Mitch McConnell Embraces the Anti-Rush Limbaugh Playbook
Red State ^ | November 4, 2013 | Erick Erickson

Posted on 11/04/2013 4:16:37 AM PST by Timber Rattler

For the last year, the left has engaged in an organized campaign to drive Rush Limbaugh off the air. Knowing they cannot go after Rush Limbaugh directly, the left has launched repeated boycotts against any advertisers who dare advertise while Rush Limbaugh is on. Consequently, some advertisers decided to stop advertising at all on political talk radio, depriving the genre as a whole of resources.

And it still hasn’t hurt Rush Limbaugh.

Mitch McConnell has decided to embrace the same strategy in his war against the Senate Conservatives Fund. He can’t attack the Jim DeMint created Senate Conservatives Fund outright, so instead he will launch an all out war against anyone who does business with the Senate Conservatives Fund.

What an ugly man McConnell is. Obviously, he considers himself as nothing apart from his political life. Surely KY can find someone of character to take his Senate seat.

Mitch, Mitch, Mitch...

All these tactics do is increase the desire and determination of your opponents in the electorate to vote your aging carcass out of the Senate.

He must know that the SCF-backed Matt Bevins, who is challenging him for his seat, must show him to be a viable threat to his job security.

Matt Bevin couldn't write a better campaign script. This is the NEW GOP (Cruz/DeMint) vs. the OLD (Mitch gOpE). Bevin is on the right side ...

Mitch is a perfect example of the corrupting influence of incumbency. Pat Toomey, Marco Rubio, and Paul Ryan, are recent examples.

GOP dirty laundry needs to be tossed out. Starting with McConnell.

Yeah, you would think. These old dogs in the senate (and House). Have become way too comfortable. And, their sense of entitlement would gag a maggot. Hopefully, these parasites can be turned out to pasture when they come up for reelection. Won’t be easy but we’ve gotta try.

If only this mumbling, gutless dumba$$ would fight against the liberal scum of the Demonic Party they way he does against conservative constituents.

"McConnell would rather rule in Hell than serve in Heaven. He’d rather be minority leader, than have a Republican Senate majority without him."

Well put

I see Miss Lindsey differently. I see him as a plant—a leftist masquerading as a conservative from day one. Graham has ALWAYS been a liberal pretending to be a conservative and he has been placed there by the LEFT to pollute the representation of a conservative state. Once in, it’s tough to get rid of any of them.

TERM LIMITS—and Article V.

Good luck with that strategy, McConnell. I’m sure it’ll work out for you.

McConnell looks and acts like an old maid schoolteacher out of the archaic past.

His brain has been fried from serving himself, not his state of country, at the central socialist government buffet.

Ahhh....

If only the mumbling, gutless, sanctimonous, self-annointed “TRUE” conservarives would stop taking their marching orders from articles published in the New York Times and from George Soros financed “fifth-column foundations” and fight against the liberal scum of the Demonic Party. FOR A CHANGE!

Let’s see now...

Just WHO would want to dilute, divert and distract the efforts of patriot conservatives to replace 6 or more VULNERABLE Democrat senators in 2014 and THEREBY, prevent Republicans from gaining the majority in the Senate that would:

(1) only “consent” to the appointment of judges who are family-friendly and who also oppose creeping “Federalism”.

(2) actually conduct credible “impeachment” trials for miscreants like Holder, Lerner and Sibellius.

(3) actually cut waste (i.e.: vote-buying) in our so-called “social services” programs

(4) rein in out-of-control government “agencies” that act like little “dukedoms”.

(5) and restore US military strength before Obama’s naive blunders put America into a new, possibly nuclear, war.

Yes, WHO would want to dilute, divert and distract the efforts of patriot conservatives in 2014?

Obama... Soros... Putin... Amadinejad... Reid... Pelosi... Clinton... Sulzberger... Cher...

Et tu, Brute?
