A young girl was "trapped in hell" by a sexual predator while two complaints to Missouri child welfare officials resulted in nothing, a federal prosecutor told a jury Thursday. Assistant U.S. Attorney Don Wilkerson made the comments in closing arguments in the trial of a St. Louis woman accused of taking pay to provide a molester with access to her daughter years ago.
