I am a highly motivated Trump voter because the Democrats have motivated me up to my eyeballs. I have never been more motivated in my life, because the Democrats are terrifying me. t’s a damn shame I have to wait another 20 months to vote for President Trump. I wish I could do it now. Twice. Or better yet, in as many jurisdictions as I can. Preferably in every swing district and every swing state. Yeah, yeah, I know — sadly, I can’t. It’s been a hell of a ride these past couple of years, and I sure hope it...

SANTA FE — Complex legislation that would push New Mexico toward carbon-free energy generation over the next 25 years won approval in the House on Tuesday — sending the bill to Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham in the final days of the session. The proposal, Senate Bill 489, would authorize the use of bonds for Public Service Company of New Mexico to pay for costs associated with closing a coal-fired power plant in the Four Corners area. It would also phase in requirements for PNM and other public utilities to shift to carbon-free energy generation by 2045. They would have to...

Apparently getting arrested is the cool thing to do. CBS's Late Late Show host James Corden on Tuesday interviewed actress Piper Perabo and prompted the Coyote Ugly star to brag about protesting Brett Kavanaugh. After gushing about how “exciting” it was, Perabo proclaimed, “I feel that this president is an unindicted co-conspirator in a felony investigation and he shouldn't be allowed to appoint justices until that matter is cleared up. You shouldn't be allowed to pick your own judges.” Corden uncritically responded, “Sure. Absolutely.” The host made the whole thing sound thrilling, cheering, “It does sound exciting.” Perabo enthused, “It...

Cardinals are spending loads of Catholic cash instead of embracing the long arms of justice. Last September, New York's Cdl. Timothy Dolan hired Barbara Jones, a former federal judge, to conduct an independent investigation into how the archdiocese handled allegations of sex abuse. At $750 per hour — what Jones typically charges — the archdiocese has already shelled out around half a million dollars — all for naught, as Church Militant reported that Dolan is ignoring Jones' recommendations to remove several predator priests from active ministry. Dolan has also wasted untold funds in obstructing justice which demands that the relatives...

Loughlin and her husband Mossimo Giannulli allegedly paid to have their two daughters labeled as USC crew team recruits, even though neither of them are rowers. Olivia has since come under...

“‘Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God’” (Matthew 5:9). The apostle tells us that “God has called us to peace” (1 Cor. 7:15), that He “reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation” (2 Cor. 5:18). The ministry of reconciliation is peacemaking. Those whom God has called to peace He also calls to make peace. Today and tomorrow we’re going to look at four things that characterize a peacemaker. First, he is one who has made peace with God. Before we came to Christ, God was at war with us....

Clergy sex abuse of children has rocked the Catholic Church not only in terms of trust and reputation, but also financially, to the tune of more than $3 billion, according to National Public Radio. The multibillion-dollar expense has gone to settlements in response to lawsuits filed by people abused by clergy, reports NPR. Nearly 20 Catholic dioceses and religious orders have filed for bankruptcy because of the scandals. An attorney whose firm represented abuse victims said that the money the church has paid because of the crisis is part of justice for those who suffered, though it hardly compensates for...

Theodore McCarrick has had longtime ties to Pope Francis stretching back decades, with both involved in a controversial seminary in Argentina. Evidence reveals McCarrick took multiple trips to Argentina, and a reliable source confirms that on at least one of those trips McCarrick personally visited Bergoglio in the apostolic nunciature. Public reports reveal that decades ago, McCarrick became heavily involved with the Institute of the Incarnate Word (IVE), founded in Argentina by Fr. Carlos Miguel Buela, a now known homosexual predator who, like McCarrick, sexually assaulted seminarians under his authority. The Vatican confirmed in 2016 that Buela had been credibly...

SUNLAND PARK – They call themselves Patriots of the Constitution, New Mexico Ops and come from different corners of New Mexico to guard the border. Mostly, they kill time. One recent morning, John Horton, national commander for the group, stepped out of his trailer and greeted an approaching Border Patrol agent. “Last night was really quiet,” Horton tells Border Patrol Agent Joe Romero. But Horton warns that several “caravans” are on the way and will cross where he and his men are camped out near the border in the rugged desert terrain near Sunland Park. “We’re always armed. The Democratic chairman of the House Oversight Committee said Wednesday that he will not attempt to punish Michael Cohen for misleading the committee last month when he claimed he’d never asked President Trump for a pardon. Rep. Elijah Cummings said Cohen, Mr. Trump’s former personal lawyer, has since clarified through his own lawyer that his testimony “could have been clearer.” Cohen now says he was only referring to a specific period of time in his testimony, according to a letter from his lawyer. The Maryland Democrat said that was good enough to get Cohen off the hook. He could have...

It’s no secret that the top ranks of the Democrat 2020 field have a #MeToo problem. Joe Biden is a walking #MeToo outrage. And one of his presidential campaign leftovers was recently dumped by Schumer’s office for “inappropriate encounters”. Bernie Sanders once wrote, "A woman enjoys intercourse with her man as she fantasizes being raped by 3 men simultaneously." His campaign was a swamp of sexism, sexual harassment and inappropriate behavior by staffers and political allies. And Beto O’Rourke’s former political outreach director has been accused of rape. That kind of behavior inspires Democrat activists to insist that we need...
