HARRISBURG — They may be called mail ballots, but there’s more than one way to return them in Pennsylvania. In many counties across the commonwealth, voters have the opportunity to deposit their completed mail ballots into secure drop boxes. These enable Pennsylvanians to make sure ballots reach county election offices before the 8 p.m. Election Day deadline without risking mail delays.Still, some public figures, including former President Donald Trump, have sought to ban drop boxes, claiming they aren’t allowed under state law and that they are susceptible to fraud. In fact, both state and federal courts have upheld their use. And...

Pennsylvanians must be given a chance to vote on Election Day if their mail ballots have been rejected because of a disqualifying mistake, the state Supreme Court ruled Wednesday. That means voters who fail to correctly sign or date the return envelope or fail to use a secrecy envelope are entitled to cast a provisional ballot on Election Day at a polling place and have it counted, as long as that ballot wouldn’t be rejected for some other disqualifying issue. In a 4-3 decision, the court said that provisional voting was meant to assure access to the right to vote,...

Three legal disputes over mail ballots in Pennsylvania are in line for possible rulings from statewide appellate courts ahead of November’s election. That could mean late-in-the-game changes to the rules that govern vote counting in a crucial swing state. In Washington County, a Court of Common Pleas judge ruled Friday that the county must notify voters if their mail ballot is at risk of being rejected, so they have a chance to challenge the decision or cast a provisional ballot. The county and Republican groups involved in the case are currently deciding whether to appeal the ruling to the state’s...

This is part two of a series on how to ensure a fair election. The way to win the 2024 Election includes guarding, validating and reconciling all ballots counted in the election (Part II). Last week, we revealed how to win the 2024 election. We all win if the election results are fair, legitimate and certifiable. After the 2020 Election many Americans believed that the results were stolen because they never should have been certified and they never want to see that happen again. Ballots were inserted into the election in drop boxes, through the mail, and on election day....

Eileen O'Neill Burke's razor’s edge lead over Clayton Harris III in the Democratic primary for Cook County state’s attorney is now down to less than a third of a percentage point. The latest batches of city and suburban ballots reported on Monday left O'Neill Burke only 1,643 votes ahead of Harris —nearly a week after the polls closed. Based on the unofficial results, O'Neill Burke, a retired appellate court justice, now leads Harris, a university lecturer, 50.16% to 49.84%. The mail ballots trickling in since last Tuesday have consistently narrowed O'Neill Burke’s margin. On Monday, Harris won 56% of the...

The incumbent Russian leader, Vladimir Putin, who is vying for the country’s top office as an independent candidate, has cast his electronic vote in the presidential election, APA reports quoting TASS. The published video footage shows Putin walking to a computer in his office, casting his vote and then smiling and waving at the camera. The computer monitor displayed a standard notification for a successfully cast vote.

PHILADELPHIA (AP) — A federal appeals court must decide if Pennsylvania voters need to put accurate handwritten dates on the outside envelopes of their mail-in ballots for the votes to count, a dispute with implications for this year’s presidential contest. The 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals held oral arguments in Philadelphia Tuesday over a district judge’s ruling in November that even without the proper dates, mail-in ballots should be counted if they are received in time. Ari Savitzky, a lawyer with the American Civil Liberties Union representing several voter groups, told the court that more than 10,000 ballots in...

I remember watching the election returns in 2016 as liberal pundits followed the counting and gradually realized that Donald Trump was going to defeat Hillary Clinton. The next day, supporters cried and howled in despair. The tables were turned in 2020 when Joe Biden, a candidate who couldn’t attract more than 30 people to attend a rally, “defeated” President Trump. The fact that six states simultaneously stopped counting early the next morning and later showed statistically impossible jumps in votes for Biden has led me to an ongoing study of election fraud – vote-count manipulations, dropbox stuffing, and mail-in ballot fraud...

New York has enacted election laws that will substantially change the state’s elections and possibly their outcomes. One of the laws has resulted in a lawsuit by the GOP after New York voters rejected the measure as a constitutional amendment. New York Gov. Kathy Hochul (D) on Wednesday signed a package of election laws that include expanding absentee voting, pushing more voter registration, and restricting election challenges. The package included 10 laws, with the most controversial being the "New York Early Mail Voter Act," which would allow early voting by mail, also known as no-excuse absentee voting. In 2021, New...

It was just about week ago that we highlighted a mysterious trend that was sweeping the U.S.: citizens were receiving unsolicited packages of seeds, with return addresses from China, for apparently no reason at all. Now, the U.S. has started to identify "14 types of plants" that the seeds belonged to, revealing a “mix of ornamental, fruit and vegetable, herb and weed species,” according to the NY Times. Cabbage, hibiscus, lavender, mint, morning glory, mustard, rose, rosemary and sage have all been identified. Osama El-Lissy of the U.S. Department of Agriculture Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service said: “This...

