The Supreme Court moved today to dismiss a case brought forth by the state of Texas to delay selection of electors in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Georgia. This is a blow to the Trump campaign’s hopes of correcting the election results that were fabricated by widespread voter fraud.According to the Supreme Court, they denied the request over lack of standing. As The Right Scoop noted:The Supreme Court has DENIED Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s lawsuit, which was signed onto by multiple states and supported by over 100 member of congress. There was a dissent from Alito and Thomas, but it...

The Supreme Court has denied a Texas effort Friday that would have essentially nullified the presidential elections in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia and Wisconsin. “The State of Texas’s motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution,” the Supreme Court’s order reads. “Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot.”

A recently published review of available election data shows: major voting machine manipulation in favor of Biden. In almost every Michigan precinct, Biden had exact 50-55% higher absentee totals than Trump. In 5 seconds, Biden’s total votes in Michigan went up 140,000 votes. In 9 problem Michigan Counties, the absentee votes between Trump and Biden are so similar that the study’s author says they are clear indications of vote machine manipulation. “Statistically impossible.”

The Wolf administration unveiled new coronavirus restrictions on Dec. 10. The restrictions go into effect on Dec. 12 and include the closure of indoor dining. But some restaurant owners objected to the shutdown order and the short notice. Phil Guarno, owner of Fenicci’s of Hershey, said that because Governor Wolf’s office had...

McCarthy: “Speaker Pelosi was notified, I was not. I’m asking for an FBI briefing now. But if she knew and maintained Swalwell on Intel, wrong. He is a national security threat. He was put on in his second year. I will tell you as a Leader, Intel Committee is treated differently. Why? Because those who serve on Intel get information that members do not. For the Republican side, the leader — Republican leader appoints there; for the Democrat side, the Democrats appoint there. If you spend the last four years in Intel worried about foreign intrusion, Adam Schiff knew as...

Explanation: Many bright nebulae and star clusters in planet Earth's sky are associated with the name of astronomer Charles Messier from his famous 18th century catalog. His name is also given to these two large and remarkable craters on the Moon. Standouts in the dark, smooth lunar Sea of Fertility or Mare Fecunditatis, Messier (left) and Messier A have dimensions of 15 by 8 and 16 by 11 kilometers respectively. Their elongated shapes are explained by the extremely shallow-angle trajectory followed by an impactor, moving left to right, that gouged out the craters. The shallow impact also resulted in two...

In May 2016, a student enrolled in a high-school in Shelbyville, Texas, consented to having his phone searched by one of the district’s school resource officers. Looking for evidence of a romantic relationship between the student and a teacher, the officer plugged the phone into a Cellebrite UFED to recover deleted messages from the phone. According to the arrest affidavit, investigators discovered the student and teacher frequently messaged each other, “I love you.” Two days later, the teacher was booked into the county jail for sexual assault of a child. The Cellebrite used to gather evidence in that case was...

All eyes are on Texas. Well, they’re on what Texas sent to the Supreme Court Monday night, a lawsuit that accuses Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Georgia of engaging in unconstitutional practices to allow an environment ripe for voter fraud. But another lawsuit has just been docketed at the Supreme Court that could have major election implications. Excerpt: Now, at the last possible moment, comes the State of Texas with a claim that outstrips the usual and customary false bravado of that state—to wit—undoing the lawful election and certification of the vote of four states of this Union— Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan and Wisconsin. The hubris with which Texas invokes the original jurisdiction of this Court for this purpose of undoing the Presidential Election in four sovereign states of the Union is breathtaking. However, for the many reasons cited in these materials, Texas has failed to meet the heavy burden that it must meet in order to be...
