I'm going to be quoting a lot of sources in this column rather than writing much original content. That's because there are so many others saying things better than I can. A few days ago, I read a piece by Daisy Luther (The Organic Prepper) called "How the COVID Response has Destroyed the Personal Finances of Americans." It was so depressing that I could only read it a little at a time. Normally Luther does a superb job of offering hope in seemingly hopeless situations; but boy, this one was a downer from start to finish. Among much else, the...

Attorney General Bill Barr has dismissed Donald Trump's attacks as a 'deposed king ranting' and said that he 'isn't intimidated' by the president calling him a 'big disappointment' over the Hunter Biden tax probe, according to a source. Trump lashed out at Barr on Twitter Saturday morning demanding to know why he didn't reveal the investigation into President-elect Joe Biden's son before the election and retweeting a post calling for the firing of the DOJ's top boss. His fury came after it emerged on Wednesday that the Justice Department had been investigating Hunter Biden over his business dealings and taxes...

Donald Trump has said he is 'so disappointed' the Supreme Court for refusing to hear the Texas lawsuit to overturn Joe Biden's election victory. The president told Fox and Friends in an interview aired Sunday his team have 'proven' fraud in the election, adding: 'We've proven it, but no judge has had the courage, including the Supreme Court, I am so disappointed in them.' His comments came two days after the Supreme Court refused to hear the lawsuit spearheaded by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton that sought to invalidate the election results in four other states.

Witness the reaction of nearly all mainstream media to The Post’s bombshell reporting on the Hunter Biden Files, which recently garnered yet another boost of verification — this one courtesy of the illustrious vice-presidential son himself, who revealed that federal authorities are probing his “taxes. ”The probe appears to be much wider than that, in fact. Politico and the Times report that investigators across several jurisdictions are looking into potential money-laundering involving Hunter’s foreign ties and his finances generally. CNN says “at least one of the matters investigators have examined is a 2017 gift of a 2.8-carat diamond that Hunter...

As college football limped toward the finish of its fraught 2020 regular season, it was fitting its final full-slate Saturday was saved by a guy throwing a shoe. And for a team with a leading Heisman Trophy contender in quarterback Kyle Trask, it was ironic the season's biggest throw came from cornerback Marco Wilson. It all was a perfect example of the universe's cyclical nature: the defending champs (what's left of them, anyway) pulling off the season's most stunning win. Little has made sense in this wild spin around the sun we call 2020, and so it was that LSU's...

There have been many examples of blue state hypocrisy as of late. The Democrat hypocrites create stricter and stricter rules to deal with the phantom menace of Covid but then refuse to follow those rules themselves. Democrat mayors and governors shut down small businesses, didn’t let spouses and children mourn the passing of loved ones, ruined the academic experience of millions of students, and wrecked the dreams of many more millions of Americans. Those people are despicable. It’s one thing to create and follow strict lockdown orders because you think that’s the right thing to do; I, and many others,...

The untold story of a battle to reveal the truth about Dominion voting machines is brewing in Michigan, and not surprisingly, it’s getting very little coverage by the mainstream media. In a solidly red county in northern Michigan where Trump banners, flags, and yard signs can be found in almost every front yard, voters woke up to discover Joe Biden had walloped President Trump, only to find out shortly later that Dominion voting machines flipped thousands of votes cast for Trump to his Democratic challenger Joe Biden. The media called it a “glitch” and blamed it on human error.

The credibility of public health officials was shot earlier this year after members of the medical community approved of the months-long protests – i.e. superspreader events – following the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis. Hypocritically, the same "experts" chastised other gatherings and large events that didn't call for defunding police departments or descend into widespread violence and mayhem. We now know, thanks to scientists who analyzed the genetic code of the coronavirus, that a superspreader event back in February is responsible for around 300,000 cases of the Wuhan virus. The event wasn't a reopening protest or a Trump rally,...

Yesterday a sort of running gag on alternative names for Biden took place. Like Beijing Biden, my favorite. How about we come up with bumper sticker suggestions? Not for commercial purposes of anyone here, although I don’t doubt some particularly nice ones might be filched for that purpose. No matter. But, it would be interesting to see what sort of pithy (on a bumper sticker afterall) sayings we can create expressing our opinions of what is slithering into the seats of power. I’ve one on my own car now, for several weeks now. Picked it up in a local gun...

One starry night a world darkened by sin was burst thru its borders by heavens golden light; Angels filled the hopeless with the message that God is good and that He was sending His greatest gift to rescue mankind. His Son Jesus, a man born of a Virgin, under the Law, would bring peace on earth and lead all those who would follow back to God. He is the Way, the Truth and the Life. No one could come to the Father, the Lord God Almighty, but by Him. Himself without sin, at the cross He paid the price and...

A major leak containing a register with the details of nearly two million CCP members has occurred – exposing members who are now working all over the world, while also lifting the lid on how the party operates under Xi Jinping, says Sharri Markson. Ms Markson said the leak is a register with the details of Communist Party members, including their names, party position, birthday, national ID number and ethnicity. “It is believed to be the first leak of its kind in the world,” the Sky News host said. “What's amazing about this database is not just that it exposes...

Imagine: Blank ballot paper pre-printed over the entire surface with “Q” codes in permanent inks not visible to the naked eye, and then provided to all states ONLY from the Federal Election Comission to state election offices. States then use that paper to print the “human readable” ballot in permanent black ink. Those ballots are then “read” by optical scanners also provided ONLY by the FEC and whose software source code and construction specs are publicly available to all citizens interested. Those optical scanners then retain all scanned ballots in locked compartments, whose keys are also issued to state elections...

Southeast Asia will take a major economic hit if shipping is blocked in the South China Sea. military conflict in the South China Sea would force most shipping from Europe, the Middle East and Africa destined for Asia and the US west coast to be diverted around the south of Australia. The additional shipping cost would bring reductions in economic activity around the world, but with dire effects on countries at the epicentre, according to a study published by the US National Bureau of Economic Research. The study shows that the countries most exposed to economic loss from a regional...

President Donald Trump has lashed out at Attorney General Bill Barr, even retweeting a suggestion that he fire him by the end of the day, over revelations that the Justice Department kept investigations into President-elect Joe Biden's son secret leading up to the election. On Wednesday, the Justice Department's years-long investigation scrutinizing some of Hunter Biden's Chinese business dealings and other transactions was publicly confirmed for the first time. 'Why didn't Bill Barr reveal the truth to the public, before the Election, about Hunter Biden,' Trump tweeted on Saturday morning from the White House.

Thanks, but no thanks. That was the message that aspiring foster parents got this fall when they sent inquiries offering their services to the New Jersey Department of Children and Families. According to an automatic email reply from Dawn Marlow, administrator for the Office of Resource Families, the state is not accepting applications from any foster parents except those who are willing to take care of children with “complex developmental or medical needs.” How is it that states from Georgia to Michigan are struggling to find enough qualified foster homes to take in children—especially during a pandemic when many homes...

AOC gave a “shout out” to her “fellow radicals” on Instagram this week while preparing a meal from Whole Foods in a $58 shirt saying ‘tax the rich.’ Ocasio-Cortez: “Shoutout to my fellow radicals in the United States who believe crazy things like a full-time job should be enough for you to live and believe in crazy radical things like if you kill someone there shouldn’t be impunity. And also who believe really crazy radical things like you should get a stimulus check without having to bail out a corporation for it. Or that you should get a stimulus check...
