Those across the nation eager for a winner to be declared in Pennsylvania might have to wait a little longer because of a flood of provisional ballots, most of which are only now being counted in a process that takes a lot more time than tallying in-person or mail votes.
As of Friday morning, 56 of the state’s 67 counties reported about 85,000 provisional ballots cast based on only a partial count, a Pennsylvania Department of State spokesperson said. House Speaker Bryan Cutler told reporters Friday he’s told the number could top 100,000.

When someone is don’t allowed to vote for some reason.
They cast a provisional ballot.
The election judges then decid if the vote is valid.
He doesn’t have 270 votes.
NV he’s leading, he hasn’t won it yet.
And by the time they declare him the winner there, AZ will have been called for Trump.

Something strange is almost certainly going on, especially if the high turnout is an area which favours one particular candidate or party over another....

Maybe that’s a good omen. Hillary’s fireworks were all ready to go as well. We know how that turned out.
The Equal Protection clause is being flushed down the toilet with all of these different modalities of voting.
It means you don’t have sufficient evidence to prove eligibility.....such as, you are who you are, or maybe that you are a citizen of the area, etc.
So, you get to fill out a provisional ballot that is SUPPOSED to be verified, by election officials, before that vote is counted.
IMO, it’s just another area for fraud. That’s how one TX county turned from red, to blue, in 2018....via provisional ballots.
Maybe it’s like ballot harvesting.

I think NV is under a court order to stop counting, unless that got lifted.
Provisional votes in PA would be likely heavy Trump. The explanation is in another thread.
LS said NV told DNC lawyers (the bosses over the election people) don’t make us the tip of yer spear in this. They smell the courts a-coming and law enforcement too.

BTW, 173,000 votes left in AZ. Trump needs to win 59 percent.
It’s a little tougher than I thought but definitely doable if they are the rural areas that were left.
