Manuel and Patricia Oliver's son Joaquin was one of the 17 victims in the Marjory Stoneman Douglas mass shooting on Valentine's Day in 2018.
Since then, the Olivers have started a nonprofit organization named Change The Ref whose mission is to help end gun violence, promote gun reform, and empower young people, our country’s future leaders.
The Olivers are baking 1,700 cookies in the shape of a small person that is filled with holes. They say the holes are meant to represent bullet holes, and each cookie stands for one of the 1,700 children killed by gun violence every year.
Patricia will hand-deliver the baked goods to the NRA office outside of Washington, D.C. on Tuesday.
The Olivers said they were inspired by a recent NRA social media post with a caption that says, “Dear Santa, you give us ammo. We give you cookies. It’s that simple.”

They should make a second batch for NFAC, aka The Gang That Couldn’t Shoot Straight that is if Grand Masterbaiter Jay got bailed out for pointing his ASSAULT WEAPON at a federal agent. Funny how gun grabbers turn a blind eye to BLM/ANQUEEFAs who openly carry. Tells me al I need to know.
They will be baking many more for all the children killed by unlocked cabinet medicines and poisons kept under mommy’s sink. Then they can work on the millions of brownies representing the abortions you all voted for.
How absolutely cool is that? Cookies shaped like kids with holes in them. Did they use Oreo mix?
How will they honor the creepy Broward County Sheriff who allowed that freak shooter to get away with everything until he finally snapped? Or how about that genius affirmative action school superintendent? Or the worthless school resource “officer” who ran away instead of running to the gunfire? Yeah, its all the fault of the NRA...
The times in which we’re currently living couldn’t better illustrate the genius of our forebearers in adding the Second Amendment to our Constitution.
NRA should make cookies in a rectangle shape, frost targets on them, and punch holes in appropriate places. Pass those suckers out.
A reminder to send more support to the NRA and advertise the NRA more in my community. Time to hand out more gift memberships, too.
They should give them back 2.2 million cookies representing people able to protect themselves from violence because of guns, per year

And did anyone happen to be holding those guns or were they just floating around committing random acts of violence?
Will Manuel Oliver bake Marranitos (Mexican cookies) for the Mexican embassy and Maple cookies for the Canadian embassy to represent U.S. citizens killed by illegals aided in crossing either border by those countries?
How many chocolate cookies to represent the overwhelming black on black shootings in democrat strong holds?
Dump them in the trash and move on.. blaming them NRA for your children’s deaths is idiotic. I know you are dealing with pain, but this is nonsense
