earth. 'I think it's all over,' the conservative Christian commentator said. 'I...

Gov. Tom Wolf declined Monday to sign on to a multi-state program designed to impose a cap on greenhouse gas emissions from cars and trucks. The Transportation & Climate Initiative aims to reduce emissions but also carried the likelihood of higher gas prices at the pump in participating states. Other governors also opted against signing onto the initiative. But Wolf’s move isn’t necessarily a permanent rejection of the concept. “Governor Wolf is supportive of cap and invest programs as a cost-effective means to reduce pollution and recognizes transportation as the third highest category of CO2 emissions in Pennsylvania,” his office...

In one of the craziest, uneven, and difficult-to-judge Heisman Trophy races in history, which player should take home the prestigious award? 1. DeVonta Smith | Alabama WR | Senior | Last week: 1As the arguable favorite heading into conference championship weekend, DeVonta Smith only helped his Heisman candidacy by racking up 15 receptions for 184 yards and two touchdowns in Alabama’s win over Florida. Smith has had highlight-reel plays all season, and he’s been legitimately uncoverable. The senior receiver—who easily could have left for the NFL after last season yet stayed in school and got even better—is the Heisman Trophy...

In case you’re wondering where the other $700 Billion in stimulus aid is going: Family members of unauthorized immigrants are now eligible to get stimulus checks under the $900 billion deal reached last night. That eligibility is retroactive, so adults excluded last time because of illegal immigrant status could get up to $1800 now. Family members of American Citizens excluded last time for whatever reason do not have this retroactive privilege. It also reduces the number of beds ICE can house illegals in. So essentially catch and release. #AmericaLast

... It is beyond our understanding that a bipartisan bill can be blocked just because of a clause that never was part of the original bill and only for the word “Chinese”. Democrats again stopped it with a petty issue of the word ‘Chinese communist’. History shows that Democrat’s hearts melt only for undocumented dreamers... Where there is a will, there is a way! But, looking at the deadlock, it seems that ‘there is no will‘ to help thousands of tax-paying, law-abiding families currently living in the USA. Indians will die and their DALCA kids will age out while watching...

Manuel and Patricia Oliver's son Joaquin was one of the 17 victims in the Marjory Stoneman Douglas mass shooting on Valentine's Day in 2018. The Trump administration abruptly closed the Washington Monument after a recent visit by Interior Secretary David Bernhardt, who tested positive this week for coronavirus. Interior spokesman Nicholas Goodwin said Friday that "a couple" of employees have quarantined since Bernhardt’s private tour, "resulting in a temporary workforce reduction at the monument and its temporary closure." The National Park Service posted a brief notice of the closure on its website Thursday. An official with an independent advocacy group for national parks and park workers on Friday criticized Bernhardt, saying the interior secretary had failed to protect employees' health and safety during the...
