FREEPers of faith, our family just prayed for the debate tonight. I know we are used to seeing Donald Trump get on stage and riff away, but the forces of bad men and darkness in the spiritual realm will all be arrayed against him. Pray for him to succeed. He will need help from above.

Remember when the media got all bent out of shape that Trump called them the "enemy of the people"? Well, that's exactly what MSNBC was heavily suggesting today: if Trump loses, he might betray the United States, selling top-level intelligence to get out of debt. Pass it along! You'll never guess the impeccable source of Scarborough's scabrous speculation: none other than the palpably peccable Mark Brzezinski. Joe's brother-in-law. Mika's brother. A former Obama campaign advisor whom Obama rewarded with an ambassadorship. Oh, and let's not forget . . . a Biden fundraiser! Get the rest of the story and view...

U.S. President Donald Trump received his third nomination for the Nobel Peace Prize on Monday, with four Australian law professors citing the “Trump Doctrine” against endless foreign wars as reason for their support. Speaking with Sky News in Australia, law professor David Flint explained why he and his colleagues decided to nominate Trump, pointing to what he called the Trump Doctrine as something extraordinary that deserves global recognition. Flint said they backed Trump because: He is guided by two things, which seem to be absent from so many politicians. He has firstly common sense and he is only guided by...

A study conducted by the University of Florida and Arizona State University revealed the estimated economic loss ethanol producers will experience in 2020 is $7.9 billion. That number jumps from $7.9 billion to $8.6 billion when unemployment is factored. "The COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 had a major negative impact on U.S. ethanol, gasoline, and oil prices and production," the authors wrote. "COVID-19 has had a major impact on ethanol production." According to the Renewable Fuels Association, the study matches their internal analysis from July, which found producers could see about $7 billion in pandemic-related losses. "This new, independent study confirms...

American voters have a right to know whether he’ll go along with his party’s scheme to pack the Supreme Court if Amy Coney Barrett is confirmed. During the presidential debate tonight, former Vice President Joe Biden might actually have to answer a question or two about the Supreme Court—specifically, about whether he supports plans to pack the court if he wins the White House and Democrats regain a majority in the Senate in November. He might even have to answer questions about ending the filibuster and abolishing the Electoral College. After all, these are no longer fringe positions of the radical...

The Times claims that it has obtained Trump’s individual and business tax documents going back over twenty years, a “trove” containing mountains of data. Trump denied the charges, but the left ignored him. However, an astute Twitter user noted something that others missed: While the Times wrote the report to imply that Trump paid only $750 in taxes for several years, a careful reading reveals that Trump did pay millions in taxes, plus an additional $750. On Sunday, the New York Times published a lengthy article based on Donald Trump’s personal and business taxes. It bears repeating here that this...

The Trump campaign has requested a third party entity to inspect both candidates for communication devices like an ear piece before the debate tonight. -------snip------ In fact the Biden Campaign agreed to this request several days ago but now are refusing this request!! The Hill just did some vomit-inducing PR for Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden and other Democrats on the economy. It cited economists from an organization that had predicted economic disaster under Trump in 2016. Also, one of those “economists,” is a Hillary Clinton donor. But, don’t expect The Hill to disclose that. The outlet pushed a propaganda piece headlined, “Analysis: Biden victory, Democratic sweep would bring biggest boost to economy.” Reporter Sylvan Lane Lane referenced Moody’s Analytics Chief Economist, “registered Democrat,” and Hillary Clinton donor Mark Zandi and associate economist Bernard Yaros, who reportedly modeled four potential outcomes of the...

Went to a nice sitdown burger place at about 3:00 PM and it was about a quarter full. It was expected since it was mid-afternoon. The waitress was very nice and she was busy especially with a table of six 50ish year old men playing some type of game and ordering beers, and she took our order. Food was delivered by who I think was the manager and we got into conversation about how the pandemic effected the restaurant and he said, revenue is running above 2019, especially because of their patio. It was a rainy day and the patio...