Elon Musk’s Twitter Truth Squad is exposing the FBI’s role in suppressing free speech before the 2020 election. But the FBI was practically a bit player in a far greater federal conspiracy to censor any American who cast doubts on the mail-in ballots that made Joe Biden the 46th president. That conniving doesn’t mean the 2020 election was stolen. But the bureaucratic racketeering was a travesty of political fair play. The FBI pressured Twitter to target an Oct. 26, 2020, tweet from a former Republican official who wrote that “between 2% and 25% of Ballots by Mail are Being Rejected...

The Democrat strategy of using mail-in ballots to vote played a pivotal role in last week’s election results. Pennsylvania Republicans are talking amongst themselves about how to react in the next election. Republicans have two views: get rid of mail-in voting—which seems unlikely with more elected Democrats in power—or learn how Democrats got an avalanche of mail-in votes and employ the same strategy. The Epoch Times asked the Pennsylvania GOP to discuss the 2022 results and its strategy regarding mail-in ballots in future elections, but it chose not to participate in this story. Pennsylvania Democrats were also asked to comment...

Video link here: MILLIONS OF FAKE BALLOTS CREATED AND ALIGNED WITH "UNDELIVERABLES" The Video is an hour, but is worth it. It exposes tactics and schemes that are marked by deception, designed to be hidden and remain hidden when inevitable audits take place. To spare those who complain about long videos disrupting their precious lifestyles and schedules in spite of the takedown of their country and their way of life, the following condenses the findings and encapsulates the information at-a-glance. FIRST: 1. If the Pandemic is over, why are there millions of mail-in ballots in circulation?Clearly, massive election theft requires...

The Supreme Court on Tuesday vacated an appeals court decision that required Pennsylvania to count mail-in ballots even if there is no date on the envelope. “The judgment is vacated, and the case is remanded to the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit with instructions to dismiss the case as moot,” wrote Justices Sonia Sotomayor and Ketanji Brown Jackson (pdf), siding with David Ritter, an unsuccessful Republican candidate for a judgeship. They also threw out a U.S. 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals’ ruling that allowed the counting of mail-in ballots in the race that Ritter had sought...

"You would have elections that everybody could be proud of. Because right now this country is a laughingstock all over the world," former president said in an interview with Just the News. Former President Donald Trump is offering a specific policy prescription for restoring Americans' confidence in elections, saying it is time for states to return to paper ballots and to end no-excuses absentee ballots so that results can be finalized on Election Day and the nation can stop looking like a "laughing stock" to the world. "I call them the fake vote store. That's the mail in ballots. We...

SALEM, Ore. (AP) — County clerks in Oregon are inundated with public records requests stemming from “the big lie” that the 2020 election was stolen, even while they’re already busy preparing for the November election, the secretary of state said Monday. Secretary of State Shemia Fagan has been visiting Oregon’s 36 counties to speak with county clerks and other elections officials, and said she’s seen the strain imposed by the avalanche of requests, from populous counties around Portland to Lake County, in southern Oregon near the California border, with only 5,590 registered voters. “In recent weeks, we’ve seen an influx...

I received this in the mail today. Not only is this flier a permanent vote-by-mail application (on the reverse side), but starting this election, you may vote at ANY polling place in your County - not just the location assigned to you based on your residential address. I had no clue that they made this decision. Talk about handing Democrats victory when the three largest population centers in Illinois all vote hard blue.

A Delaware judge ruled Wednesday that a new vote-by-mail law enacted earlier this year is unconstitutional and that voting by mail cannot be used in the November election. Vice Chancellor Nathan Cook ruled that the law, the result of legislation that Democrats rammed through the General Assembly in less than three weeks this past June, violates a provision in Delaware’s constitution that spells out the circumstances under which a person is allowed to cast an absentee ballot. “Our Supreme Court and this court have consistently stated that those circumstances are exhaustive,” Cook wrote. “Therefore, as a trial judge, I am...

When California voters receive their ballots for the June 7 statewide primary election, they will see seven candidates listed for the office of California secretary of state, which is primarily responsible for administering the state's elections. Two are openly running on "Stop the Steal" platforms and spreading debunked conspiracy theories about the 2020 presidential election. A third retweeted a Twitter thread giving credence to one of disgraced Trump lawyer Sidney Powell's failed "Kraken" lawsuits, but now disavows 2020 election denialism. Two other candidates have minimal experience in politics and have bare-bones campaign infrastructure. A sixth candidate is a Green Party...

A Pennsylvania state court on Wednesday delivered another blow to the state’s universal mail-in ballot law by issuing an order that a previous ruling rendering the law null can take effect starting in March. Commonwealth Court Judge Mary Hannah Leavitt previously wrote in late January that the law violated the state Constitution. On Wednesday, Leavitt said Republicans who challenged the law are likely to prevail when the state Supreme Court hears the case next month. The judge also wrote that an appeal by Democratic Gov. Tom Wolf’s administration assumes the higher court will overrule decisions that were rendered in 1862...
