Seems like these charges are being slowly released for public outrage control.
A Georgia judge on Thursday dismissed two criminal counts in the United States’ 2020 election interference case against Donald Trump and one other count against allies of the Republican presidential candidate.
Fulton county judge Scott McAfee found that state prosecutors did not have the authority to bring those charges, which related to the alleged filing of false documents in federal court.
McAfee allowed the remainder of the case to move forward, including eight charges against Trump. Trump and 14 co-defendants have pleaded not guilty to racketeering and other charges stemming from what prosecutors allege was a scheme to overturn Trump’s narrow defeat in Georgia in the 2020 election.

Unconstitutional. Free speech.
Interfering with their interference is a crime somehow?
Air out all the laundry and see what shakes out.
It has yet to be done. They think that they can bypass their misdeeds and go after those questioning it.
A reckoning is required, messing with the wrong ones.
You mean to maximize the outrage of clueless “undecided” voters, I assume.
The impact of an “October Surprise” is far less than it used to be, what with so much unfettered early/absentee voting going on.
So the puppetmasters have to use their control of the legal apparatus (”lawfare”) and their thorough control of the media to get new Trump-hating adverse developments out sooner these days.
And they must do so constantly, because idiots forget things if they aren’t reinforced 24/7. Which of course is the #1 job of the liberal media.

The judges and prosecutors and DAs, have to keep a semblance of misdeeds by Trump and associates, so, they won’t dismiss all parts of the case, because doing so would mean that they actually had no case to begin with. That would mean huge embarrassments for all of them and for the U.S. Justice department, which was/is behind all of these sham cases.

So aren’t the lawyers guilty of filing false documents with a court?
I'm always suspect of racketeering charges against anybody. IMHO "racketeering" is so vaguely defined that just about anybody can be guilty of it.
Oh, Scott McAfee. I remember that guy, the one who donated to Fani Willis’ campaign.
Total of 9 counts have now been removed. 32 counts remain.
Thanks. But I don’t really care what the charges were or are. It’s all BS.
I replied to the poster, not you.
I figured as much. Just telling the lamp post and whomever else it may concern that I’m not reading it, but thanks for making it available.
Everything against Trump goes bye bye as soon as he’s no longer a threat to them... Or he’s elected president.
yep, I know it’s nonsense, but original post had nothing, so I looked for more, and was surprised to come across the actual court document that soon.
Well, thanks. Facts and documents are like six guns in the wild west. You don’t want to take them out, but you need to have them handy.
