There is something odd about this video.
Biden comes out of the White House alone. He walks up to the media but they are kept out of frame.
At exactly the 1 min mark, look at the furry microphone on the left very carefully. You can see Bidens' hand is superimposed over the microphone. As he walks away, there's a quick cut keeping the media out of frame.

His walk appears to be contrived as well as his hand gestures were out of synch ... like ... he knew at what point to wave or salute, but he seemed like he was a novice actor trying to follow stage commands

Why do they make the old guy walk a quarter mile just to reach his podium? Most presidents are inside, and are seen walking down a long red carpeted corridor.
They have Biden walking over hill and dale, behind gigantic “redwood’ trees even.
The Tom Cruise deep fakes were well done. This is grotesquely amateurish.
Also Harris spoke with French leaders saying “MY” administration” on the phone...and using often the words the Biden/Harris Administration which foreign reporters etc. have spotted saying nobody calls their Presidency's with both the Pres. and VP once they're in office.
Don't underestimate the foreign press....they see the hand writing on the wall clearly
There are a lot of artifacts with encoded video, like the top of people’s heads disappearing, or their hair growing and shrinking, but the weird thing here is that if that microphone is really behind is arm, it’s a similar size to his head.
