A Texas man released from prison after his sentence was commuted by former President Barack Obama has again been indicted on federal drug trafficking charges, according to Department of Justice officials. Hollister police arrested an alleged team of catalytic converter thieves early Wednesday. Two men and a woman, all from Bakersfield, were arrested after a resident called police after seeing suspicious police, police reported. Officers responded to the report around 12:10 a.m. when they pulled over the reported vehicle with its three occupants. Inside the vehicle they found cutting tools, power tools, saws and two recently removed catalytic converters.
