Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Tuesday made an unannounced visit to Bakhmut, a city in eastern Ukraine that has experienced intense Russian shelling for weeks. Zelensky’s office said the president visited with soldiers fighting to defend the city and presented them with awards. “The president listened to the commander’s report on the operational situation, logistical support and proposals for further actions,” Zelensky’s office said. “While in the area of hostilities, Volodymyr Zelensky thanked the Ukrainian warriors for their courage, resilience and strength, which they demonstrate while repelling enemy attacks.” Russia has attempted for weeks to take Bakhmut, which could allow...

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Tuesday made an unexpected visit to troops defending Bakhmut, currently the site of some of the bloodiest fighting in the war, as his forces try to hold off a desperate Russian assault on the city in the eastern Donetsk region. Zelensky’s trip, which was confirmed by his office on his Facebook page, highlighted the carnage in Bakhmut, where Russian forces, including mercenaries, have been pushing for months to claim a battlefield victory after a string of defeats and retreats in the south and east of Ukraine. It was not immediately clear where in Bakhmut the...

Very short video. Whoops is right.

Ukraine’s president, Volodymyr Zelenskiy, has called urgently for “meaningful and fair” peace talks over Russia’s invasion amid further attacks, including a claim by Moscow that it had used a hypersonic missile for the first time, hitting a depot in the west of the country. In a video address early on Saturday, Zelenskiy said: “It’s time to meet. Time to talk. It is time to restore territorial integrity and justice for Ukraine. Otherwise Russia’s losses will be so huge that several generations will not be enough to rebound.”“The war must end,” he added. “Ukraine’s proposals are on the table.”

[See UPDATE, below.] Almost two months into the Biden administration, it's an open secret that Joe Biden won't take spontaneous questions from the press. That's why it was peculiar on Wednesday for a clip suddenly to appear purportedly showing Joe answering questions from random reporters somewhere in America. What was even more peculiar was that Joe's hands magically passed through the microphones. In other words, the weird hand illusion (combined with other oddities) in the video suggests that the White House is disseminating fake videos to make it look as if Joe is talking spontaneously to the media. At first...

On March 16, President Joe Biden was walking to an awaiting helicopter on the White House grounds when he stopped briefly to talk to a group of reporters, some holding boom mics. "Do you have any plans to travel to the southern border?" a reporter asked. "Not at the moment," Biden said. He answers another question about COVID-19 vaccines and then walks on. The moment is unremarkable, unless you’ve been misled to believe the whole thing is a fraud — that the interview was fake and the president was acting in front of a green screen. A YouTube video that...

Since January 20th, we’ve known the Biden “presidency” has been completely faked, but we haven’t had smoking gun proof of the fakery… until now. A video, posted by Bloomberg’s Quicktake video channel and covered by InfoWars, appears to show Joe Biden walking toward a group of reporters and telling them he has no plans to visit the border. But the video reveals an obvious video layer compositing error when the hands of the virtual Joe Biden appear in front of microphones which are supposed to be in the foreground of the frame.

Video footage of President Joe Biden meeting with reporters on Tuesday as he left the White House for a visit to Chester, Pennsylvania sparked a conspiracy theory, and people called Biden a green screen President. You have to wonder after you see the video from outside The White House on Tuesday as Biden prepares to board Marine One. Now, normally people focus on the crazy stuff that comes out of the mouth of President Joe Biden. But today everyone is focusing on his hands. Before Biden made his way towards Marine One on the South Lawn lawn en route to...

Before he got on a helicopter yesterday, Joe Biden was asked if he would be going to the border himself at any point to see the problems that are going on there. In the video below, a reporter asks, “Do you have any plans to travel to the southern border?” Biden says, “Not at the moment.” He says one more thing and then walks toward his plane. But what sparked a lot of comment on social media and why the video has over a million views isn’t so much that, although once again it suggests the border isn’t a priority...

Watch Biden’s hands clip over the microphones; why does he need a green screen to not answer two questions? (Video)

Reporter: "Do you have any plans to travel to the southern border?" President Biden: "Not at the moment."

There is something odd about this video. Biden comes out of the White House alone. He walks up to the media but they are kept out of frame. At exactly the 1 min mark, look at the furry microphone on the left very carefully. You can see Bidens' hand is superimposed over the microphone. As he walks away, there's a quick cut keeping the media out of frame. Biden hits the road to push COVID relief package

New White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders was taught a valuable fashion lesson this week: That green should never be seen... at least on TV. Wearing a solid green garment acts like a green screen on television ― and invites people to superimpose all kinds of images over you. And that is exactly what BuzzFeed editor Jesse McLaren did Thursday night:

The White House has been accused of digitally adjusting President Barack Obama's weekly address to the nation to give the impression he was sitting in front of a car assembly line in Detroit. Experts in video effects said Mr Obama's talk on boosting employment had actually been recorded in front of a neutral "green screen" and the factory background filled in later. They said the edges around the president's head and shoulders were too sharp. "The shot is obviously a composite and a 'weatherman quality' one," one professional in the field told BigGovernment website.
