Sen. Elizabeth Warren’s (D-MA) campaign is under fire for allegedly misleading applicants of the campaign’s volunteer fellowship program, according to a report from the Daily Beast. Two Warren supporters who applied for the program described the process as both “deceptive” and “exploitative.” According to the Daily Beast: They said they were pushed toward unpaid positions over paid ones, misled over the availability of financial assistance, and asked to sign highly restrictive nondisclosure agreements that worker advocacy groups concede are irregular. Both applicants verified their accounts with emails and text messages from the Warren campaign. … Like other Democrats running for...

He’s insulted thousands of people, many different types of people. But when he tweets about infestation, it’s about black and brown people,” Victor Blackwell said. “The president says about Congressman Cummings’ district that no human would want to live there,” Blackwell continued. “You know who did, Mr. President? "Cumming (sic) District is a disgusting, rat and rodent infested mess," the president wrote, calling it "the worst run and most dangerous anywhere in the United States." "No human being would want to live there," he said --...

It is so sad to see @VictorBlackwell & @CNN turn the light currently shining on #WestBaltimore into a race issue. This could result in a positive change. @RepCummings could help get his district in order. Listen to one of his constituents explain the "rats & rodents" problem.

Seriously, folks, before we allow the democrats to railroad our president, shouldn't we demand to see some hard evidence that Russian collusion/conspiracy, etc, even happened? How about some hard evidence that Russian government meddling even occurred at all? Hillary said it did. Said our 'intelligence' agencies had the proof. Trump-hating Democrats Clapper and Brennan backed her up. Trump-hating democrat thugs in the FBI and CIA then helped Hillary and the DNC to fabricate foreign-spook-sourced stories and foreign 'intelligence' honey traps to entrap unsuspecting Trump campaign people, enough to fraudulently obtain surveillance warrants to spy on the Trump campaign and presidency....

Rancid, preposterous and hysterically over the top in ideas and execution, “once upon a time” perfectly describes writer-director Quentin Tarantino’s ninth film. Once Upon a Time…in Hollywood is indeed another hopped-up fairy tale like every other Tarantino epic. In everything from the ghastly Reservoir Dogs to the screwy Pulp Fiction to the vastly superior Inglourious Basterds, the Tarantino oeuvre follows the same pattern: disorganized scripts that fall all over the screen like scattered newspaper clippings from the days when we still had newspapers, an over-long mixed bag of wonderful performances and strung-together scenes badly in need of tighter editing, leading...

Hoping to reach African-American voters nationally in his bid for the Democratic presidential nomination, Sen. Bernie Sanders on Tuesday toured the West Baltimore neighborhood where Freddie Gray was arrested — and likened the poverty he observed to that of the Third World. The independent senator, who describes himself as a democratic socialist, walked the streets of Sandtown-Winchester for about 20 minutes, joined by community leaders and a swarm of cameras that mostly blocked his view of boarded rowhomes and crumbling marble steps. A handful of residents joined the spectacle, and occasionally broke out in chants of Gray's name.

I’m Not As Smart As I thought I Was We’ve all had events in which we came to a point where it was obvious to the most casual observer we were incorrect. At times even to the extent one might say “dumb ass wrong”, that being the kinder of what one may say. At some point we need to say, I’m not as smart as I thought I was and thank you for explaining to me. About now this link came to my attention that I liked better than what I was going to comment on. I Guess I’m NOT...

Has Malcolm Nance watched The Manchurian Candidate one time too many? The MSNBC regular has gone off the--very--deep end, propagating a scare-mongering theory literally envisioning the end of America as we know it. Nance told Joy Reid on her MSNBC show today nothing less than that "this could be the last free and fair election in American history." Why? Because a foreign "cabal," composed of some dread farrago of North Korea, China, and Russia, will manipulate the results. Get the rest of the story and view the video here.

Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D–Hawaii) took a cue from conservative conspiracists Thursday, when the congresswoman and Democratic presidential hopeful sued Google for $50 million and accused the company of violating her right to free speech. The suit, filed in a federal court in Los Angeles, argues that Google infringed on the First Amendment when it suspended her campaign advertising site for six hours, briefly impeding her ability to raise money right after a well-received debate performance. Many people on the right have recently made social media companies Public Enemy No. 1, claiming that they discriminate against conservative points of view. Ironically,...

Various sci-fi authors are facing page deletions on Wikipedia after various Left-wing editors nominated the pages for deletion on the grounds of the authors not being notable, or for their fanbase being “bigoted”, and “racist”, and filled with “hatred”. There’s currently a battleground on the author pages of Wikipedia where certain editors are attempting to erase an internet checkpoint for the authors due to disliking what little they’ve gleaned of their politics.
