HARRISBURG — It is the nightmare scenario Pennsylvania election officials have fretted over for months: a knock-down, drag-out fight over which presidential candidate will win the state and snag its coveted electoral votes. Now, the head of the Republican Party of Pennsylvania has fueled fears of chaos after Election Day, raising the specter that his party could break with tradition and allow the GOP-controlled legislature to choose a slate of presidential electors to cast the state’s votes for Donald Trump — even if the president doesn’t win the popular vote. In comments to The Atlantic made public this week, state...

The brave men and women of our Armed Forces represent the very best of our great Nation, matched only by the families who walk beside them in their service. It is our sacred duty to recognize the unending and immeasurable sacrifices our military families make in support of their loved ones and for our country, and we are cognizant of the fortitude they show enduring the anguish of knowing that their hero may never return home. On this Gold Star Mother’s and Family’s Day, we solemnly honor the memory of every lost Soldier, Sailor, Airman, Marine, and Coast Guardsman, and...

This one’s pretty personal and sincere, everybody. Feel free to skip it if you’re not in the mood for that. Over the last few weeks, I’ve seen several instances of “peaceful protesters” (AKA rioters) testing the laws of physics by using their fragile human bodies to challenge moving motor vehicles. The vehicles always win, because that’s how reality works. Here are some examples. If you don’t want to see people getting hit by cars, don’t click on them..... I don’t know why some people think it’s a good idea to do this. Okay, so you hate the police. That’s your...

(audio of Lou Dobbs show) Lt. General Michael Flynn’s family released the following statement on Friday after even more exculpatory evidence was released late Thursday showing that FBI agents charged with investigating Flynn were politically motivated and set him up. In fact, some of them texted about purchasing insurance policies to protect themselves. “The criminal conduct and malfeasance of those entrusted with the power to enforce our laws trampled the rights and lives of Gen Flynn, our entire family, and all Americans who cherish our Constitution,” Flynn’s family wrote. Rickey Kanter, who owned a Wisconsin company that sold therapeutic shoes and footwear inserts under the brand name Dr. Comfort, pleaded guilty in 2011 to one count of mail fraud for shipping inserts he falsely claimed were approved by Medicare to a podiatrist in Florida. Kanter received a prison sentence of a year and day, followed by two years of supervised release. He also paid a $50,000 fine and agreed, in a separate civil settlement, to pay Medicare a $27 million reimbursement. But that was not the end of his punishment, since his felony conviction meant that he permanently lost...

Origin of Tectonic Plates Best Explained by the Flood BY TIM CLAREY, PH.D. * | MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 21, 2020 A new study published in Nature Communications claims to have figured out how the tectonic plates may have originated.1 It’s been over 50 years since the theory of plate tectonics became an accepted idea in the scientific community. But, secular scientists are still struggling to explain both the origin of the continental crust and the tectonic plates.2 Earth is unique in our solar system because it is the only planet with tectonic plates. As far as we know, it may be...

Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) praised the “brilliance” of the Black Lives Matter movement and its founders in a conversation with the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) on Friday. Harris, who is Joe Biden’s running mate on the Democratic Party presidential ticket, was asked specifically to respond to claims that Black Lives Matter is a “terrorist” organization, which the interviewer attributed to President Donald Trump. (Trump has referred to “terrorists” in specific demonstrations, but has not called the movement itself a terrorist organization. His new black empowement policy, released on Friday, names the Ku Klux Klan and...

Over 1,000 Virginia voters who sought an absentee ballot to vote received an additional ballot in the mail, raising further concerns about possible electoral fraud in the November election. Fox News reports: Officials blamed the confusion on label printing machines that jammed, erroneously causing some to be duplicated when entire pages were reprinted due to damage to just some of the labels. “Before the supervisors caught it, the people applying the labels applied them to the entire sheet of labels rather than just pulling out the ones that should have been processed,” Fairfax County Registrar Gary Scott told NBC 4...

As we have been telling you, Emmanuel Macron is our pick for the biblical ‘man of sin’, and on Tuesday at the United Nations General Assembly, he didn’t disappoint. Macron stood up before the Assembly, virtually of course, and delivered an absolute perfect speech. Perfect, that is, if you are a King James bible believer who loves end times prophecy. As we said, Macron did not disappoint. The fact that the United Nations even exists is the fulfillment of bible prophecy, where it is specifically mentioned. “Therefore wait ye upon me, saith the LORD, until the day that I rise...

Van Morrison has released the first of his anti-lockdown-themed songs. The single, titled “Born to Be Free,” features lyrics criticizing government response to the coronavirus pandemic. “Don’t need the government cramping my style / Give them an inch, they take a mile / Take you in with a phony smile / Wouldn’t you agree,” Morrison sings in an early verse, before launching into the song’s chorus: “The new normal is not normal / It’s no kind of normal at all / Everyone seemed to have amnesia just trying to remember the Berlin Wall.” Despite its contentious subject matter, the tune...

Greetings brothers and sisters! I hope that your eyes are remaining fixed on the sky. This journey can be wearying, but it will be forever worth it. When the day finally comes, all of the waiting and watching and longing will be eternally vindicated. Watching for the Lord is not without pain (Rev. 10:10). Some are not able to bear this burden—all of the inward groaning (Rm. 8:24–26), doubts, and continual scoffing from those who are wed to this world (2 Pt. 3:3–13; 1 Cor. 7:31; 1 Jn. 2:17–29) take their toll. But we cannot be shaken. Yet for those...

Piagentini’s widow, Dianne Piagentini, said that when she learned of Bottoms’ parole it hit her “like a punch...

At the onset of the pandemic, many investors wrote the cruise ship industry off for good but some operators like Norwegian Cruise Line (NYSE:NCLH) are looking to climb back on board. Companies in the industry faced an existential crisis this year with ships harbored at the port for months on end, customers demanding refunds and lawsuits costs piling up during a period of high uncertainty. This pushed Norwegian Cruise Line stock to new lows. On March 14, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) issued a no-sail order for all cruise ships stating that it was one of the...
