Upon admission to a once-trusted hospital, American patients with COVID-19 become virtual prisoners, subjected to a rigid treatment protocol with roots in Ezekiel Emanuel’s “Complete Lives System” for rationing medical care in those over age 50. They have a shockingly high mortality rate. How and why is this happening, and what can be done about it?As exposed in audio recordings, hospital executives in Arizona admitted meeting several times a week to lower standards of care, with coordinated restrictions on visitation rights. Most COVID-19 patients’ families are deliberately kept in the dark about what is really being done to their loved...

Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel issued an apology after claiming that unvaxxed children are at risk of contracting a "serious condition" from the omicron variant of the coronavirus during an MSNBC interview Wednesday. "With the omicron variant, kids are either going to get the vaccine or they’re likely to get a serious condition of omicron," Emanuel said on "Andrea Mitchell Reports." "Having omicron with the vaccine is almost invariably going to be better and safer for children. I am confused about parents' attitudes. Five and above seems like a no-brainer. Two to five, I understand some hesitancy. Two and under with the...

At first, I thought some sanity would come from this regarding COVID. It’s here to stay, folks. The state of emergency must end because the virus is not going to be shut down. We all know that, and we should have guessed this would be the case. Joe Biden made a pledge to shut down the virus and his track record on keeping his promise has been a pile of hot garbage. Everyone is going to get COVID at some point in their lives now. It will be treated like the common cold and the flu every year, which is...

Sooner or later COVID will wane and probably become endemic — that is, part of life, like the flu. And with that, the newfound power of public-health technocrats would wane. They know this, and it does not make them happy. So, advocacy has commenced to establish a “new normal” — gosh, I hate that term — that would not restore society simply to a state of accepting respiratory illness as a part of life, but rather, keep us continually obsessed with the presence and prevention of illness. Toward this end, bioethicist Ezekiel Emanuel and two co-authors wrote three advocacy columns...

The Fauci Emails His exchanges with Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel reflect the high stakes. Emanuel, an oncologist, bioethicist, and vice provost of the University of Pennsylvania, sent Fauci an email on Feb. 25, 2020, asking for an updated assessment of the virus and noting that he was having a “hard time seeing this as serious as everyone else.” “Am I blind? Yes very transmissible but low mortality like flu in many ways – the elderly, those with comorbidities, and total impact is likely to be less than flu,” Emanuel wrote. Later, in April, Emanuel sent Fauci an email saying he was...

The next coronavirus surge seems to be underway... The causes of this pronounced rush of cases — the spread of a more infectious B.1.1.7 variant and lockdown fatigue — are not going away. We need to sharply reduce coronavirus infections to turn the tide and quell the pandemic. The best hope is to maximize the number of people vaccinated, especially among those who interact with many others and are likely to transmit the virus. How can we increase vaccinations? Mandates.Vaccines should be required for health care workers and for all students who plan to attend in-person classes this fall —...

Ever the autocrat, Obamacare architect and Biden health-care adviser Ezekiel Emanuel has co-authored a call in the New York Times for vaccine mandates. From, “These People Should Be Required to Get Vaccinated:”We need to sharply reduce coronavirus infections to turn the tide and quell the pandemic. The best hope is to maximize the number of people vaccinated, especially among those who interact with many others and are likely to transmit the virus. How can we increase vaccinations? Dr. Zeke Emanuel, one of the 10 advisory board members appointed to Joe Biden’s coronavirus task force on Monday, once argued in an article that life is not worth living after 75.The declaration, made in a 2014 Atlantic essay titled 'Why I Hope to Die at 75', could raise some awkward questions, considering the fact the president-elect is 77, and that Emanuel is now entrusted with protecting the nation's elderly from COVID-19.The oncologist, 63, wrote at the time that he believed by 75, ‘creativity, originality and productivity are pretty much gone for the vast, vast majority of us.’

Denying medical services to the elderly is one way to keep costs down. Maimonides, the great 12th century codifier of Jewish law, said: “The good doctors will go to hell first,” because skilled physicians will be tempted to play God. Enter Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel, a member of Biden’s recently-announced Coronavirus Advisory Committee. The architect of Obamacare, and brother of former White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel, is one scary dude. Kindly, Old Doc Emanuel is an advocate of health care rationing for the elderly. In a 2014 article for The Atlantic, “Why I hope to Die at 75,”...

