Bruce Ohr was originally demoted in December 2017 stripping away his title of associate deputy attorney general based on what DOJ officials said were “undisclosed contacts” with FBI informant Christopher Steele. On 26 November 2018, a young Canadian mother and her 10-month-old child were killed by an adult male grizzly bear. It was a horrific tragedy. Two sides quickly emerged in the discussion that followed. One side suggested that the woman “got what she deserved” because she and her partner were trappers. The other side suggested she could have been saved if she had a gun to use for protection. Lost in the push from these sides were the suffering of the father, the young couple's friends, and the Yukon community they were part of. The coroner's report has now been...

"Allsop suggested the site needed to take educational context into account rather than rely on automated processes: “I fully support YouTube’s increased efforts to curb hate speech, but also feel that silencing the very people who seek to teach about its dangers could be counter-productive to YouTube’s intended goal.”

But after doing some research and talking to experts, the 52-year-old antique collector may have made the purchase of a lifetime – an original work by Pablo Picasso. Stapleton said that he spent 230 British pounds ($293), even though he believed to be fake because he "loved the picture," SWNS reports. Acting on a whim, Stapleton took it Brighton and Hove Auction House, where he received the...

The closing of the final inspector general investigation into the Russia collusion investigation promises to open the flood gates for previously undisclosed information and indictments. The forthcoming report from the Office of Inspector General on potential Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act abuse will finally unleash Attorney General William Barr, and when it does, watch out. For the last month, conservative pundits have predicted the ever-imminent dropping of Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s report on his investigation into the circumstances surrounding FISA surveillance of former Trump campaign advisor Carter Page. Horowitz’s report will likely provide new and damaging details surrounding the FBI’s use...

Investigators discovered the vehicle was reported stolen in Sarasota. Mehne had allegedly been driving the Audi when he crashed it into a guardrail. He then tried to hop on the back...

RUSH: Sound bite number 1 is a montage of the media unable to go the full day yesterday without ripping Trump. You know, they praised his great speech at Normandy, but then he did the interview with Laura Ingraham and started calling Pelosi insane and a lunatic with the cemetery in the background, and they’re just outraged. We’ll go ahead and play it. This is the Drive-By Media criticizing Trump for ripping Pelosi and Mueller with the Normandy cemetery as the backdrop. AMANDA CARPENTER: You look at the shot (dramatic pause) and what I see, just as an American, is...

Planned Parenthood frequently purports to be about "choice," but only if the choice involves abortion. Although in 2018, just 0.03% of their services included adoption referrals (and even this must be questioned, as the corporation's idea of "adoption referrals" is highly suspect), the abortion giant is frequently the recipient of lavish media and corporate support, while truly pro-life efforts like adoption get overlooked. Fast-food chain Wendy's and its partner, the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption, has at its heart the interests of the children who are frequently trotted out as "reasons to abort" — those who are in foster care...

President Trump blasted Nancy Pelosi anew on Friday for reportedly telling colleagues she wants to see him sent to prison, this time calling the House speaker a “disgrace” to her family. “Nervous Nancy Pelosi is a disgrace to herself and her family for having made such a disgusting statement, especially since I was with foreign leaders overseas. There is no evidence for such a thing to have been said,” Trump tweeted Friday. “Nervous Nancy & Dems are getting Zero work done in Congress and have no intention of doing anything other than going on a fishing expedition to see if...

Demonetization is when the platform deems you too controversial to be a money partner with them for their ad clicks. A harmless Australian channel with nature sounds and relaxation music was demonetized by YouTube during the purge of "hate speech" channels in the wake of the Steven Crowder/Vox.com battle. This is not a political channel but it somehow has been tossed into the battle. YouTube revenue is their lone source of income (granted, not the wisest choice but if you live out in remote Australia, you might have few ways to make a buck).

In 2019, the FBI released its four-decade-old file on a Bigfoot inquiry. Legends of large, ape-like beasts can be found all over the world. Since the 1950s, the United States’ version of this has been “Bigfoot.” And since 1976, the FBI has had a file on him. That year, Director Peter Byrne of the Bigfoot Information Center and Exhibition in The Dalles, Oregon, sent the FBI “about 15 hairs attached to a tiny piece of skin.” Byrne wrote that his organization couldn’t identify what kind of animal it came from, and was hoping the FBI might analyze it. He also...

he Trump administration is rejecting requests from U.S. embassies to fly the rainbow pride flag on embassy flagpoles during June, LGBT Pride Month, three American diplomats tell NBC News. The U.S. embassies in Israel, Germany, Brazil and Latvia are among those that have requested permission from Trump's State Department to fly the pride flag on their flagpoles and have been denied, diplomats said. Although the pride flag can and is being flown elsewhere on embassy grounds, including inside embassies and on exterior walls, the decision not to allow it on the official flagpole stands in contrast to President Donald Trump's...

Hey Freepers, I have Breaking News on the left and Front Page News on the right. Feel like I'm not getting the most our of my account settings. Interested in how you all do it. Maybe a...

[Catholic Caucus] Pope Francis Forgets Did Pope Francis know? Was he told, five years before the world found out, that the powerful Cardinal McCarrick was a serial sexual abuser? The diplomat who claims to have informed the pope, Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò, names two dates on which he raised the matter with Francis: June 23 and October 10, 2013. But the Holy Father, in a new interview with Valentina Alazraki, says he simply can’t remember. “When [Viganò] says he spoke to me that day, he came ... I do not remember if he told me about this. If it is true or...
