In his opening statement of the House Judiciary Committee's first impeachment hearing on Wednesday, Chairman Jerry Nadler (D-N.Y.) warned that President Trump has "welcomed foreign interference" in two elections and has engaged in "unprecedented" obstruction.

Obtained a license and bought weapon from local dealer Multiple reports are indicating that the Saudi student who shot up the Naval Air Station in Pensacola Friday morning, killing three and wounding more acquired the weapon he used legally from a local dealer. Mohammed Saeed Alshamrani, a second lieutenant in the Saudi Air Force who was in the US as an aviation student, was able to buy a gun despite the fact that “nonimmigrant aliens” are not permitted to do so, according to NBC News. The BATF notes that anyone admitted to the US under a nonimmigrant visa is typically...

Global warming may be making women give birth earlier and endangering newborn babies, according to research. Scientists studying births and weather in the US found on days when temperatures were higher than 90°F (32°C), birth rates rose by five per cent. Many children were born days before their due dates but some were delivered two weeks earlier than expected. Researchers believe heat can cause hormonal changes in pregnant women, which then bring on labour sooner. The problem is likely to become worse as climate change means heatwaves become more common over the coming decades, the researchers said. Heatwaves are expected...

[Catholic Caucus] Marco Tosatti: Does Pope Francis think that his Pontificate is about to come to an end? December 8, 2019 The appointment of Tagle as Prefect for Propaganda Fide is an important signal for many reasons. But most of all because it gives grounds to suppose that Pope Bergoglio believes the end of his pontificate is nigh. An intuition, obviously; nonetheless, justifiable, if you consider another decision taken - for no apparent reason - some weeks ago. We are referring here to the end of Fabiàn Pedacchio’s service as special Secretary to the Pontiff over the last six years; a...

Washington - An Infowars host interrupted the opening minutes of the House Judiciary Committee's impeachment hearing on Monday, accusing Chairman Jerry Nadler and other Democrats of committing "treason" while declaring President Trump innocent. The protester, Owen Shroyer, began shouting just seconds after Nadler gaveled in the hearing and posted live video of the interruption to his Twitter feed. "Jerry Nadler and the Democrat party are committing treason against this country, and you can kick me out, but he's the one committing crimes. You are, Jerry Nadler," Shroyer shouted. "You're the one committing treason. America is done with this."

Early climate models get a bad wrap for being imprecise, but new research suggests they were surprisingly accurate. Researchers at the University of California, Berkeley, Massachusetts Institute of Technology and NASA reviewed 17 climate models described in scientific papers over the last several decades. The earliest were developed in the 1970s, while the most recent were created in late 2000s. Of the 17 models, analysis showed 14 were very accurate in predicting the average global temperature in the years following their publication. "The real message is that the warming we have experienced is pretty much exactly what climate models predicted...

FULL TITLE: WTF? Marianne Williamson Tweets (And Quickly Deletes) President Trump Had Pardoned Charles Manson — He Didn’t ===================================================================== Here is reason 27,392,715 you should never trust leftist ‘news’ sources. If something seems a little crazy, check your sources before embarrassing yourself on social media. Marianne Williamson was a favorite of many on the Right because she was so very entertaining. She didn’t even TRY to hide the fact that she’s straight-up loopy. Putting it out there like that deserves a little bit of respect. It doesn’t make her any less LOOPY, though. And she gave us yet another reminder...

Americans remain shaky on the details of climate science even as they have grown increasingly concerned about human activity warming the Earth, according to a national poll by The Washington Post and the Kaiser Family Foundation (KFF) that probed the public’s understanding of climate change. The rising alarm is one of the poll’s most dramatic findings. In just five years, the percentage of people calling climate change a “crisis” has jumped from 23 percent to 38 percent. More than 3 in 4 U.S. adults and teenagers alike agree that humans are influencing the climate. The overwhelming majority of them said...

Sometimes the host of a beauty pageant can provide as much entertainment as the contestants. Even a perfectly timed eye roll can leave a mark. The 2019 Miss Universe pageant aired December 8 on Fox with Steve Harvey serving as the host. Ninety women from around the world participated. Unlike some other recent beauty pageants, though, this one was striking due to the lack of controversial remarks made by the women. Two questions and answers did raise an eyebrow, though during the segment with the final five contestants. Eventual pageant winner Miss South Africa, Zozibini Tunzi, was asked by Harvey...

