With a long post on Facebook Dr. Daniele Macchini, a doctor from Humanitas Gavazzeni, talks about his life on the front lines to combat coronavirus. It is a creepy testimony, to be read from the first to the last line. Here is the post In one of the constant emails that I receive from my health management on a more than daily basis now these days, there was also a paragraph entitled "doing social responsibly", with some recommendations that can only be supported. After thinking for a long time if and what to write about what is happening to...

Speaker Pelosi spoke at Northeastern University’s “Women Who Empower Summit” event Monday in conjunction with International Women’s Day. The speaker was celebrating women but only liberal women. The event was supposed to be a non-political event, acknowledged by Pelosi at one point but that didn’t stop her from speaking solely in political terms for much of her time. She looked at the moderator and said, “You asked a political question so what do you expect?”She began her remarks by declaring that “Civilization as we know it is at stake.” There’s nothing subtle with that statement. As she touted the...

Canada’s federal government introduced legislation to criminalize “gay conversion therapy” that aims to change a person’s sexual orientation to what is deemed “normal” by heterosexual standards. “Conversion therapy is a cruel practice that can lead to life-long trauma, particularly for young people,” said Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada David Lametti. […] The new legislation would make it illegal to cause an individual to undergo conversion therapy or remove a minor from Canada for the purpose of undergoing this practice. It would also make it illegal to advertise or profit from providing such therapy. A ban on conversion...

Boy, oh, boy. They really got old Donald John Trump this time. Forget the Russian Collusion hoax. And the Emoluments Clause. And Hurricane Maria. And the Creepy Porn Lawyer. And the 25th Amendment. And the worst-since-the-Depression stock market crash of 2018. And the Mueller Report. And the Impeachment. And the World War 3s with Syria, North Korea, and Iran. No, this time, the Globalists Who Took Over America really have him with the corona virus. As a Blogger, I'm not amiss, I thoroughly examined this. His presidency's not only merely dead, it's really most sincerely dead. Gabriel Sherman of Vanity...

The prototype is looking at a 1-5 megawatt (MWe) power range. The Department of Energy has been supporting the project at its Idaho National Laboratory. A second effort is being run through the office of the undersecretary of acquisition and...

A phone call to your doctor can now earn you a week of sick leave in Germany, as the country faces a coronavirus epidemic during a flu season. The changes should only stay in place for the next four weeks. Democrats have been at 'crazy' for a long time, issuing dire warnings of doomsday in order to come up with a rationale for expanding government. With the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989, that's been their rationale since socialism doesn't exactly sell with the broader U.S. public, just ask Bernie Sanders. There's always a need to goose calls for bigger government with dire warnings premised other issues, which is one reason why Democrats keep making them. From the U.S. pullout of the Paris climate accord to the advent of the coronavirus, Democrats are never wanting for a crisis -- and...

Studies suggest that most people who transition to another gender do not have second thoughts. But after two trans men met and fell in love, their personal gender journeys took an unexpected turn, to a destination neither had foreseen. "I always felt we have a very special history. We have special bodies, and a special connection based on the physical experience we had." Ellie is 21 and Belgian. Her German partner, Nele, is 24. Both took testosterone to become more masculine, and they had their breasts removed in double mastectomy surgery. Now they have detransitioned, and live again as female...

The press has a lot to answer for in its coverage of the coronavirus -- stoking fear, claiming chaos that isn't there, and blaming President Trump, whose reponse to the pandemic has been exemplary. Here's one, from the U.S. edition of the Daily Mail: President Donald Trump has not been tested for the novel coronavirus, the White House revealed in a statement late Monday, even though he has been in contact with a slew of politicians who have gone under self-quarantine. The president refused to answer repeated questions on whether he had been tested or not for the virus...

The Democratic presidential field is down to two old, white males, former Vice President Joe Biden and Sen. Bernie Sanders. Though they are said to represent two polar-opposite wings of the party, on one issue, they are in complete agreement. They both have solemnly pledged to destroy millions of blue-collar jobs across Middle America's oil patch. Each has pledged to stop oil and gas development dead in its tracks. This anti-shale and gas movement has the zeal of a religious crusade. If that green agenda comes to pass, it will reverse the economic renaissance in states such as New Mexico,...

Pastor Victor Couzens of the Inspirational Bible Church in Cincinnati, Ohio is starring in a real-life episode of Greenleaf. President Barack Obama released a video on Monday ahead of the 10th anniversary of the signing of Obamacare, celebrating it as “the closest we’ve ever come to universal coverage in America.” In truth, Obamacare expanded access to health insurance, primarily for the working poor, but at a massive cost to middle-class budgets. It also changed American politics for the worse, turning it into a zero-sum game in which compromise is nearly impossible.

Morning "In my prosperity I said I shall never be moved." Psalm 30:6 "Moab settled on his lees, he hath not been emptied from vessel to vessel." Give a man wealth; let his ships bring home continually rich freights; let the winds and waves appear to be his servants to bear his vessels across the bosom of the mighty deep; let his lands yield abundantly: let the weather be propitious to his crops; let uninterrupted success attend him; let him stand among men as a successful merchant; let him enjoy continued health; allow him with braced nerve and brilliant eye...

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) took her Trump Derangement Syndrome to a melodramatic new level on Monday when she claimed that “civilization as we know it is at stake” in the 2020 election. Pelosi reportedly made this comment during a speaking engagement at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, according to Breitbart News. Pelosi touched on many topics in her speech, including on women in politics. “Just generally, I usually always cast my vote for a woman. I just do,” Pelosi told the crowd. When asked by an audience member about the possibility of the first woman president being...

Christians in the United States should not underestimate the potential consequences of the present, national fascination with socialism. Socialism was creeping into American life already, but now it is the policy du jour of the persistent Senator from Vermont who stands very possibly as the Democratic nominee for president, Bernie Sanders. Defined as political and economic theory that favors government control and regulation, socialism has a dark history. In 1848, the Communist Manifesto written by Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels was published. This radical political document advocated for a socialist revolution between classes, with the working classes becoming conquerors. The...
