Liberal law professor Alan Dershowitz on Tuesday laid out the Trump campaign's legal strategy for winning the White House through a number of legal challenges. According to Dershowitz, the strategy is to pull electoral votes away from former Vice President Joe Biden. "The clock is a double-edged sword in this election because if they don't have enough time but if they can put forward a sufficiently strong case then they may be able to get some Republican Secretaries of States or legislatures to say, 'Look, we just don't have enough time to certify these electors' and if they can bring...

Rudy Giuliani made a stunning claim on the Lou Dobbs show on Wednesday. He said that the votes from 28 states were sent outside the country to Germany and Spain to be counted by Smartmatic. Smartmatic, according to Giuliani, was created in Venezuela for the purpose of rigging elections. Giuliani goes on to claim that some high ranking people at Dominion, the Smartmatic affiliated voter software company, are known supporters of Antifa.

CNN anchor Chris Cuomo accused President Donald Trump of “lying his ass off” about fraud in the 2020 presidential election. David Gregory said, “There were not widespread irregularities. We should be celebrating the fact that this went off so well in a pandemic. There are always things to look at in terms of irregularities in an election, but there was nothing widespread. There are trial lawyers who are hacks and there are good ones. You know how I know the difference? In this case the good lawyers are getting out of this litigation. They don’t want to be any part...

As Joe Biden continues to claiming victory (something he said he wouldn't do until the election was independently certified), various legal challenges brought by President Trump, the GOP, and allegedly disenfranchised voters are working their way through the courts. And unless the courts intervene - up to and including the US Supreme Court - the clock is running out on Trump's ability to claim victory in light of alleged fraud, as several states move to certify their results. While Georgia is set to certify its election results on Friday, Nevada, Michigan and Pennsylvania are expected to follow next week. Arizona, meanwhile, has...

In an extraordinary turnabout that foreshadows possible legal action, the two GOP members of Wayne County's election board signed affidavits Wednesday night alleging they were bullied and misled into approving election results in Michigan's largest metropolis and do not believe the votes should be certified until serious irregularities in Detroit votes are resolved. The statements by Wayne County Board of Canvassers Chairwoman Monica Palmer and fellow GOP member William C. Hartmann rescinding their votes from a day earlier threw into question anew whether Michigan's presidential vote currently favoring Democrat Joe Biden will be certified. They also signaled a possible legal...

Ever since the ’90s, the tradition has been to gather around the TV and get bored of watching the Detroit Lions getting stomped. Someone immediately says, “Let’s watch the Turkey Day Marathon of Mystery Science Theater 3000!” And immediately the channel was changed and things got better as we waited for the food to be served. As soon as you ate your fill, you’d grab a slice of pie and head back to the TV. It was the perfect way to avoid conversing with the relative who swore the world would be better if it wasn’t for the…. Now this...

While congressional Democrats have downplayed party infighting, Democratic state lawmakers in Florida told Politico that significant Election Day losses have sparked divisions between the party's moderates and progressives. November's election dealt a blow to Democrats in the Sunshine State, where Republicans flipped five seats in the state house and unseated Reps. Debbie Mucarsel-Powell (D., Fla.) and Donna Shalala (D., Fla.). Democratic state lawmakers erupted over the results in a Nov. 4 phone call, Politico reported Wednesday. State officials who joined the call noted several problems within their party, including messaging—which highlights a growing chasm between centrist and leftist Democrats in...

A recount monitor in Georgia discovered a 9,626-vote error in the hand recount in DeKalb County, according to the chairman of the Georgia Republican Party. “One of our monitors discovered a 9,626-vote error in the DeKalb County hand count. One batch was labeled 10,707 for Biden and 13 for Trump—an improbable margin even by DeKalb standards. The actual count for the batch was 1,081 for Biden and 13 for Trump,” David Shafer wrote on Twitter on Nov. 18. “Had this counting error not been discovered, Biden would have gained enough votes from this one batch alone to cancel out Trump’s...

Black PAC's canvassing cash is the first expense from outside liberal groups supporting Warnock, Ossoff A group bankrolled by liberal billionaires George Soros and Michael Bloomberg is pouring $300,000 into Georgia to back Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff in the runoff elections. The Black PAC, which works to push black voters to the polls, on Tuesday reported spending $300,000 on canvassing for the two Democratic candidates. New York assemblyman Andrew Garbarino (R.) picked up the seat of retiring Long Island Rep. Peter King (R., N.Y.) in a decisive victory over a Democratic candidate who touted ties to anti-police groups. Democrat Jackie Gordon called Garbarino Wednesday evening to concede the race over two weeks after Election Day. Garbarino ultimately defeated Gordon with 56.9 percent of the vote to Gordon's 42.2 percent. The electoral returns indicate a significant polling error, as the Cook Political Report rated the race a tossup. "I am honored and excited to succeed Congressman Peter King and represent New York's 2nd Congressional District in...