Three Senate Democrats so far have announced that they will refuse a customary meeting with President Trump’s nominee to the Supreme Court, Judge Amy Coney Barrett, although Minority Whip Dick Durbin (D., Ill.) admitted on Sunday that Democrats would likely be unable to stop a confirmation. Trump nominated Barrett to replace liberal Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who died on September 18 at age 87. Republicans are attempting to confirm Barrett before the November elections, and her prospective appointment would give the Supreme Court a 6-3 conservative majority. Schumer said at a Sunday news conference that he would not meet with...

A crowd of about twenty gathered recently to see Joe Biden in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin — the same week that President Trump held rallies in Nevada, Arizona, Florida, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin. Aside from the Wisconsin trip, Biden appeared in his childhood town of Scranton, Pennsylvania, and his current home town of Wilmington, Delaware. At every stop President Trump is met with thousands of cheering supporters. By contrast, Biden's appearances have been a lot like hosting the neighbors in lawn chairs, and certainly with no questioning from real reporters. Is this any way to run a campaign? Democrats are starting to...

[snip] “The Treasury records acquired by the Chairmen show potential criminal activity relating to transactions among and between Hunter Biden, his family, and his associates with Ukrainian, Russian, Kazakh and Chinese nationals, In particular, these documents show that Hunter Biden received millions of dollars from foreign sources as a result of business relationships that he built during the period when his father was vice president of the United States and after.” Senator Ron Johnson (R, WI) is head of the Homeland Security Committee and Senator Charles Grassley (R, IA) is head of the Finance Committee. As someone who has posted multiple times about Starlink, I'm not sure how I feel about this, especially if it alters the purpose of Starlink. OTOH, if Starlink makes for a better more secure GPS system for our military then I would be more inclined to go for it.... Evidently The US Army has been in discussion with Starlink about using their constellation of satellites for GPS purposes that would make it much harder to jam..

If you like to be frightened out of your wits, you can’t do better than spend an hour or two with Rod Dreher on “Joe Rogan World vs. NPR World” and Angelo Codevilla’s “Revolution 2020.” Ron Dreher argues that America cannot thrive with two narratives competing for dominance, the American founding narrative and the progressive narrative, especially when the progressive narrative says of “people who don’t fit the progressive narrative, that you aren’t worthy of our consideration or attention.” Codevilla says the same, only different. More and more, America’s ruling class, shaped and serviced by an increasingly uniform pretend-meritocratic educational...

We've been warning about voter fraud for months. So has the President. Now that ballots are out, the fraud is already rampant. There were three stories just in the last few days that point to Democrats trying to steal the election through ballot harvesting. The first did not get much national press because it wasn’t about a crime. Technically, it was as Democrats are using their majority in North Carolina’s election board to preemptively allow criminal activity, but the end result was allowances for ballot harvesting. That seems like a crime, but nobody’s going to jail over it. The second...

Yesterday, the New York Times published 10,000 empty words on Donald Trump’s taxes, a barrage of self-inflicted wounds gutting the integrity of the editorial staff and management of this publicly traded, yet family influenced company. Yet it was not an effective indictment of any Trump family member. It is not a crime to offset losses against income, a fact that has been true for decades. And, it is profit-seeking businesses, and their owners and employees that produce the bulk of taxable income, yielding revenue needed to defray expenses of government. Over decades, generations of Trumps employed thousands of New Yorkers...

The Philadelphia chapter of the International Association of Firefighters broke with the IAFF on Tuesday to back President Trump for reelection over his Democratic rival Joseph R. Biden. Michael Bresnan, president of the Philadelphia Firefighters’ and Paramedics’ Union, Local 22 of the IAFF, said the national group’s endorsement of Mr. Biden was done without canvassing local chapters and rank-and-file members. Mr. Bresnan said Local 22 members were surveyed and “overwhelmingly” chose Mr. Trump.

The NFL’s coronavirus luck might have run out. The Titans halted in-person workouts Tuesday after multiple tests inside the organization came back positive for COVID-19. The Vikings, whom the Titans defeated Sunday, also suspended team activities. According to the NFL, three players and five other personnel all had tests come back positive. The Vikings have not reported any positive tests, yet.
