Dana Jermaine Shepherd, 52, is charged with two counts of murder and one count of rape in connection with the 1993 death of Carmen Hope Van Huss. Five swimmers in Indiana were electrocuted in what police described as a "freak accident" in a swimming pool Sunday afternoon. A nurse at the jail is accused of trying to smuggle cocaine and marijuana inside a frozen bowl of lasagna.
