Yes, the video is clearly fake.
Why? Because the left took a legitimate video and edited it to make it LOOK like a bad green screen attempt then push it right out in front of us knowing some on the right would scream about another fake video while posting it everywhere.
Anyone who thinks this is a video that was legitimately put out by the news media is very very short sighted, you are playing right into their hands. They will use this as another example of how the right only see conspiracies.

You can/could convince me this is waste of time.

Look at the 5 second mark in the second vid. I think they touched both videos. It’s weird.
1. It was prepared by the White House and released to the media.
2. Why the need to splice different camera angles and views into a single clip before doing this?
3. It shows a bunch of microphones pointed at Biden as he is speaking. If there were multiple reporters there, then why didn't each media outlet release their own version of this interaction?
4. Can you identify any of the media people in these clips, or could they easily be just Biden staff members playing the role of reporters for the sake of a TV production?
If you're asking me what this is all about, I'd say the most likely scenario is this: With all the growing coverage of how Biden's handlers have gone out of his way to avoid having him deal with the media in unscripted scenarios, they simply wanted to make an innocuous event like a helicopter departure seem like "live" media coverage.

There have been other deep digs that exposed hoaxes in the media.

But why would somebody feel the need to digitally add the microphones to the video? They add zero information and do not enhance value or credibility.

Asking me to speculate about exactly how is a cheap substitute for demonstrating why it could not have been. I could certainly imagine ways that it could be done, can you not?

Why are you attacking me? I was criticizing someone who wrote all of this off as mental incompetence. I said “SOMETHING weird as hell is going on” and them noted that “kooks” blow up weirdness into wild theories, but “I’m not seeing any of that.”
Then I specifically went on to point out real conspiracies (”Good Heavens, we had a real attempted coup followed by a conspiracy to steal an election aided and abetted by Chinese-compromised REPUBLICAN elected officials”) that were so profound that “I’m going easy on conspiracy folks.”
Ask yourself why Biden so rarely appears in public.
