Those across the nation eager for a winner to be declared in Pennsylvania might have to wait a little longer because of a flood of provisional ballots, most of which are only now being counted in a process that takes a lot more time than tallying in-person or mail votes. As of Friday morning, 56 of the state’s 67 counties reported about 85,000 provisional ballots cast based on only a partial count, a Pennsylvania Department of State spokesperson said. House Speaker Bryan Cutler told reporters Friday he’s told the number could top 100,000.

The Secretary of State's office reports that Pres. Trump received only 576,172 main-in votes to Biden's 1,922,842, only 23% of the two-party vote. Republicans failed to return 23% of ballots, compared to Democrats, who failed to return only 13%. Here's the real puzzler: With 1.699 million Democrat ballots, Biden received 1.923 million votes. But there are independent voters, right? Only 280,000 in Pennsylvania. So Biden received at least 224,000 independent votes, even if he received every single Democrat vote. But Trump received only 576,172 votes... even though Republicans mailed in 625,718 votes. Here's what that would mean: Biden received 100%...

In response to President Trump’s briefing this evening, the bipartisan National Council on Election Integrity — a group of more than 40 former elected officials, former Cabinet secretaries, retired military officials, and civic leaders — issued the following statement: “The president spent 15 minutes using the podium of the White House to make false claims that undermine the integrity of our elections and do a disservice to the hard-working election officials around the nation who have performed their duties admirably. There is absolutely no basis for these irresponsible claims. Politicians can say whatever they choose, but it is the American...

Election law experts, including one of President George W. Bush’s top campaign attorneys, say the Trump campaign’s current lawsuits lack compelling evidence and are not likely to change the outcome of the 2020 contest. Asked for comment on President Donald Trump’s claims of illegal absentee and mail-in ballots, former Bush attorney Barry Richard said none of the campaign’s current suits appear to be supported by evidence. “I think the lawsuits filed so far are entirely without merit and will not be successful,” Richard, who served as a lead attorney for the Republican candidate during the 2000 recount in Florida, wrote...

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A Catholic priest with a past got removed from his church in Selma this weekend over a story of sex, drugs, and weapons. "You don't expect a priest to be packed, to have those type of weapons," said legal analyst Ralph Torres. The Roman Catholic Diocese of Fresno got a restraining order to protect church employees -- all the way up to Bishop Joseph Brennan -- from one of their own priests. Father Guadalupe Rios still has his name on the church marquee at St. Joseph's Church in Selma, but the man himself is not allowed...

In Soos v. Cuomo, (ND NY, Oct. 30, 2020), a New York federal district court refused to enjoin New York's Cluster Action Initiative begun in early October that targets specific areas for enhanced COVID-19 restrictions. Houses of Worship were a specific concern of Gov. Cuomo in issuing the executive order creating the Initiative. The court said in part: To find in plaintiffs' favor under these circumstances would be to second-guess the State's medical experts and scientific and public health findings with respect to what constitutes an "essential" business, which would run afoul of Jacobson and its progeny.... Indeed, the State...

[A] Rotterdam teacher was forced into hiding following a classroom discussion on the killing of French teacher Samuel Paty. ... It was not clear if the unidentified 18-year-old woman, who police said posted messages on social media, was a student at the city’s Emmauscollege high school, where the class debate took place. Schools in the Netherlands, France and Germany had been asked to hold a moment of silence for Paty, who was beheaded by a man of Chechen origin in a Paris suburb in October after showing pupils cartoons of the Prophet Mohammad by the satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo. During...

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said the expansion of mail voting made the election chaos "entirely predictable," extending the vote count past Election Day, which is illegal. President Trump was ahead on Election Day and therefore should be declared the winner, he insisted in an interview with Fox Business host Lou Dobbs. Fitton, who recalled testifying before Congress that "this vote-by-mail scheme was going to lead to chaos," argued federal law requires that states "shall select select their electors for president and vice president on Tuesday, Election Day, and it hasn't happened." "No one's been in court to enforce that...

WASHINGTON, D.C.—In the wake of his much-anticipated “Fake News Awards,” President Donald Trump confirmed Friday that while most news sources are “totally fake,” there is one that he trusts more than any other—The Babylon Bee. His remarks came in response to a reporter asking if there’s any news source he trusts exclusively in light of his rampant mistrust of the media. “Everyone knows I really like Fox & Friends, but look, The Babylon Bee is the absolute best. They’re tremendous—nobody else even comes close to the quality and truth in their reporting,” Trump told reporters. “I read the Bee every...

Defense Secretary Mark Esper’s position is appearing more precarious by the day. Talk is picking up that President Trump could fire members of his Cabinet, including Esper, even as the presidential election goes uncalled. Esper has long been seen as out-the-door regardless of who wins the election, including the possibility that he would resign during the transition period if Trump loses. Washington Post columnist Josh Rogin reported Friday that multiple sources tell him Esper could be fired as early as this week. A GOP source has echoed this expectation to The Hill that Esper may be gone as soon as...

DENVER (CBS4) – Matthew Dolloff, the security guard suspected of killing another man at a protest, posted bond on Tuesday. Dolloff walked out of a jail at around 3 p.m. after a bondsman paid the bond, the Denver Sheriff’s Department says. Last month, a judge declined to lower his $500,000 bond after saying photographs of the shooting do not support Dolloff’s argument he was acting in self-defense. Dolloff’s public defender asked the judge to lower his bond to between $25,000 and $50,000, citing his deep ties to the community and his lack of a criminal record. Dolloff is seen shooting...

‘It may be frustrating that we do not know immediately who won our 2020 Presidential election. Nonetheless, democracy is worth the hard work and the wait,’ said Sister Simone Campbell.(RNS) — Nearly 2,000 nuns have signed a letter addressed to President Donald Trump suggesting he abandon calls to halt vote tallies in various states and instead “count the votes.” The letter accuses “some elected officials” of making “the immoral choice to hold onto power at any cost, including disenfranchising thousands, denying their most sacred gift: their voice.” “We took vows as Catholic Sisters, and you took a vow to uphold...

Matt Braynard, the executive Director of Look Ahead America and former data chief and strategist for Trump for President tweeted out today that he has at his finger tips, the data for everyone in seven key states who requested an absentee ballot or voted early. AZ, GA, MI, NC, NV, PA, WI. Matt added, “Discovering just a *few* matches to the Death List would indicate a much bigger problem as ABS/EV requests of dead voters would be incidental to a larger fraud operation.” On Friday far left GoFundMe shut down the Voter Fraud Detection Page after raising over $220,000. A...

The Trump Accountability Project Remember what they did. We must never forget those who furthered the Trump agenda. We should welcome in our fellow Americans with whom we differ politically. But those who took a paycheck from the Trump Administration should not profit from their efforts to tear our democracy apart. The world should never forget those who, when faced with a decision, chose to put their money, their time, and their reputations behind separating children from their families, encouraging racism and anti-Semitism, and negligently causing the unnecessary loss of life and economic devastation from our country's failed response to...