New York Governor and nursing home serial killer Andrew Cuomo’s recent interview by George Stephanopoulos on Disney/ABC’s Good Morning America proved an oft-repeated statement by Sean Hannity: Fox News host Sean Hannity on Wednesday night put the “leftist media” in its place, saying that if President Donald Trump “could actually cure cancer,” the “media still wouldn’t be happy.” The news that thanks to President Trump’s Operation Warp Speed, drugmaker Pfizer has a vaccine that is 90 percent effective against COVID-19 and is ready to roll thanks to $2 billion from and a distribution infrastructure built by the Trump administration, did...

Bioethicist Dr. Zeke Emanuel is predicting that up to 250,000 Americans could die directly from the coronavirus by the end of the year. In an interview with CBS News chief Washington correspondent Major Garrett, Emanuel, who is the vice provost for Global Initiatives and chair of the Department of Medical Ethics and Health Policy at the University of Pennsylvania, slammed the Trump administration's response to the pandemic as "incompetent and pretty disastrous." "Before the year is out, we'll probably have, I would think, between 220,000 and 250,000 Americans who died directly from COVID, not to mention those people who are...

Does Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel believe Joe Biden would be better off dead? That would be a peculiar position for Biden's chief adviser on medical issues and a member of the candidate's Public Health Advisory Committee to take. But if we accept the reasoning behind Emanuel's infamous 2014 essay, Biden is nothing more than a resource-sucking shell of himself who should stop trying to prolong his life. I suspect that if one of Trump's advisers on coronavirus had once taken to the august pages of The Atlantic to reason that men who reach the age of 75 are useless to society,...

On his Fox News show last night, Tucker Carlson noted that experts, including Dr. Zeke Emanuel [of the hard-left Center for American Progress], are saying society cannot return to normal for at least 18 months. Carlson pointed out how wrong those same experts have been when it came to projecting hospitalization rates, needed numbers of ventilators, etc. On today's Morning Joe, Emanuel called Carlson a "right-wing clone" of President Trump, and whined that Tucker was "attacking" him. Emanuel claimed he was merely promoting "physical distancing." Get the rest of the story and view the video here.

“Survivor” contestant Jeff Varner who outed fellow competitor Zeke Smith as transgender on Wednesday night’s episode of the CBS reality competition has been fired from his real estate job. The Greensboro News & Record reports Varner was fired on Thursday from Allen Tate Realtors because he was “in the middle of a news story that we don’t want anything to do with.” …

(full article title: 'Survivor' Castaway Zeke Smith Outed as Transgender by Fellow Contestant Jeff Varner During Tribal Council) Zeke Smith is trying to make the best of the situation. The two-time Survivor player was outed as transgender by fellow tribe member Jeff Varner during tribal council on Wednesday's episode of Game Changers. Varner, who told host Jeff Probst that he felt he was going home earlier in the tribal council, decided to reveal one last piece of information in the hopes of saving himself. "There is deception here. Deceptions on levels, Jeff, that these guys don't even understand," Varner said,...

Stop whining, cheapos. As you probably know, Ezekiel Emanuel served as a health care policy adviser during Obama’s first term and was instrumental in the creation of ObamaCare. He’s also the creepy gentleman who thinks 75 is the proper age to die. As Obama’s “signature legislation” endures an easily-envisioned and oft-predicted implosion, Emanuel’s been making the rounds playing defense. He wants to make sure you know a few things. 1. The massive rate hikes caused by the law are not that big. You’re just imagining things. Sure, you can rattle off a list of states where the increases are anywhere...

Democrats seem to love death. Whether they’re yammering about abortion or “end of life†planning, they just can’t get enough of talking up the myriad ways people can exit life’s stage. They always claim this is simply a discussion about personal responsibility and individual choice but, since they despise those ideals in virtually every other matter, it’s a hard argument to buy. Enter Ezekiel Emanuel. Emanuel was one of the chief architects of ObamaCare and is, of course, the brother of Rahm. Over at The Atlantic, he’s penned an article about his own death and he’s made a shocking announcement...

Our recent interview with Dr. Ezekiel J. Emanuel about his provocative prediction that most employers will abandon health coverage by 2025 struck a nerve with You’re The Boss readers. It came as no surprise that Dr. Emanuel’s claim, first made in his new book, “Reinventing American Health Care,” would be swept up in the broader political and ideological debate about the Affordable Care Act. But in their many comments, readers raised interesting questions, and we took some of them back to Dr. Emanuel in another conversation that appears, edited and condensed, below. It’s worth noting that among those readers who...
