'He used his badge to rape': Texas deputy is charged with raping two women while in UNIFORM as cops urge 'more of victims he exposed himself to and sexually assaulted' to come forward
Prosecutors say Richard Cornejo, 37, targeted a woman sleeping in a vehicle outside Palacios Latino Night Club in July 2018 while he was on patrol duty. He found a small amount of marijuana in the woman's car, offered to follow her home then allegedly assaulted her. Cops received a complaint last July that Cornejo had sexually assaulted someone that May and it led to the discovery of a second alleged victim. Cornejo was fired in November and was finally arrested and charged Thursday.
Police reports allege Cornejo exposed himself to Palacios punters. Police chief claimed Cornejo would wait in the parking lot, stop women on traffic violations and either direct them somewhere else or follow them home. Cornejo faces 20 years in prison for rapes and one year for official oppression

Houston cop, under that gun-grabbing former LA chief, now Houston chief. Corruption continues in HPD.

They can just leave him in prison as far as I am concerned.
This crime and the fact it was under the color of authority, really rubs me the wrong way.

It’s not funny, not at all.
Castration is the answer.
Make him a eunuch.

This case concerns a Harris County Deputy Constable, employed by the Harris County Sheriff's Office. Not HPD.
Merely clarifying the situation here.