New Jersey is getting hammered with 12 inches of snow with 200 schools shut down. Upstate New York expects to be hit with 2 feet of snow. Most of Michigan may soon be snowed under. North Carolina has winter storm warnings in effect. As does Arizona. In Southern California, Disneyland had to close early to beat a winter storm, and even a fire in Santa Barbara was doused with Thanksgiving snow. But California’s favorite daughter, Speaker Nancy Pelosi, jetted off to Spain to fight global warming. It was easier for her delegation, which included Democrats from New Jersey, Rhode Island,...

This might be a new one. A recent armed Toronto carjacking went wrong because the two young attempted thieves didn't know how to drive stick. The car in question was not an automatic drive, so they were left with no choice but to abandon ship. Toronto Police's news release says the incident occurred last month at York University. The armed assailants were actually both minors. They failed to steal the car itself because, well, they didn't know how. A 15-year-old and 17-year old boy are each facing multiple charges.

It is not uncommon for parents of young children to wonder whether and what they should tell their children about Santa Claus. For those who have received this tradition and doubt the propriety of passing it on, the most important question concerns whether telling children Santa Claus is real — i.e., the “Santa Claus Myth” (SCM) — is morally permissible. Is it not lying to tell children something patently false so they will believe it? One’s answer to this question cannot be separated from how one regards analogous situations of untruth. Is it permissible: 1) to lie to a Nazi?...

In refugee camps across the globe, there is an increased demand for adult diapers. Is this because of some fetish? No. It’s because the females in these camps know that to walk to the bathroom alone at night puts them at a dramatically increased risk of rape, and they would rather sit for hours in their own excrement than risk being violated. Amnesty International has called sex-exclusive toilets a human rights issue and the difference between whether many girls will be able to receive an education. These scenarios highlight a bleak reality that everyone already knows: Since the dawn of...

“Chairman Nadler has no choice but to postpone Monday’s hearing in the wake of a last-minute document transmission that shows just how far Democrats have gone to pervert basic fairness. . . . Democrats waited until after Speaker Pelosi announced that articles of impeachment were imminent and chose the eve of the Judiciary Committee’s impeachment hearing to share loads of documents that Chairman Schiff has had since this investigation began.” WASHINGTON — Rep. Doug Collins (R-Ga.), Ranking Member of the House Judiciary Committee, has demanded Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-N.Y.), Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, delay Monday’s hearing after Democrats on the...

Israel’s world-renown Shalva Band wowed the crowd at a top Israel-US conference, receiving a heartwarming introduction from President Donald Trump. Following the performance, the president hugged the band members as the crowd roared.

When speaking to Republicans casually about news and politics, the conversation eventually winds its way to President Trump. The dialogue is typically civil, unlike when trying to talk to hard left Democrats about politics, which is about as satisfying as having a root canal. These Republicans I speak of are the Bush-Romney wing of the party, faithful readers of the Wall Street Journal, and I’ll admit a group I was part of back when the last Bush was in the White House. I thought that was the best the Republican Party could do. It was certainly better than the alternatives...

Adam Schiff always seems to get a free pass from the media. Now he might finally face some real consequences however, and the media won’t be able to help him this time. Schiff has reportedly been exposing the phone records of his political foes and journalists, as well. The Daily Signal reports: Adam Schiff’s Release of Phone Records Invites Legal, Ethics Scrutiny House Intelligence Chairman Adam Schiff, D-Calif., faces ethics and legal hurdles for obtaining and exposing phone records of political enemies, knowledgeable observers say. Schiff may have violated the same rule he used to threaten House Republicans, said Tom...

At Planned Parenthood in Columbus, Ohio, another "waste" hauling company arrives to pick up six full trash cans of dead babies. The bodies of murdered human beings are thrown out like trash and incinerated. Abortionist Renee Chelian said, “We are one incinerator–one incinerator company–away from being closed.” This is the weak link of the abortion industry and we need to put pressure on all who enable abortion. Call Specific Waste Industries at 502-425-2770 and demand that they stop picking up the bodies for Planned Parenthood. ***VIDEO IS 3 MINUTES LONG***
