Article VII: The Ratification of the Conventions of nine States, shall be sufficient for the Establishment of this Constitution between the States so ratifying the Same.
This little recognized clause makes clear that our Constitution is a voluntary compact between the states. A state or a federal government or a court of law that violates or subverts the constitution and breached that compact. It is up to those non-breaching parties to decide what remedy they seek - to enforce the contract, to renegotiate the contract or to rescind the contract.
The Constitution says natural born citizen.
Obama is not one.
They don’t care what the Constitution says.
As James Madison wrote, speaking of those parties to the compact, "Each of those being equal, neither can have more rights to say that the compact has been violated and dissolved, than every other has to deny the fact, and to insist on the execution of the bargains."
So the problem is who decides the bargain has been violated and the answer to that is the courts.
These pukes have done what they damed well please and we allowed it, we need a crack down and a purging and a deterrant
And seven justices deserted their post in time of crisis. In the military that is grounds for summary execution.
I think the poster is trying to say that Article VII gives Texas standing to ensure Pennsylvania abides by Article II of the Constitution.
Article 4, section 4.
Section 4
The United States shall GUARANTEE to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.
Birthright citizen Kamala Harris is the best possible test case for “natural born” since I believe her parents were both aliens.
I hope Pence likes his job and is prepared to fight for it.
Laws only mean something if you can enforce them same with rights.
Mao, “Power comes from the barrel of a gun”
Well he was right.
“...if one drop of blood be shed there in defiance of the laws of the United States, I will hang the first man of them I can get my hands on to the first tree I can find.” - Andrew Jackson
Per the terms of that bargain the SC is there, in part, to try controversies between the states. They ducked it.
New Deal "jurisprudence" does not over-ride a clear term of the US Constitution. It is the parties who formed the contract who determine the meaning of the contract, and the purpose of the court, where the terms of the contract are clear to enforce the intent of the contracting parties.
No judge has the power to make a contract for the parties that they did not make themselves.
Neither is Kamella di Vile.
Obama isn’t a NBC and neither is Harris. Doesn’t matter.
Obama is a Marxist snake. We all know that. It is also obvious that some exceedingly wealthy person and/or group plucked Obama out of obscurity sometime around his late high school or early college years, groomed him, and financed his super-fast rise to the top. Obama was so well-groomed for his future role that Biden once gushed: "I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy."
But the question of Obama's citizenship is long past having any meaning. Whoever was behind him has succeeded in nearly all his or their goals. They now are preparing for Obama's literal third term although Biden will be installed as the figurehead. We will be living under a socialist oligarchy. That is what we need to focus on now. Not on things we can't change, but on things we hopefully still have a chance to change.
The Constitution says natural born citizen.
Obama is not one.

Neither is Kamala.
I think the real question is whether states like Pennsylvania and Georgia actually “subverted the Constitution” here. They may have violated their own election laws, but that doesn’t make it a constitutional matter.
They violated the Constitution by having people other than the legislature make up election laws.
Lots of people are still pretending we have a Constitution.
The legislatures in those states should fix the problem. Or the citizens of those states should pursue their own cases in court. The GOP legislatures in these states are the real problem here.
