On March 16, President Joe Biden was walking to an awaiting helicopter on the White House grounds when he stopped briefly to talk to a group of reporters, some holding boom mics.
"Do you have any plans to travel to the southern border?" a reporter asked.
"Not at the moment," Biden said. He answers another question about COVID-19 vaccines and then walks on.
The moment is unremarkable, unless you’ve been misled to believe the whole thing is a fraud — that the interview was fake and the president was acting in front of a green screen.
A YouTube video that has been viewed more than half a million times is among the many social media posts to spread this false claim.
Titled "Biden fakes interview, green screen fails," the post alleges that "the reporters were not there" because of how Biden’s hands appear in relation to the microphones.
This post was flagged as part of Facebook’s efforts to combat false news and misinformation on its News Feed.
The YouTube video uses two clips of Biden talking to reporters. One clip is from The Hill and the other is from the Washington Post.
Around the 9-second mark in The Hill’s video, Biden’s hands appear to move in front of the microphones as if they weren’t there. There’s no denying that it looks strange. But it doesn’t prove he’s talking in front of a green screen.
Steve Herman, a Voice of America reporter who was holding one of the microphones, tweeted about the rumors on March 17.
"I was the one holding the lighter-colored fuzzy microphone and thus literally in front of @POTUS on the South Lawn," Herman wrote. "It’s all real."

It looked fake to me.
It’s faked and there’s not even any saying that biden actually SAID anything.
He had that mask on and nobody can prove he said a blasted word.

Well, gosh, if Facebook censored all the videos and comments, surely that PROVES that people didn’t see what they saw!!
We now all know Joe Biden is Fake.
Well if more than the puppet press was actually present then we would know the truth. If some press like say RSBN had been there and recorded then we would all believe whatever we saw.
It is the fact that all these press events are rigged. That is why we can’t believe anything that we see.
They aren’t even trying anymore. You’d think they would watch their production before releasing it, and realize nobody’s stupid enough to believe it, but no, they think everybody’s that stupid.

Fraudulent president, fraudulent interview.
Even without the apparent green screen, this video seems very staged.
Biden walks alone toward the camera with no one in the background. One reporter asks both questions. The other reporters are totally silent. Biden gives simplistic answers that were likely rehearsed or prerecorded. Then as Biden walks away, all the reporters yell questions over each unintelligibly, like canned noise for atmosphere.
For all we know, Biden is in a coma.
A couple of problems with the video. Overall they have a washed out cloudy day. Generally for fooling with video that is a good thing - even diffuse lighting, no need to worry about getting shadows right. Now, maybe the boom mics were below his hands, maybe not. That’s one issue. The outline of his right cuff over the mic sure looks artificially hard. The shadows from the wrinkles in his shirt near the tie seem harder, more distinct than any on his face. The shirt shadows from a fairly decent source above and to his right. But the left side of his face is nearly evenly lit compared to the right. Almost like there were reflective panels or filler lights in use where ever he was.
It was in front of a green screen. This twink Ciara is a liar. If it smells like poop, it probably is poop.
They are trying. Very hard.
To make more mistakes. The fuzzy mic thing is just a progression in the obviousness. They are good guys, directing this show.
We are all, you and I, Truman's in a Truman Show (see movie!). The only thing that distinguishes us are our individual levels of awareness, as in what part of the Truman Show - beginning middle or end we are at.
BidEn is long gone from the scene. It's all BidAn now. An actor. It's a script. It's an act. BidAn is an extremely talented actor, much younger than BidEn was, agile, nimble, strong, leaps stairs onto Marine 1 two at a time, is very good at acting senile... AND, extremely great at seemingly being more mistake prone as each day unfolds.
Funny that they never fact checked any of the lies about President Trump. Oh I forgot, they were the ones making up the lies.

Well, I am eagerly awaiting the part when Truman gets in his little sailboat to sail to the end of the world and ends up bumping into the wall and climbing the stairs to the little exit door.
