A recently published review of available election data shows: major voting machine manipulation in favor of Biden. In almost every Michigan precinct, Biden had exact 50-55% higher absentee totals than Trump. In 5 seconds, Biden’s total votes in Michigan went up 140,000 votes. In 9 problem Michigan Counties, the absentee votes between Trump and Biden are so similar that the study’s author says they are clear indications of vote machine manipulation.

If inaugurated it is an empty illegal ceremony.
Biden lost.
Trump is President no matter what happens.
The Supreme Court’s decision really comes down to a narrow one in a matter between states. If election fraud indeed can be proven, that’s a whole different matter. That’s a crime.
I an so disappointed in Justices Barrett, Kavanugh, and Gorsuch. They gave away America today. Justices Alito and Thomas have my gratitude for standing up for their country.
So there are still court cases.
And there is still the legislative route.
And there are still audits, investigations and evidence that can come out.
The electoral collge vote occurs Monday, but Congress counts the votes on Jun 6.
So court cases could still be successful.
The state legislatures can still do the right thing.
There will likely be some challenges when Congress counts the votes.
This was but a battle.
We need states to succeed immediatly.

If the seized German server story is true, the military should have been making arrests, starting with Eric Coomer, and declassifying the communications between the conspirators on election night.
Millions of votes stolen and not one single arrest. That was not the way to go about it.
I fault them but not surprised. Ruling in favor of Texas would sign their death warrants. Schumer already publicly threatened them when Kavanaugh was confirmed. It’s not lost on them that there aren’t more James Hodgkinsons out there. The supreme court is not going to fight our wars for us.
Those who wanted to know knew this over a month ago.

Alternative legislative structure.
Right now it doesn’t matter. Every now and then the system fails. That is where we are now. We are in the middle of a revolution and the only thing that will stop it is martial law. Otherwise the republic is lost the minute Biden is sworn in. History teaches that a republic lost is very hard to get back. If Trump does not step up and take charge we will devolve into civil war and it will be unpleasant beyond belief.

Yep. All is not lost. Always good reason for optimism. These are interesting times. The next few weeks will be a roller coaster. In the event Biden and Harris are inaugurated, their terms will be far from an easy ride, if they even make it thriugh without impeachment. They played Russia collusion with Trump. China collusion is not a game.
Did Sister Amy give the impression of being anything more than a gutless establishment drone?
Alito and Thomas admitted in their dissent that they wouldn’t offer relief even if the court took the case. They simply disagreed about Texas not having standing.
