Thought crimes, ministries of truth, and memory holes belong in Oceania, not America. If we were to wake up in 2022, would we be more likely to see a 15-person Supreme Court, a Senate without a filibuster, a nation without an Electoral College, and an effort to admit two more states and with them four more senators if Joe Biden or Donald Trump were president? Why would we blow up a nine-justice Supreme Court after 151 years, or a 233-year Electoral College, or a 170-year Senate filibuster, or a 60-year 50-state Union? And why now? What is the theme, the argument,...

Anyone playing around with PredictIt for the election? It's fun to throw a few bucks at and watch what happens. I know just enough to be dangerous! LOL I bet on several long shot races that I feel will pay off, including +3 net senate seats, winning WI, MI, MN, PA. Made tiny bets on NJ & NY. I'm up a few bucks right now and don't plan on selling, just closing out when the election is over.

President Trump hints he’ll fire Dr. Fauci following the election. Crowd at Trump rally chant, “Fire Fauci! Fire Fauci!” Trump: “Don’t tell anybody but let me wait ’til a little bit after the election. I appreciate the advice.”

Without question, the upcoming presidential election is one of the most heated and divisive in recent memory. Current tensions have brought not only disagreements, bickering, and violence, but also misplaced distrust in the functionality of the U.S. presidential election system itself. Both Democrats and Republicans fear that fraud and dishonesty can tip the scales against them. These practices often impact local races; however, President Trump’s bipartisan Election Integrity Commission, which I served on from 2017-2018, concluded that a tyranny of the majority or extant voter fraud has yet to swing a presidential election. By and large, we have bipartisan vigilance...

The election is tomorrow, and President Donald Trump just notched an unprecedented endorsement from an historically liberal newspaper for his handling of the economy in the key swing state of Pennsylvania. The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette Editorial Board officially endorsed Trump. The newspaper had not endorsed a single Republican for president since 1972. That’s 48 years ago. The Editorial Board wrote: “Under Donald Trump the economy, pre-COVID, boomed, like no time since the 1950s. Look at your 401(k) over the past three years. Unemployment for Black Americans is lower than it has ever been, under any president of either party.” On trade,...

Many in the media are racing to report that Ivanka Trump publicly identifies as “pro-life.” But instead of using her words, they’re opting for their own. RealClearPolitics recently published a piece by Philip Wegmann after he interviewed Ivanka Trump, daughter and advisor to President Trump. In the middle of his piece, Wegmann revealed that, for the first time, Ivanka described herself as “pro-life.”Abortion is one “area where Ivanka has undeniably changed,” Wegmann wrote in the piece published on October 29. That’s because of what she told him about her position. “I respect all sides of a very personal and sensitive discussion,”...

The hatred of men embedded in modern feminism is evil. From what I can see of Annie Oakley she was a champion of personal freedom for herself as a woman but not a hater of men. Should we embrace her as a role model today?

Just shy of 100 million Americans (well, most of them) have already voted. That's basically the total Bush/Gore electorate in 2000. So is anyone left to turn out on Election Day? I think so... ~As John Cleese and others have discovered, the Woke Left is a joke-free zone. Whereas Donald Trump is the last Borscht Belter. From the Associated Press White House reporter: Trump on FLOTUS testing positive for COVID-19: 'At least those rumors that we don't live together turned out to be false.' I generally subscribe to the theory that the fellow who appears to be having a better...

For as long as there have been elections, there have been high-profile people threatening to leave the country if the race doesn’t go their way. The 2020 presidential race is no exception. Although stars like Lena Dunham, Jon Stewart, Samuel L. Jackson and countless others previously made the empty promise to ditch the United States if Donald Trump became president in 2016, the 2020 race is perhaps even more contentious in the minds of Hollywood stars. In fact, Trump himself has joked that he may have to leave the country if his opponent, Joe Biden, wins. With Election Day just...

Over the past two months, The New York Times and Siena College have conducted polls in almost every battleground state, creating a large database of likely voters and their preferences. This database allowed us to take an unusual look at the American electorate — one based on first names. We’ve put together a short quiz to see how well you can guess the patterns that emerged. If you want to take it, click here. We hope you’ll learn as much about politics and culture as we learned in putting it together. Otherwise, here are the 10 most common female and...

Residents of Marin County near San Francisco claimed that a caravan of Trump supporters that rolled through the area reminded them of “terrorists,” according to the San Francisco Chronicle. Allen-Peirson said she was worried that the Trump convoy had purposefully selected Marin City as a minority-majority community in a county that is 80% white. Marin City has had a strong African American presence since World War II, when many people worked in wartime shipyards.

To help the world better deal with pandemics, the United Nations is calling for a Universal Health Care system that would span all nations and be controlled by the UN itself. This is all in the name of furthering the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) that the UN created to usher in Sustainable Development, aka Technocracy. ⃠TN Editor UN Secretary-General António Guterres has urged governments to speed up and scale up their investment in universal health coverage (UHC) and stronger health systems, in order to tackle the COVID-19 pandemic and prepare for future crises. The policy brief also addresses the...

CNN anchor Wolf Blitzer can't believe his eyes. As we've reported, business owners in Washington, D.C. and other major cities across the country are preparing for the worst on Tuesday night. Never before have stakes and tensions been so high before a presidential election, and riots are now expected to go hand-in-hand with the results. "I never thought I would see so many buildings here in the nation’s capital boarded-up on the eve of a presidential election in anticipation of possible unrest," Blitzer wrote on Twitter, sharing some footage of boarded up businesses in the nation's capital. "And it’s not...
