HOUSTON (KTRK) -- An off-duty reserve deputy from Louisiana shot and wounded a suspected robber in north Houston overnight. (snip) Authorities say the deputy pulled out his gun and shot the robber in the neck. His condition is unknown at this time. The deputy and his brother left the scene and called 911. Investigators are not sure if the robbery was a setup.

Senior military officials are leaning towards removing the National Security Agency director’s authority over U.S. Cyber Command, according to a former high-ranking administration official familiar with internal discussions.
